On a Saturday, both our toilets had leaked from the base all over our bathrooms. First 2 places said they'd get someone out Monday afternoon. Called Johnny Rooter, they said they'd be there in an hour, and they were. Cameron was friendly, took care of the clog, and explained our options for preventing future problems. We decided to buy 2 new toilets and Jason installed both of them. Charged by the hour for the install and didn't even take 2 full hours. Super nice folks answering the phones, too. They were great and even though we had to pay an extra fee for them to come out on a Saturday, it was absolutely worth it.

This business installed a replacement AC on the hottest day of the year a couple of years ago when they were known as Texas AC. Texas AC must have merged or was bought out by Stan's.I've needed Stan's a couple of times since the the installation for maintenance. They're very easy to work with and the last visit Chris Hull was super fast and talented. I trust this company.

Another plumber told me that I needed to replace my water heater. One of the thermostats and elements had gone bad. Jim was able to replace the parts without costing me the expense of getting a new water heater. I was so happy not to have to pay thousands of dollars. Jim is truly a nice person and knows a lot about plumbing. He's very easy to talk with and takes the time to diagnose the problem and make sure everything is in good shape. At every step he explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. You won't go wrong if you call Jim.

O&M Plumbing services did an excellent job installing a new sink, faucet & disposal.They were very professional, skilled & priced fairly. They even went above and beyond in replacing small parts we didn't realize we needed. We highly recommend & will use them again if ever needing plumbing services.

After the snowpocolypse in Austin I had at least five repairs I needed fixed. Stephen was on time and had all of the repairs done in under an hour and was able to troubleshoot something under my sink that another previous repair man could not. This is definitely one of those companies that I will keep in my back pocket from now on and would easily refer.
