We had a sewer back up inside of our house and Frank was out pronto within approximately 30-40 minutes to take care of the problem. He was very pleasant and very professional. We had already scheduled an appointment with David Gray for the following week to install a tankless hot water heater. It was comforting to see how they responded to our service call. It made us feel good about getting the hot water heater installed by David Gray. I believe that Carl was the plumber that installed our tank. He was very professional also. We will use David Gray in the future for our plumbing needs.

After two no show no calls from a plumbing company our Landlord recommended (for my place of business), I reached out to Darley's Plumbing. They came out same day and took care of our plumbing issues. From the phone call this morning to Tiffany in your office to the service call with Keith and Brad- I have been impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of your employees . Chris came to look at the issue on 6/9/21. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. A time was set for Monday, 6/14/21. Troy arrived early…he was also friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They pumped out the septic and replaced the lid with concrete. Everyone that I dealt with was exceptional. Stumbled across Top of the Line Plumbing looking for a replacement water heater...so glad I did! Spoke to Gavin over the phone and he thoroughly explained all my options. When Scott came to do the work, he was on time, professional and VERY efficient. Gavin was in the are so he even dropped by to check on us and make sure everything was ok! So happy with it, I had them some and correct some mistakes a previous plumbing company had made. EXTREMELY happy with that service call as well!Plumbing work is not inexpensive...but with don't hesitate to call Top of the Line. I needed to replace my old leaking moen kitchen faucet and old leaking garbage disposal. I had bought a new kitchen faucet from Amazon and that was leaking!They came on a Friday and he said it would be really hard to find another plumber so they waited over 30 minutes for me to go buy a new kitchen faucet!!!!I am REALLY grateful!???✨He didn’t have to but he did.It’s been a few weeks now, and my new Kitchen faucet and new garbage disposal is working great still!☺️Very professional and caring !!!
