Allen came out to do an estimate and listened well to the drainage problem we had been having for 2 years with no resolution. He and Steve came out to do the cleaning and were very methodical, professional, and thorough to ensure our problems were addressed. After 2 years of problems, our drainage issues are SOLVED!!! Highly recommend!

Condescending customer service by both Holly and Kyle. Absolutely unacceptable. No quote for the job before coming to the house, apparently new plumber told us, incorrectly, the quote was $300, and drywall repair (after he cut a huge hole) was included in the price. We told him to go ahead and do the job. He finished early and charged $267, and before leaving, said a drywall specialist would come by later today and fix what he had to tear out - that he would coordinate that. No such person came, and when we called back, Kyle's snarky comments after telling us it would cost $150 an hour plus material for the drywall repair were well, what did you think? it would be just free?.... no, not free, included in the price like we were told..?just wow.. absolute robbery and unprofessionalism from start to finish.

This company was recommended by a friend and I must say that this was the best experience with a plumbing company ever. Our house needed a complete replumbing job after having cooper pipe leaks under our concrete slab. I was dreading it not only for the cost but also for the mess. Instead Tim and his team did a clean, efficient and excellent job that was more affordable than the prior estimates I was given. In addition the prior estimates included cutting several large openings in multiple locations that were not necessary and the project was installed without a huge disruption to our household. We are very grateful and happy to have had such a great experience with Affordable Plumbing.

Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and informative every step of the way. He was open and honest about our system and what needed to be done to get us a fix for the day we had service and also telling me what we needed for a permanent fix. After he was finished, he helped me setup a follow up appointment and emailed me all pictures he took so I had records of the condition of our A/C unit. We will continue to use Fenwick for all A/C and plumbing needs in the future.

The crew was amazing, we had a few problems with the city, but duck duck handled all of that for us. We’re super grateful for all the hard work they did for us. Shout out to the crew that came out and installed everything, they were so nice and professional. Daniel is the most professional plumber I have ever dealt with. Sweet man who served his country. He came out tonight and solved all my problems. Even helped me save some parts in case I need them down the line. The man deserves a raise and a promotion!!!

They installed 2 new AC units and that all went fine and we were happy about it as it came with a 10 year warranty and free service for a year. 6 months later we called for our service and they said no longer do HVAC and stopped responding to us. Highly recommend you go with anyone other than them.

We noticed our garden tub faucet dripping over the weekend and called them on Monday morning. David came out later Monday afternoon and quickly assessed the problem. We've had problems with this Moen faucet leaking before and the previous plumber replaced it with a whole new Moen faucet which we paid him for. David said he does not recommend Moen anymore, but he was able to replace the cartridges and it's working fine now. He was very knowledgeable and professional. If we replace it again, he recommends either Delta or Kohler.
