Rooter-Man Plumbing has been a lifesaver! Once you request an appointment, their office team doesn't just put you on the schedule. They actively look for opportunities to squeeze you in sooner. My water heater stopped working on Saturday and Curtis came out first thing Monday morning. He quickly diagnosed the issue and determined that my defective gas valve was eligible for warranty replacement. He even had the part on hand and was able to get my water heater back up and running in no time.I really appreciate Curtis' knowledge and thoughtfulness. Before wrapping up, he patiently answered my questions about factors that affect water heater longevity. I love that Rooter-Man sends you a brief bio of your assigned technician. Curtis has been in the plumbing business since he was 16, and it shows! This was my 4th time working with Rooter-Man and it is again a great experience.

They came in to look into a blocked toilet, took out the plastic piece from it with a hand cranked tool, told me the total cost is $250 for it, and left a plastic container of some chemicals. Later after they left, looking through the invoice I found that they have charged over $50 for the chemical. I called them and ask them to take that away since I didn't want to purchase it, I am still waiting for them to come and pick it up. Deception in their sales tactics. High price for service. No more.After I wrote it, Bill Daniel from Roto Rooter addressed my grievance and refunded the money within hours! Such a great company. Bill I have the liquid ready for pick up if your truck comes around this area! Thank you! Thank you! !Thank you!!!

My tech, Drew Ross, was very professional and personable. He explained what he diagnosed as the problem and explained my options. Best and worst case scenarios. Replaced my shut off valve to dishwasher (best case) and informed me of 12 month warranty. Will definitely call 1st Home for future repairs.

There was a pipe leaking from the street to the house. They knew the problem but did not mention money until they were onsite. $99 to drive to the house. $400 to dig to find the leak. That's before repairs. Not a local business.

Tim from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing showed up on time. He was courteous and thorough. He drained the hot water heater and inspected all the plumbing. He provided an estimate of other non-urgent repairs. Overall it was a great experience and we will certainly use them again.

We had a terrible clog in our kitchen sink that 3 other plumbers couldn't clear. Zen and Daniel used their hydro-jet to clear the clog. We have old cast-iron pipes, and Zen and Daniel were very careful with them. I couldn't be happier with their speedy response and resolution of our sink issue. I will definitely contact them again for plumbing repairs!

Beware. I would give a zero star negative if there is one. This guy is not showing up for scheduled. Response text after 9pm saying he was busy and will come do it tomorrow after 4pm. He called at 4:56 and I picked up but he already hang up. Called him right back about 30 times from 4:57pm-5:30pm and no response.
