Best All Plumbing Services in Austin TX
Great customer service from setting appointment to the plumber Curtis seem to be very knowledgeable and went to work quickly. He showed me the new flange and how he had anchored it with cement screws. Only negative was the price seemed to be on high side.

I had called and told them up front that I already had another company come out and take and look and that I specifically needed leak detection services for what looked like a slab leak. They had a guy come out and he said he needed to open up the wall to take a look (wouldn't be able to put it back though) and it would be a $280 fee so I assumed that was a part of the leak detection services. It wasn't. He then proceeded to tell me what I already knew - that I needed someone to blow out the lines to find the leak (which I thought that was wha he was going to do). And that the $280 was just a fee and for them to get someone to actually do the leak detection it was going to be a minimum of $991 on top of the $280 they charged me to cut a hole into the side of my house. I can understand a small fee to come out and access a situation for time/travel but almost $300 is ridiculous.

This is a rental. Agreed with Economy Plumbing Services the job for 4/13 btw 11.00am - 3.00pm. The plumber came at 2pm, quoted the job, confirmed, he is ready to start after I make the payment. Unfortunatelly, I did so. Right after the payment, he called the office, that he is starting the job, but the office asked him to go somewhere else and left - after I made the payment. The plumber was licensed, seemed capable, ready for the job. Call the office to schedule again. They scheduled for 4/14 2pm-6pm. I confirmed it with the tenant. On 4/14, they called me they can come after 6.00pm, than again after 6.30pm, for a 3 hour job, on Friday evening. I wanted to reschedule again, as tenant have evening programs, I can not expect him to be with the plumbers at 9.30pm on a Friday. Called them 20 times, they did not pick up the phone. I texted to cancel, than I get messages, that I am unreasonable, and I should be happy that they do not charge extra for after hours work....after I wasted half a day as well as they screwed up the next day as well.Very poor communication. Avoid them.

The office called when the technician was on his way. He arrived within 30 minutes as explained by the office. He was courteous and repaired the washing machine line issue expediently. We were also pleased that we didn't have to pay a weekend/emergency fee as we were moving on a Saturday and it was a hectic, crazy weekend. Thanks, Roto-Rooter.

We had a water leak in the front yard, and Fast Plumbing came out a few hours after I called. It was raining and very cold outside, but Mycol and his assistant fixed the problem quickly and everything was working even better than before. Very excellent service.

They said they'd be able to do the work over the phone, and we agreed to not only the trip charge, but an additional 'extended area' cost just for the guy to come out, look at the tub and say 'yeah, we don't do that you need a contractor' and then charge us the money. 200 bucks later, we still have our tub's soft spots and a lighter wallet. Really Really wouldn't recommend to a friend, maybe you'll have better luck. I wish I had.And no, mr. owner, don't @me. You can't make this right with more work.

I had a job to repair a slab leak. Barry came recommended. I had to handle the job remotely. Custom Plumbing was very professional and advised not to tear up the slab till the leak site was detected. It took a few extra days, but once found the guys were in and out without a hitch. I am satisfied and would definitely recommend

I had a terrible experience! The repair people told me that it would cost nearly $600 to replace the thermostat on my HVAC -- $472 for the parts and $96 for the service fee. That is such a ripoff! A simple thermostat can cost $50, or even less. Then the repair person told me that replacing the entire system would be $9,000 to $10,000. Also ridiculous. I have a 1,100 square foot one story house, and all the other estimates I've found are i the $6,000 range. Don't use this place! They are a ripoff!

Had a different company out in January to fix a water line leak, but the leak came back six-seven months later. O&M came out within a week, explained the problem to me clearly, and fixed it in a couple of hours. The techs were friendly and professional, and the work comes with a year warranty. Would def use them for future plumbing issues!

I learned about Texas Grand Plumbing during the Austin freeze, in Feb 2020 since Raymond, helped out a few of my neighbors. From the moment I called him, he was very attentive and very professional with a quick response both via phone and text message. As I described my plumbing issue, he was very thorough on describing the issue , receptive to all my questions and very communicative on how to get it fixed rapidly. We were able to schedule him to come in pretty quickly, the job took about 1 hour. Service was amazing and I would definitely keep going to him for any plumbing needs

Each of the professional service providers (estimator, installers, technicians, annual check up, etc.) has been very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful in dealing with the replacement of one of our HVAC units this year. I’ve been impressed with comments they have each made about what a terrific company Elite is to work for and the positive corporate culture. It shows in the client service they provide.
