I had a water leak in my front lawn. The leak was close to a tree and 2 feet deep. Eddie and Kyle dug through 2 feet of dirt and tree roots and fixed the leak. It was a lot of hard work but they persevered. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

These guys are awesome. I posted a service request at 10:30 at night for a gas leak in my stove. They responded first thing next morning and were at my house by 10:00. Gilbert was friendly, very knowledgeable, explained each step as he was taking it. He was quick but thorough. The whole experience just made my day. Will ALWAYS use these guys in the future.

I called A&T services to replace two 27 year old water heaters in my home. I wanted to install tankless water heaters and Pierre sent me a quote. The quote seemed brief and non-descriptive to me so over the weekend we emailed back and forth. I asked a number of questions and he answered them. I researched the water heaters they would install and discovered they were probably the best on the market. A&T came the day they promised and installed both heaters and had them both operable that day. The price was as quoted with no add ons and was less than 1/3 the price I was quoted by a competitor. I will use A&T in the future for all my plumbing needs and will highly recommend them to anyone needing a great plumber for a reasonable rate.Perry Marlow

The first thing I liked about Roto-rooter was the fact that they did not charge a service fee or estimate fee to come out and help me understand and solve my problem. When I called, I was told right away that they could come out that same day and if I didn't like the solution or the price, I would not have to pay a fee for their visit. Every plumber and plumbing service I had called before that immediately said, there was a $75 or more service fee just to come out and assess my situation. They wouldn't even tell me a possible range for cleaning a storm drain. Like, it's a minimum of $200 or it will at least start at $350 and could go up from there. So, my anxiety increased just talking to them all on the phone. As I had no idea if I could even afford to fix it and then be out $75 just to find out. So, FYI Roto-Rooter and your competitors, this is what sets you apart from your competition, up front.Next, the service man who arrived, Omid, arrived within 20 minutes of the beginning of a 2 hour window provided. He introduced himself, had a professional presence and he immediately made me feel confident he was out to help me solve my problem. We walked the property, he asked questions, explained things to me without acting like a no it all or a jargon jerk. I never felt lost, or out of touch with the process. He answered any questions I had, addressed my concerns, and helped me fix my situation within a price range that I could afford. Omid was the nicest, most polite, and helpful service man I have ever dealt with, in all of my 56 years.I will call Roto-Rooter again. However, I will specifically request Omid. He provided the kind of professionalism, knowledge, and customer service you hope to get from every company service technician that comes to your home when you're in a vulnerable, usually expensive, and stressful situation. So, thank you Roto-Rooter for coming out same day, for no service fee to do that, for working within my budget, and for sending your tech, Omid. Thank you, Omid, for being a kind, and honest and caring service tech. Thank you, for helping me solve my root clogged, mysteriously hidden, and broken storm drain pipe. You deserve a raise and I hope you get it.I appreciated my overall experience with Roto-Rooter. Which is why I took the time to give a review of my experience. I will recommend Roto-Rooter going forward and hope all of your service techs are like Omid.

Their prices are way up there but they claim to be experts in leak detection. After 5 hours and $1080 they told me I had NO LEAK but it was flowing out of both sides of the driveway. After replacing the water meter which they said was giving false readings I jack hammered the driveway and there was the large leak 30 feet from where they had their equipment. The leak specialists failed and will not do anything to make up for the loss of water, the new meter or their incredible huge fee. Not only are they not specialists but rude and hard to work with. Austin is a big city and their are lots of plumbers. I encourage you to stay away from this one.

We called around 3 plumbers and they were the only ones who could come out on the weekend to fix the downstairs toilet. What we'd originally thought was a clog causing flooding from the bottom of the toilet was actually a bent flange. They had it repaired and the new toilet put in super fast and were entirely professional and courteous the entire time. We'll definitely be working with them in the future!

Do not call AAA Auger for your plumbing issues. They came out to fix a clogged toilet on 11/3/09.On 11/4/09 (the very next day), I attempted to flush something solid for the first time and it did not go through.I called and they will not stand behind their work in any way, shape or form and will only return if I am willing to pay them again for the work they clearly didn't do right the first time.I wish I had read reviews on Yelp and on here first because no one appears to rate this company well.

PLEASE CALL ME. Guys worked on water/drain lines/valves behind my washer earlier today. They said they tested it but now water is pouring out. I've left 3 voicemails on your office phone. Guys did not call or text prior to their arrival so I can't contact them. I also sent email.

Our technician was Rudy. He arrived on time with a face mask and shoe covers already in place. He assessed our air conditioning unit as requested. Rudy discussed his findings and made suggestions. Rudy took time to discuss the options with us and helped us to decide on a price we could afford. He performed the agreed upon services very well. Throughout the visit, Rudy was upbeat and friendly, but also understanding of our concerns. We appreciated his friendliness, professionalism and hard work.

A visit and evaluation was made and I was charged but no resolution was made. It was accessed that the job could not be performed because the tools were not on hand. I was also informed that if that was the case then the 89 charge would not be needed but I was still charged. I clearly explained the situation on the initial call. If it was clear it couldn't be done based on that conversation then I would not obviously used the service or required the visitation. I cannot review performance of work because no work was done.

nice guys. bad at communication.I literally talked with 4 people at their company about 3 clogged sinks. They need technology to manage their business.I called to ask for 3 drains to be unclogged.1st issue: they showed up without confirming my availability and I wasn't there to oversee their work. My wife was not aware of the scope of work and let them in. They should have NOT showed up without confirmation.2nd issue: the field tech didn't know what he was supposed to do when he showed up.3rd issue: he completed 1 clog, charged my wife $300 and left4th issue: I called next day to say hey, you didnt do the other 2 sinks I asked for when I called the office. They sent another tech and wanted to charge another $600 to do the remaining two sinks.I asked the tech what would you charge to do all 3 of these in one trip?his response: about $400 I said great, I will pay the difference. He said Nope, boss wont go for that .Thats bad business and even worse communication.I sent them on their way and suggested a software platform to manage their service business.
