AT&T plumbing were one of the few plumbing companies to get back to me. They were actually able to see me sooner than expected and offered me two solutions to repair a part or install. We opted for the install. The plumber who installed the unit was very friendly and knowledgeable when I had questions. When turning on the water i noticed a lack of pressure in the sinks. Dan the manager who is also very friendly came out the next day and helped solve the issue at no cost. I would recommend using them.

I had a great experience with RR today at my place of Business. Not only were they on time, They were early.My service tech Omid Mandave was not only on time, he was on the problem in no time with a great attitude. He found the issue... Spoke with me about the Problem, and FIXED IT!! When I mentioned that I had another toilet with a lesser issue he was more than happy to take a look and report his findings. He again went above and beyond with a solid answer of the issue and with a few turns of the Channel locks.... BOOM.. problem solved.... was more than happy to write the check. I wish all my subs could be that honest and quick... Thanks OMID..... great job

Very friendly and fast but both leaks they fixed had to be refixed. This took more time, more huge water bill, and more inconvenience of having no water at the house. Very high price after initial lower quote. We ended up having to trench the yard ourselves to physically find the problem. Plumbers aren't diggers! We learned all this the hard way and are grateful they refixed their work but have a hard time trusting it now.

From making the appointment to the actual service I received, everything was easy to understand and everyone I spoke to was kind and patient. Dylan was great- thorough and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be using them again!

They over communicate on appointment...email and text, to make sure you know when it is going to happen and with whom. They called before coming over as well.2. Thorough, patient, and responsive to questions.3. Replaced water heater with minimal disruption to my life and time and walked me though all the work he did.My first major plumbing issue as a homeowner, and happy with the work Austin Plumbery did!

I can't imagine why anyone would use a plumbing service other than Westmoreland Plumbing. What a great company! Tommy is honest and fare....he lets you know how he arrives at the price and cautions against possible issues that are unknown until the work begins. Gilbert and Robert showed up on time with masks and were amazing! In 2 hours they installed 2 new toilets along with a dishwasher I purchased from Costco. They hauled off the old toilets AND OLD THE DISHWASHER! (Long story about Costco who dropped the ball on the install. Third time I've used them for appliances.....always a problem). But with Westmoreland there was no problem - nothing but solutions. Don't bother researching other plumbers....I've done that for you. Just call Westmoreland!!!

I have used this company for 23 years and they have always been extremely reliable. Also these guys have done everything from repairing slab leaks to installing vanity fixtures, and can do it all. I rely on them to do the serious/difficult work and know they they stand behind the work they perform.

Dependable service. They notified us and arrived just as they committed to. The gentleman was very professional and thorough. The service performed was exactly what we wanted.

We were set for a hydro static test and ended up with a blocked sewer line 2 days before the test. Ben and Greg came out and fixed the problem and repaired a leak and did the test all in the same day.

No callback from the service.

They don't service dripping springs. Heads up.

They came out and installed a couple of bathroom faucets and home owner shut off valve at my meter and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend ! They were friendly and on time and got the work done at a reasonable price. I couldn't be happier!

This was my first time using this plumber and I was pleasantly pleased!! I was lucky enough to get a same day appointment, he was on time, knowledgeable, quickly fixed my issues and with excellent customer service! I’d highly recommend this company and will use them in the future, if needed!
