Replaced a toilet they installed 4 years ago which was under a 10 year warranty, the tank cracked. As usual, Harry Hayes Plumbing was on time, performed excellent work, and the price was right. !00% satisfied.

Arrived on time & Steve is a very knowledgeable plumber. Cleaned up the area next to the sink after replacing the faucet. Very pleased.

The day of the estimate, we were late getting to the house for the appointment, but Jim Smith waited patiently for us when he could have rescheduled. We had a total re-plumb job done. They gave us a written contract, not just an estimate and the only company to do so. On the appointed day, Bo and his crew were on time, thoughtful, professional and courteously answered all of our questions and concerns. They cleaned up everything and even stayed late to put in an ice maker line for us. I will never use another plumbing company but them. Thank you Turner Plumbing; you will always have my vote and my business! Two thumbs up.

Re pipe. First day they came in and put down drop clothes and covered stuff with plastic. That’s what they should do. One of the drop clothes was wet according to the wife. Based on that and it being wet and dirty she let it go. Point is, she shouldn’t have to. That was the only time they put down drop clothesJob itself, I totally get the difficulty in doing a repipe on a Hip Roof but when discussed with the sales rep the amount of Sheetrock penetrations was not really brought to light Another words he never said but at an additional price they would repair the Sheetrock He priced it as a Standard two bath with all the other hookups etc. Didn’t make it sound overly difficultAs per the Sheetrock Perhaps they had to I don’t know ,but I do know the method of cutting holes in the walls was atrocious. In addition when they plugged the Sheetrock back in place they moved the bat insulation from the wall cavity and never installed it back in place. Another words , no insulation you get a hot spot. So I had to remove them and re insulate them.This is the part that really gets me. Our house was a total mess when they left. Sheetrock debris,insulation pieces all over and Sheetrock dust all over. I hate to be negative as I know they work hard however have some respect for others homes. Respect their property. So, NO I would not recommend them at all for any type of work. Haven’t heard back from them since the work. They got their money

We noticed our garden tub faucet dripping over the weekend and called them on Monday morning. David came out later Monday afternoon and quickly assessed the problem. We've had problems with this Moen faucet leaking before and the previous plumber replaced it with a whole new Moen faucet which we paid him for. David said he does not recommend Moen anymore, but he was able to replace the cartridges and it's working fine now. He was very knowledgeable and professional. If we replace it again, he recommends either Delta or Kohler.

Jesse was amazing and helped her fix the faucet in the kitchen which was spraying and it only took like ten minutes and the shower took like 5 minutes to fix and now everything is working perfectly! He even told us how to help prevent mold from water damage which was really helpful since we have a six month old baby! He was super friendly and helpful and would definitely recommend him and the company! Everything works great!

$390 to clear a stoppage. I think that is ridiculous. Never again. I couldn't get thru to the regular contractor I use so I called American plumbing. It's never cost me more than $125

Had someone come check for a leak. He never even tried to turn off the main water or even look for the leak. He was at my house for maybe 5 minutes and didn't even give a quote for work I might need. Received a bill in the mail for $115 in the mail even though I was never told there was a fee or agreed to pay anything. This a a very dishonest company. Filing complaint with BBB and attorney general.

We've used them twice over the years. The first time, they replaced our sewage pipe. Their estimate was MUCH cheaper than other quotes we received and the work was done quickly and efficiently. No issues 5+ years later. The second was a quick Bathroom update, again, fair price and quick work. Calling them again for some work in our kitchen. Good company.

We are extremely impressed with Marcus who came ready to work and did an outstanding job on our plumbing needs! Will definitely use Presto Plumbing again!!!

Good overall

On 11/26/2021 at 1420, the driver of van #10 got out of his van when behind me at a red light, screamed at me through my window, got aggressive after I rolled my window back up, then attempted to open my driver side door after I refused to open the window again. I hope the manager will contact me about this and separate this driver’s employment, as I would not trust a company continues to have violent employees on their payroll.

Had a small job to replace a tub faucet and associated pipes. Called Jason and he came out very quickly to do an estimate. The pricing was fair and he did a fantastic job. Jason was very personable. He ensured all the plumbing fixtures lined up and were centered on my tub. I highly recommend him and Kingdom Based Plumbing.

Very pleased with the quality of work from their plumber, Billy. Had a problem with misaligned pipes. He was very knowledgeable and used his time wisely when attacking the problem. I did not feel over charged. He kept a clean working area which was impressive given all the sawing into the wall that was required to fix the pipes. Definitely worth putting your trust into!
