Best Toilet Leak Repair in Jacksonville FL

This is my first time using Donovan and the experience has been great from the first conversation on the phone, through the assessment, and determining the best path forward for my HVAC system. I would recommend this company anyone.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Their technicians are all very qualified and professional. They show up at the expected time and deliver great results at a fair price. It's also nice to see how they have grown from just a HVAC company to an all-around service provider including plumbing, electrical, and insulation which I also needed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. I attempted to schedule work with them a month ago. I scheduled a date for them to do the work and the day before they called to schedule as though it wasn’t already scheduled. They had to reschedule for 2 weeks later. I drove to the rental house to meet them on the day it was rescheduled. After they did not show up I called and they told me they were too busy and could not make it. They wasted my time and now after a month I have to start over looking for a different company.

Poor business practices and terrible customer service.

In response to owner's response: Sorry, but you can't explain this away. After finally having a rescheduled date for the work I drove all the way to my rental only to have you not show up or call. It was only after I called your office that I was made aware you had no intentions of showing up. Again, poor business practices.

Plenty of handyman providers out there and I chose the wrong one.
