I am very pleased with the service I received with this company. Everyone from dispatch to the plumbers was very polite and helpful. I unfortunately had another issue at my rental property less than a week later and I experienced the same treatment. Alec Oliver was my plumber, great guy.

Guys jetted 20 drains in 8 hrs left the place clean and in better shape

I had a leak in an old pipe once used to water the lawn but no longer in use. A lawn guy had ignored the white stake my husband had used as a marker, mowing right over it. It was marking an attachment that was one inch above ground level and he had punctured it with one of those massive mowing machines! Attached to our well, it was making my yard soggy! I called at 4 pm and they arrived by 9 the next morning. The guys said it was obviously an emergency and they had gotten another customer to let them repair my pipe first. The pipe was repaired in under 30 minutes, the cost very reasonable! This is the third time this company responded to us more quickly than anticipated and always at a reasonable price. And with a smile!

The last 2 jobs I had from Rolland Reash were nightmares to deal with. 2 years ago we had the plumber come out to fix a line behind the fridge only to have a leak gushing out, costing us alot of money and time to replace our floors in the kitchen area.The first 3 pictures are the old plumbing and the last 2 pictures are how roll and Reash installed them.6 months ago we decided to try again assuming this was a fluke. Plumber assembled everything together and as he explained how he assembled the shower lines, the pipe busted and splashed water everywhere. Within 30 seconds of running water spilling out this damage our new drywall panels, our new laminate floor we just installed in this area days before this incident, and damages are now showing up in our shower floor. Because of this they didn't charge us for the install and had someone come redo the floor. We bought the supplies and they installed the floors. Unfortunately I can't come to terms with how they handle these situations and for that we now have Tactical Plumbing coming through for us. Plumber Nate Williams took on along standing sewer line blockage that other companies failed to solve in old historic home. He was patient, informative, and efficient and achieved success in half the time that others tried but failed. Five stars all the way.

The technician was very professional and got directly to the problem. The price of service was reasonable for emergency services on Sunday. Very pleased with service and will use again for any future issues.

My drains have been backing up at least once a year for the last 19 years I’ve lived here. These gentlemen came to my house within about 15 minutes of calling and within less than an hour they had my drains running properly and told me what the issue was that constantly cost at old pipes of course and will be getting me a quote as to what needs to be done and the charge was very very reasonable. I’ve had others quote me and they were 234 times more than these people

They did good work for our homes.

I was referred to Hall & Sons Plumbing from a local Facebook group and it was a great recommendation. I called first thing Wednesday morning for a leak under my sink. Mr. Hall answered and told me he would be able to get someone out the same day but needed a little while to get a specific time. Once a time was figured out, I was sent a text notification that gave me the estimated arrival window and who I could expect to show up (name and picture). The crew (Jeremy and an assistant) showed up on time, were very polite and professional, and worked quietly (important with two napping kids!!). They ended up needing to come back on Thursday to make a tweak but that too was simple and professional - with the same text updates and an email detailing the job/services provided. The price was fair, the work was good, and I would highly recommend using this company. Great experience.

You do not want to work for this company of your looking for a job they're much better paying places and they don't have benefits for their employees

WORSE COMPANY ever. They complained the whole time. They didn't communicate correctly with their title guy so I had to go with them to pick up at a store, he complained the whole time. They damaged my wall. And never answered their phones. NEVER USE THEM..NEvER

I have used Steve for years. He is very responsive and his work is excellent. He is very versatile and has done plumbing work in the yard, the garage and the house.
