I had a water softener installed by Roland Reash Plumbing. After the job was completed and the plumbers left I had resin coming out of all my water lines. This is a brand new home and my lines were all of a sudden block from the resin because they installed it backwards. A second crew came back to fix the problem and also installed the filter on the softener backwards and could not unclog my lines and left at 10:30 PM. The next day another crew came back and replaced all my new sink faucets and toilet bowl parts and cleaned out all my lines the showers,dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator line for the ice. The pipes outside and inside were never wrapped or caulked leaving that for me to do. I never received a courtesy call from the owner to apologize and to see if everything was satisfactory. What a nightmare. I hope down the road this will not cause me a problem or a expense. I hired them because of their 5 star rating. I'm very dissatisfied with Roland Reash Plumbing

I did not have truly HOT water for 6 years. I called so many local plumbing companies and no one was able to solve the mystery as to why my water was only luke warm. In only 30 minutes Mike at Affordable solved my issue and for the first time in 6 years, I was able to take a steaming HOT shower. Absolutely amazing service! I am a property manager and had a crisis with a stopped up pipe. 2 of my high volume tenants in the 5 Points area had to shut down. Terry Vereen found the problem and worked all through the night to replace a section of pipe located 5+ feet under concrete were the stoppage was. Matthew and his crew were fantastic and are heroes!

Dakota from Swift Brothers Plumbing was tasked with installing 4 new chair height toilets in our new home. He notified us before arrival, and actually arrived early to the appointment, much to our delight. Singlehandedly, he installed the 4 toilets on three floors of our home and removed the old ones. He was careful to protect the house and the new toilets during the entire process. Dakota was professional and precise in his performance. We were quite comfortable with him in our home. We had an issue with one of the lines on a toilet, due to the uneven flooring, not due to any of Dakota's work. He returned promptly and fixed the line. We could not be more pleased with Dakota or with Swift Brothers. I highly recommend Dakota and Swift Brothers without reservation.
