On time. Very polite and knowledgeable. Serviced our AC and pointed out and repaired issues. He changed the way the drain line was laid. There was no water draining at first.. after he changed it there is a steady stream of water draining. Also installed a light to kill mold and bacteria inside the AC system. Our house smells better and feels cooler already!

Do not recommend this company for cleaning drains. Paid $819.00 for cleaning a clogged drain. Normally have paid 150 to 200. Quoted 99.00 to come out then you sign I pad agreeing you will pay 99.00 before they give you the price to clean the drain. Don't get ripped off.

Highway Robbers! My quote was $360.00 to change a washer( using my parts from Moen lifetime warranty)on a bathroom sink faucet. I also got a long lecture on how they are insured if the sink is damaged to explain the high price. I called a local handyman who did the job for $80! :(

Had a very great experience with the Griffin company from beginning to end. Before the technician came out they sent a text message of who was coming out with a picture and details about the tech to ensure our safety. Once he came out he provided me with detailed information about why my ac unit was freezing up in the winter. He came out on a Tuesday ordered parts and had my system repaired by the next day on Wednesday 11/3. I’ll be contacting them again in the future if we have anymore issues

Neighbors had used Griffin and recommended them but I was reluctant. I assumed since they had fancy new trucks and equipment their prices would be higher than the competition. I was totally wrong. Not only did they come in lower than a pre-Covid competitor price quote, I got better equipment and next day service, even though many other companies were out of stock.

We needed to update our duct work and have heat returns installed. Griffin Service had done other work for us so it was natural to go to them for this. They kept us up to date on when our materials were going to arrive, prompt on scheduling around our needs (we are fostering kittens and needed to make plans for them) for the actual install. The work took the three days they told us it would. The crew arrived promptly in the morning each day, and did amazing work. Always let us know when they finished for the day what was left, and extremely polite. And they left the work space in the garage spotless and organized each day. I even believe the floor was cleaner when they were done than when they started! Will definitely keep using Griffin Service in the future.

Matthew and Paul are VERY knowledgeable and.... they explained each step they took in order to help ME better understand what was being done. The price is worth every cent knowing it was fixed the right way. Griffin Service has an Excellent team. Customer service was spot on as well.. very respectful, understanding and reassuring.I love this company, I will adopt them all as mine!

When I called needing service, the lady I spoke with was extremely kind, professional, and personable. She got 2 guys out to my house much sooner than I had anticipated anyone being able to come out. The 2 men that worked on our house were also very professional and easy to talk to. They showed me where the issue was, were quick to get the issue resolved and then showed me/ explained everything that they had done to fix my lines. I did have some water damage to my cabinets from the leak and they were able to recommend a restoration company that has been just as fast and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company!

Matt came out the same day to replace my leaking water heater. Was in and out in 2 hours and everything is working great so far. Very nice pricing especially for top quality products and service. Highly recommend.

Griffin installed an HVAC unit supporting the upper level of our home about three years ago. It became time to replace the unit that supports the lower level of our home and our earlier experience with Griffin was so positive, of course, we contacted them to provide our new unit.Just like our original experience, Kyle very responsively provided us with a proposal that was easy-to-understand. We moved forward with the contract and were delighted that Griffin's technicians arrived the following day. They were well-prepared, on-time, and very courteous. They completed the installation in less than a day, and without any incidents.Griffin would be a great paradigm for any Small Business.

Mike installed a plenum and the APCO-X filtration module. He was fast, efficient, pleasant and cleaned up after himself. Griffin just has the most professional and nice people working for them. I am so thankful that someone recommended Griffin to me! We had damage in our bedroom due to what turned out to be a shower leak issue within the wall! Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and kind. Communication was excellent throughout the entire experience. Our technician was very helpful! Not only did he succeed in fixing our shower leak, he also noticed and fixed a low water pressure situation in our kitchen sink! AND, (I’m not sure how this happened) but somehow while fixing our shower leak, he also managed to get our shower light to work again too! This was some serious magic if you ask me! I am so thankful to Griffin and would definitely use and recommend them in the future.

I searched all the top rated companies for an installation of a water softener, which I had purchased from home depot. All I was getting was crazy quotes for an easy job for a trained professional. But Griffin was on point. They came out assessed the situation and gave me a fare quote (which they stuck to). They saw that it was a simple job and didn't try to rip me off. Thank you Griffin. Griffin Service exceeded my expectations across the board - I received an estimate the same day I called for an appointment, and after checking a few competitors they offered the best price and overall value. For installation, Jimmy arrived right on time, explained everything he would be doing (replace AC system), and completed the work with no issues. Water heater installation: James and Tyrone were very professional and informative throughout the entire process. They laid tarps to eliminate foot traffic and cleaned as they worked. All questions were answered, and they responded positively to our mask request. They did an AWESOME job...in a timely manner. I would recommend Griffin to my family and friends!

Jimmy Cruz our service technician, was very professional and courteous, he came in and got right to work unclogging our kitchen drain, cleaned his work area when the job was completed and made sure we were satisfied with his work. My only complaint was with the scheduling and whom ever is responsible for scheduling those appointments because it took two days of phone calls and text before we were able to have the work done.

Our water heater went out over the weekend. I called them this morning and not only did they show up the same day but they also installed a brand new water heater on the same day. The plumber, Christian Ramos was extremely professional and personable, answered all of our questions and did great work. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a service company.

We had a dehumidifier system put in back in November of 2020 and we were very happy with the service and professionalism and especially the knowledge .We had them come out to service our AC unit. They did a fabulous job and have decided to join their club which has may great perks for the customer.Griffin Service is a wonderful company. After some initial issues with appointment for estimate everything went really smoothly. Keith showed up and was very courteous. The tech who came to install was was great and when he struggled he called for help...it was a tight space but they figured it out.

We had to wait a day for them to come out, but that was due to the amount of other jobs they had on their books. The techs were fast and efficient. They fixed our broken pipe and made improvements to ensure the issue wouldn`t happen again. I couldn`t ask for better work.

Griffin installed the system in a very professional manner, in one day. They covered everything with a tarp, installed the air handler and the outdoor unit very professionally.They were friendly and asked about our preferences regarding temperature settings.They went over how to use the new thermostat and equipment to both operate and maintain it. They left us a stack of manuals, in case we had more questions and adjusted the bill to reflect the items they didn’t need to install after further inspection.I highly recommend Griffin and Mr. Bateman and Lee.

Griffin was very fast to get out and repair our leak and replumb our entire home. They were patient with us as we had to remove our fireplace to access our shower as to not remove any tiles in our shower. Any concerns we had were taken care of as soon as possible. The site manager that came out to do the estimate is extremely knowledgeable about their systems and the various systems that they currently have and what would work best for us. the installation team that came out two days later to install it were efficient and knowledgeable about what they were doing and cleaned up completely after themselves I'm very pleased with the service so far

I made an appointment for a quote on a new HVAC system. They showed up on time, gave a thorough presentation and presented me with various cost options while onsite. I already had other quotes so I made my decision the same day and they installed the following week. Excellent process and service.

He walked me through the water heater flushing process and answered all my questions. He also went the extra mile to resolve an issue with the kitchen faucet water pressure when the water heater came back online. The working area was left in an immaculate clean condition. We own a business and our public restroom had a major leak on a Friday afternoon. I called Griffin and the repair man was there within 10 minutes of me opening Saturday morning. Figured out the problem within minutes and had it fixed and up and running really quickly. Courteous, responsive, I will definitely be using them again!

Griffen Service came to our home to replace a supply line to a toilet that our insurance company required. While there they also help trouble shoot our propane supply and adjusted our regulator to better match our stove settings. Dustin and his team did not hestitate to help us with our other problem! The level of service was tremendous even moreso given the very reasonable price. Griffen has also replaced our water heater in the past with the same level of service! They came out to trouble shoot and were able to replace same day! I highly recommend Griffen Service!

Our water heater is 27 years old. We felt we were on borrowed time. Checked into a installation company that I had seen on TV many times. No BBB rating. Found Griffin Services and gave them a call. The 1st tech out, John T., gave us an estimate. 2nd tech,Justin H., was the install man. Both techs were very friendly and answered all questions. I needed an urgent fix on a Saturday. There was a leak in my PVC pipe right next to the meter in my front yard was getting a little flooded. I had jea come by to shut off the water. I called Griffin service at 1:30pm, and they said they could help but it would be quite later in the day, but I was so relieved to hear they would be coming out within the same day. They made it out at around 8:45 pm and did an amazing job. Very grateful for their service.

This is the second time I have used Griffin Services and even bought the Griffin Club package to cove plumbing, AC and Heat. Today I had my AC ducts cleaned. Andre was professional and efficient and cleaned up after himself! I was told the service would be loud but it was not that loud and my 2 dogs (who are sensitive to noises) were calm and not barking..

Technician Eddie Meco was very professional and knowledgeable about our AC system. He located the problem of needing to flush the AC drain line that had a huge clog. He was very thorough and efficient in performing his service to our AC system, and he was very nice and friendly. Technician Eddie Meco is an ASSET to Griffin Service! ?

My condo had a utility closet designed poorly. Each closet holds a water heater for three units. MY water heater happens to be the unit in the back of the closet. The other two units' water heater had to be removed to install the new water heater for my unit then reinstall the other unit's water heater. Griffin's team did a fantastic job coordinating the work advising on the steps and order of tasks to be completed, including coordination with the HOA to notify the other units. They were timely and professional every step of the way. I will highly recommend Griffin without any hesitation.

Tracy was extremely pleasant, professional, capable, and helpful. Even when the water could not be properly shut off she managed to repair a leaking valve.

The tech was responsive and professional. He identified the problem and called me with recommendations. Unfortunately the valve broke when removing it late in the day, so they were back first thing the next day to repair the pipe and install the new hardware. Great experience!! I would hire again!!

Matt and his attendant (sorry I don't recall his name) was very helpful. Matt explained the process and made sure that I understood my options. Once I made my decision, they got to work. Even though, they came to resolve one issue. They fixed the other issue that came up as well (a snake was evolved). I had a good experience even though I paid more than I intended to. ?

Bill the technician showed up and was very thorough in reviewing our home system. He pointed out things from inside the unit as well as outside the house. Unfortunately we ended up having to replace our system altogether, so his job was just diagnosing the issue, instead of cleaning and sanitizing the coils. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend their service.

Fireplace (gas) would not start when we pushed the wall switch. A handyman suggested we get a gas fireplace expert to fix what appeared to him as two loose wires. Griffin had it repaired and working in 5 minutes - thanks in part to our info the handyman had given us. We will use them again.

James did a great job. He was neat and clean in his work and very careful to protect our home from damage. Everything was put back as he found it or better.

This was a water heater maintenance and plumbing inspection visit. Techs were here on time and were very professional and knowledgable. Brought needed maintenance to our attention and gave us an excellent price on a water softener/conditioner for install.

I called Griffin late today, which is a Saturday, because when we came back home a get being out for a few hours, I realized the house was warm and that the central air wasn't even blowing air. The extremely nice woman who answered the phone was very concerned given how hot it was today, and she assured me she would get someone out to us soon. A short while later, I received a text with the picture and bio of the technician who would be coming - great touch Griffin! The technician, Joe, was very nice and very knowledgeable. I kind of suspected that the motor had failed because the unit was making a grinding type noise, and Joe quickly diagnosed that as the problem. Given it was the motor, I absolutely expected to hear that they would have to order or pick up the part, but Joe told me they keep them on their trucks because they do fail often enough in Florida because they're being run all year long. Joe told me to go relax and he'll be finished in about 30 minutes and he was true to his word. He tested the system, made sure it was working inside, and then explained their service plans and efficiently took the payment, which I thought was very reasonable - and Joe showed me that I saved a good amount of money on the service agreement - and I definitely need that because I just changed my filters for the first time in a long time. I can't praise Griffin enough and I will always request Joe to come to do my service - he's the best!!

Overall very pleased with the installers and their work. Drop cloths were spread throughout the main traffic areas. Thorough clean up when the install was complete, including hallway to the elevator. Operation of the new system was explained and my questions answered.

It was a full 4 day job and they were terrific. We just moved in and had them do a 360 inspection install 3 new toilets find a leak install water softner filter and leak detection systems install new faucets and fix valves where required

Two men showed up and, very professionally, assessed the issues and potential problems with our outdoor grill hookup to the gas post. They made the connection with a better device than we had, and then carefully checked to make sure all parts of our grill were fully functional.

I called Griffin to repair my rheem hybrid hot water heater. It's 5.5 years old and the thermistor and heating element broke. They arrived on time and said the likelihood of rheem answering the phone on the weekend was minimal. My wife and I have been battling with rheem to send out the correct part for months. The thermistor went out first but was still able to make hot water, so no sense of urgency. Dealt with rheem on the phone (25 min wait) for months trying to get the correct part. Eventually the element went out and now no hot water. So Griffin showed up and confirmed Rheem's ability to answer the phone so we just said to replace the hot water heater with a basic one. He said he'll be back, within 3 hours, we had hot water! That includes 2 hours of driving. They were fast, professional, and reasonable. We will use them in the future!
