Technician who did the work was professional and courteous, however, the expense involved is ridiculously overly priced. I only needed to have a small pvc pipe replaced due to a very small leak costing $743 for only less than an hour of labor. This is way beyond ridiculous to charge this amount of money for so little amount of labor involved!

He Cleaned up after himself and answered all my questions. I appreciate that he called when he was on the way and was very pleasant.

I called with probably 101 questions before deciding to go with this company. Each time the answers were consistent, and they were patient with all my questions. Other companies gave me different prices for services every time I called, I called three times just to see if it would keep changing. Terry Vereen plumbing gave me the same price everytime, they were lower than who we have always gone with. Customer service was amazing. Day of service they came when they said they would, they didnt waste any time getting the job done, they cleaned up after themselves. I wish all plumbing experiences were this peaceful. Lousy plumbers! Repiped my home very poorly. Outside spigots whine and leak. Inside pipe cracked. And too expensive.

We were having some water issues. Presto said they'd send out a person the next day. They showed up on time. Rocky was awrsome. He went through everything. He checked what was necessary and checked out what was unnecessary just to be sure. If you have any issues I'd call them. I know I will in the future.. thanks presto...

Kingdom Based Plumbing was fantastic, they showed up within about 30 minutes of our call on a Saturday afternoon, I showed them where the water was coming from, they found a tree root that was causing problem and replaced the section that was cracked and stressed from the root, plus removed the section of root to prevent this from happening again. The quote was very reasonable, the guys were professional, and we will be using them again if the need occurs.We had initially called another plumbing service (large company with advertisements everywhere), received an answering service waited 20 minutes and still no call back, then we called Kingdom, Kingdom was already here working before we finally heard back from the other company.

Seriously cannot recommend this company enough, called at night on Friday after another company no showed for a job and was able to get a tech scheduled for Saturday. Great and friendly service, will definitely be giving them all my business in the future.

Bill Fenwick Plumbing did met my expectationsWe have a Miele Futura diamond dishwasher.Because we moved from Orlando to Jacksonville the Miele company concierge service will not install it again, so we choose this company to haul the old unit and install ours- phone service people were excellent getting us a requested date and were kind- installers were on time as scheduled.- the unit got well installed and its working greatWill definitely call them again if needed.

Fireplace (gas) would not start when we pushed the wall switch. A handyman suggested we get a gas fireplace expert to fix what appeared to him as two loose wires. Griffin had it repaired and working in 5 minutes - thanks in part to our info the handyman had given us. We will use them again.
