Best Toilet Leak Repair in Jacksonville FL

Absolute rip-off! Did not fix problem but charged $502.50 for 2 hours work. Water was collecting in overflow pan at base of hot water heater. I knew it was coming from a clogged overflow drain. Plumber spent 1/2 hour wet/vacc'ing water up and 1 1/2 hour confirming where I said it was coming from. Said he didn't know how to fix it. Total charge was $502.50. Called management-- my call not returned. This was a total rip-off! Outrageous!

Keith and Eric repaired a pipe to water heater. Their pride in their work showed in the professional way they completed the repair. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Will use them again should need arise.

Duck Duck Rooter installed a new septic tank at my house. This turned out to be a long complicated process involving permits and inspections from JEA and Saint Johns County. They did a good job of keeping me up to date with progress. They did everything they said they would do. They did a great job of cleaning up the area after finishing. I will use them again.

We have used Lettow Plumbing twice and each time they have been prompt, polite, cheerful and honest. Just so easy to have in my home... And the guys even took their shoes off before coming in my home and I didn't even have to ask them to do that!

Wow incredibly rude! I called to get an estimate on a busted pipe (he makes a snarky comment on why I only want an estimate if the pipe is busted... I had the main shut off duh) and the guy asks me how many people I've called, tells me he doesn't want to put a bid in, and hangs up. Why be so rude? They were last on my list because of all the bad reviews; now I know why all the 1-stars.

D.W.V. Plumbing was great! Very affordable and competitively priced! They were also very polite and had no problem with wearing the booties to prevent tracking up my floors. They performed a tub/shower valve replacement for my master bath and everything both works and looks great! They even have a 90 day labor and parts (if supplied by them) warranty. THE 5 STARS ARE FOR A-1 PLUMBING TECHNICIAN, DAVIAN ONLY!!I am writing this review because I want to warn propective customers that this company is not transparent with their pricing and do not disclose their basic prices to customers.As a result, I was caught off guard by a $254.00 charge, after the technician arrived at my home.I purchased a new stove and called TECO People's Gas, the provider of gas to my home. People's Gas recommended A-1 Plumbing. I called A-1 and was advised of a nonrefundable $79 dispatch fee. I asked the representative what would be the average charge for basic gas stove hookup. I was told their company policy prohibited this information from being related yo customers. I should have called another company. However, I decided on A-1 Plumbing assuming it should not cost more than $50-$75 for the hookup. The A-1 technician came out, took a picture of the connection, called the company, and was told to charge would be $175.00 for the hookup. Dispath fee $75 plus Hook up fee $175 = $254.00. There was no additional equipment or parts required. I called A-1 thinking the charge was an error. Spoke with Robbie, who said he was a manager. Robbie stated the $175 charge was the standard charge. I asked why wasn't I told the charge when I asked for it during my initial call. He reiterated the company's policy of not disclosing their pricing to customers.I told Robbie I thought the Company charge was exorbitant, their pricing misleading and I would give the company a less than positive review. Shortly, after, I received a call from Amber, stating the $79 dispatch fee would be waived. One positive for the company is Davian, the tecnician. Davian called before his arrival, arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and technically proficient. He tested for leaks around gas connection, insured the stove was balanced, and both stove burners and oven were correctly lighted and worked properly.Finally, although I appreciated the dispatch fee waiver, the fact remains that A-1 Plumbing's charged of $175 for a basic gas stove hookup was exhorbitant and bord er s on price gauging, they are not transparent with their pricing, and do not disclose to the customer their basic gas stove installation pricing. Beware of this company.!!! I will not use them ever again.
