Best Faucet Repair in Jacksonville FL

We moved to Jacksonville 4 years ago. We have only used David Gray for all of our plumbing needs. They are fast, friendly, knowledgeable, priced right, and they do they job right the first time every time. Dominic was awesome.

Update to your reply 6/26/21:You should not be passing the message on so your managers know and never do anything as this seems to be a common complaint with your company, you should be reaching out to me to correct the situation and thus get this on star review upgraded. Based on your one star reviews though, I highly doubt you guys fix these situations. Your mark up was 100 percent almost and labor 400 an hour after you flat rate break down, just robbery. Correct the issue.Initial Review:Why the one star rating...well after 4 seconds of looking at my water heater it was you got to replace it. Sure it's 14 years old I can see that.What's not amazing is Marking up the same water heater I could have bought at Home Depot for $500 just like they did with a discount as they are a contractor to 930 dollars. Complete rip off considering their flat rate fee not hourly fee was almost $800 labor for 2 hours maybe of actual work. So if they charged hourly their rates would be about $400 dollars an hour. Highly recommend you find a more transparent company. I would not tell anyone to use this company. Oh but they did give me $75 off for a coupon I showed them. Water heater replacement ran 1625 after coupon.I would also like to state I know how to do construction just don't have the time anymore with a infant and toddler. So this was just plain robbery nothing less.

Good service, assigned by home warranty company. Was able to fix leaky shower even though the fixtures were from the 1970's went above and beyond to try and find parts. Does fine work.

These guys were pros from start to finish.On 2/2/2018, Mr. Allen Martin and his awesome crew came out to my house in Mandarin to diagnose and fix a ruptured fresh water line under my front yard.They did a SUPERB job for us and far exceeded our expectations in terms of pricing, timing and quality of their work. The job was complicated due to unusually cold weather, tree roots and landscaping but these gentlemen made it look like easy work. They worked diligently without taking breaks and I was floored by how they finished the job in one day. I will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help. These guys are the REAL DEAL. Look no where else for your plumbing needs.

John and his partner Marquez were on time and did a very good job. They both were professional and knowledgeable about some of the guestions I had asked and I liked there answers. That toilet looks better know then when I moved in to this house over a year ago. I will be using them again very soon to unblock a drain line

Wouldn't come to give us a estimate because it was an overflow from the washing machine so went with someone else

called to get estimator to house for bathroom remodel and they only make calls from 9-4 and they said there estimators are only available to 1pm. WHAT DOES A WORKING PERSON DO?? use someone else!

Jessie diagnosed and repaired a leak in the supply side of our toilet tank. He was on time, polite, good communicator and efficient. He also installed 2 water heaters for us 2 years ago with the same great level of service.

If you need a new septic system, then I think Duck Duck Rooter is the best. They did a first rate job and were able to work with me with my hectic schedule.

They are the absolute best! We were beyond impressed with their efficiency and knowledge. They re-piped our house and installed two new appliances and replaced the toilet, the vanity and several faucets and a showerhead. John Barr at Roto-Rooter was one of the nicest and most knowledgeable plumbers I have ever met, and I've had to deal with a lot of them as a carpenter. John was quick, and easy going. Made the whole process less stressful, and I would recommend him to anyone. The man deserves a raise. Wish I could give 6 stars. ?

James and Trey could not have been better representatives for their company; they came in and quickly evaluated my drainage issue and provided a quote for repair right on the spot! Very polite and professional. They scheduled my service to occur for the following day. This is the go to plumber if you want quick response and professional service.

David did an excellent job he fixed a problem with our kitchen sink that haunted us for 10 years we would clean it out and then would clog up again after 1 to 1 1/2 months David came out with his big drain cleaning machine and did the job sometime in January of 2019 dont remember what day but it's been almost 5 months and our sink is still draining great it never drained that quick until David came and did the job also he showed up 2 hours after I called VERY PLEASED I WILL USE HIM AGAIN Very Reasonable Prices As Well AND HE EVEN CLEANED UP HIS MESS VERY TRUSTWORTHY TRADESMANTHANKS,COREY
