Roto Rooter came out on a Sunday to help us with water coming up through the tile floor. We thought it was a slab leak. Our plumbing technician checked all areas before he preformed a leak detection test which was not needed. The final decision was to push water through the 4 drain from the A/C. We were happy with the service and the technician who came out.

I had a laundry tub in my detached garage removed. The plumbers did a great job. My house dates from the 1940's and there is no job that isn't difficult, but they are experts. This is the first time I used this company, but I will definitely use them again.

I had a new shower head installed and a toilet set. I had no complaints on the work completed; however I did feel I was overcharged based on the conversations I had with the Rolland Reach team. I called in and spoke with Kyle and he actually made adjustments on the final invoice. What a wonderful surprise. I would highly recommend this company and I'm grateful to Kyle for listening to me and taking action.

I was charged $504 labor to fix two faucets, a dripping drain and push a reset button on a water heater. This took two days (wrong part ordered) and two crews of two plumbers each. They left considerable dirt wherever they worked, and under the sink they jumbled up all of the stuff stored there as if they had just thrown it back in. The policy of sending a different crew to fix the job not completed by the first crew is a poor one as the second crew really didn't know what was going on. This is not unique to Vereen, but still a poor way of doing things. Will not use them again.

Tactical Plumbing came out immediately when I found out that I had a leak between the water meter and my home....tho I was not able to be home at the time, Chris stayed in contact via email, even sending me a picture of the problem once located underground. His price was VERY reasonable - I highly recommend his services

I called left a voicemail on 03/17 and received a call back next morning. We had a crew dispatch by 14:00. They arrived on time, and made speedy work of finding the problem, and finding a resolution to my clogged drain. Pricing was more than reasonable, they only charged me for one hour when they were here for two. I would highly recommend using them in the future.

We were very happy with the work and it was at a reasonable cost. Our only complaint was the communication between the office and Bryson and the office and us. They did not keep us updated on the time of service, which was 7 hours late. We had to keep calling the office for updates. But we were so happy with Bryson that we will use them again, we will just prepared for the wait/miscommunication.

I called David for an estimate on a cast iron drain replacement and he came out the next morning. The next day the work was done in 3 1/2 hours on the low side of his estimate. This guy is good.He was prompt, courteous, and he even swept up the floor afterwards. The interaction of the guys there was respectful and professional. It is obvious that David and his guys practice what they claim on their website. These are not just words to these men, they are a class example for the trade and one to be emulated. Need a plumber, call THEM.
