Best Bathtub Installation in Austin TX

I had a water leak in my front lawn. The leak was close to a tree and 2 feet deep. Eddie and Kyle dug through 2 feet of dirt and tree roots and fixed the leak. It was a lot of hard work but they persevered. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

One of our electrical circuit breakers tripped off. When I flipped it back on, I could immediately smell something burning. I flipped the breaker off. I called Abacus for help. Donny the electrician quickly came out, diagnosed a smoldering outlet, and replaced it. He was very professional, courteous, and informative! Excellent work! Job well done!

Ciao Plumbing contacted me promptly and came on the weekend to repair a shower cartridge leak that was worsening significantly. Their job was clean, fast, and they provided me with instructions and part references for future issues. The price was reasonable considering a visit during a weekend.

I'm not one to write reviews, but this time I feel it is warranted. I was without water, due to my plumbing attempt at fixing a leak in the inlet line to a toilet tank. Neighborhood came out as a first stop, and did an excellent job in replacing the elbow fixture. Chris was very patient with an extremely stubborn, original elbow, that did not want to come off. His patience saved us from a bill that would have been considerably more, had the elbow been cut off. Thank you Chris, and Neighborhood Plumbing. My technician was Drew Ross, professional and on time. He wore shoe booties unprompted, wanting to leave the house as clean as he found it. He was thorough, explaining possible fixes and costs for each. I would recommend this company (especially Drew) to friends and family.

This company doubled my quote once it was time for payment and would not share material cost details on the invoice. Do not recommend if you care about budgeting, clarity and professionalism. Will not be using again.

After receiving an extra high water bill, I called for someone to come take a look. Dennis arrived promptly and set to work. Very personable and polite, did a good job. Would definitely use again.

Beware. I would give a zero star negative if there is one. This guy is not showing up for scheduled. Response text after 9pm saying he was busy and will come do it tomorrow after 4pm. He called at 4:56 and I picked up but he already hang up. Called him right back about 30 times from 4:57pm-5:30pm and no response.
