We have had Donovan HVAC maintain our systems for a total of 28 years. Service is always prompt and courteous. We learned a lot about our System from Irwin Medina today and are grateful for the information about our system based upo his evaluation.

Our new AC system (installed in July) stopped working. Snyder AC sent Elmer out within 2 1/2 hours and he found and fixed the problem quickly. He explained the problem to us in detail. Elmer also told us how to maintain the drain so that the problem doesn’t happen again. We appreciate how quickly Snyder AC sends help when there is a problem!

I had a few odd jobs thatvery high standard. The handyman was also very friendly and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this service to anyone in need of home repairs.

Months later their outstanding customer service they brag about has not motivated to botched job they did at my house. Doors cut to short doors that will not close bifold doors you can’t open.... beware of this company especially since they use bait and switch tactics. Offering a certificate of credit for 150 dollars then never adjust the bill to reflect the discount.... rip off report!!
