Steve arrived on time, and worked hard to unclog my toilet drain. He walked me through his process and showed me the clogs on his camera system. He got the toilet draining properly and left the bathroom clean. I was very impressed with him and Mr Rooter, and will be calling them for any other plumbing needs.

I had a new shower head installed and a toilet set. I had no complaints on the work completed; however I did feel I was overcharged based on the conversations I had with the Rolland Reach team. I called in and spoke with Kyle and he actually made adjustments on the final invoice. What a wonderful surprise. Charged 585 dollars for a days work. Found a leak in my line from the pump to the house and cleaned one drain.

Pumped septic tank out. After the work the worker's made sure they put the tops back on the septic tank and put the water holes back in place. They both were very professional.

Horrible pricing! They charged me over $1500 to install a 40 gallon gas water heater. All of their competitors were way cheaper I should have called around and got the work done somewhere else. A1 plumbing took advantage of me don't make the same mistake. I would have saved $300- $500 based on every other plumber's quotes I got which were between $975- $1175. Based on about 10 quotes from other companies.

The day after Thanksgiving we discovered our outdoor irrigation system sprang a leak and was gushing water. We called Crabtree and left a message; they called us back within 30 minutes and there guy was here less than an hour later. He explained the problem and quickly got it repaired. Will definitely use Crabtree from now on! Greatly appreciated their quick response, honesty, and professionalism.
