82 year old father in law unfortunately called the rotor rooter folks first. Inexperienced tech showed up and never resolved clog. Quoted $6, 200 retrofit. Then my dad called David Grey. Wow! Can’t say enough good things about the service received today. AJ & Matt were awesome, very helpful, and great sense of humor too. Never know what will happen when there is a problem with the septic system especially when the alarm is going off. Turned out it was minor electrical short they explained what happened and what to be on the lookout for and told us that it fell under their free estimate. I’ve definitely found the company I will call for any future repairs or service. So glad I called Duck Duck Rooter!
