Best Repair in Jacksonville FL

Had a new sub-panel fuse box and electricity connected to my storage shed today by Scott Tucker and his colleague. They did a great job and now I wonder why I waited 13 years to get it done. Very professional, hard working, informative and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend these guys for any electric job.

Called David Gray last Friday in reference to power surges and blackouts at daughters home. Technician came out, stated he was alone and really couldn't do anything and his boss would have to give any estimate for any upgrades and repairs we wanted. Charged me $135. He told us his boss lived in the area and could drop by that afternoon. Told him to have boss call me since I was paying for work. Tomorrow will be a week and still no call or anyone else coming by from DGE. Called another electrician on Memorial Day, they sent an electrician an hour later, he told us what was wrong, didn't charge for the estimate, had a crew there the next day and did the work and upgrades. Should have called the second company first and will next time.

After submitting a request for a quote to install outlets, they contacted me in a timely manner. While installing my new outlets, they also looked at a potential problem I had with a light fixture at no extra charge. I’d hire them again. Professional and knowledgeable.

To start off, we chose Mr. Sparky because of the 1,500+ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ reviews. We had very bad experiences with electricians in the past, but had a good feeling about this one. Well we could not be happier (and relieved). Cole was terrific! I had seen his name is the majority of the reviews and had hoped he would be our electrician. Not only was he professional, but he was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and extremely engaging. He walked us through everything he did. We are very excited that the next time we call, Cole will be our assigned technician. The job was done quickly too and for a great price. Do yourself a favor, if you are already stressed out and are looking for a good and honest company - Mr. Sparky is it!!!

Highly recommend. I had an electrical emergency at my home and they made me a top priority. They figured out the problem quickly and resolved it quickly. They explained the problem to me in terms I could understand and were transparent with the cost associated with the repair. This is the Electrician you need to call in an emergency or for electrical work.

Danny was awesome! Prompt, pleasant, efficient, and super friendly to my daughter and pets. He installed a new ceiling fan in my living room and it works perfectly. I will definitely use Bolt Electric again and ask for Danny!

I had a total house rewire (upgrade). Steve II, Steve III and the other young man (forgot his name) were awesome. They answered every question I had. They made sure everything I asked for was done. They were always on time, tried to keep the mess cleaned up. If I ever need electrical work done again, these people would be the people I will call. I would recommended them very highly.

Well, I've had what will be 3 services and still a washer that won't drain. I was fed wrong info by the tech per Whirlpool and I believe he tried to blame user error than fix this thing. My warranty will only hire them and it looks like I'll be calling them weekly until someone does something.

Your men Doug & SanTonio did a very good job with putting up my ceiling fan & they were very Efficient & I like the work that they did . I would recommend them to any of my friends for electrical work . On a scale 1–10 I would rate them a 10. Bottom line they really satisfied me at this time & I thank them for their service .

Was very pleased with the service we received from Thompson Electric. They helped with several things around our house, garage and installing outside outlet. The work was done within a short time and everything is working great. Tney took pains in keeping things clean and neat and the price was excellent to fix all they fixed. We had checked with others and they were much better priced for what was needed. I cannot begin to tell you how pleased we were with their service and the people we worked with. Everyone at Thompsons was so kind and didn't try to stick us with things we really didn't need. Very trust worthy honest people. Will be using them again in the future and highly recommend their company.

Burbank Electric came out and serviced a GFi outlet in my bathroom that keeps being blowm. It was discovered the previous electric company that replaced our electrical panel did not make sure the house was properly grounded. My thanks to Burbank for discovering this before a major problem developed. They were professional, reasonable, and very friendly. We will use them again.

My interaction with both Joshua and Tony was always personal, professional, and polite. Collaboration is key with them. They did not just come in and start drilling and doing whatever they thought best on a whim. Tony always called Joshua to double check. That alone was reassuring to us as homeowners that they had our best interests in mind. The estimate was fair and there were no surprises. I will definitely call them again if I have electrical needs!

Bill Hinson was prompt and very professional. He went out of his way to make sure every lighting fixture was perfectly aligned to fit my high expectations. I was also impressed how quickly he and Michael installed 5 fixtures within 2 hours. I will definitely be requesting Bill again.

Had 5 ceiling fans installed. The two guys that showed up did a great job, can’t remember their names though. Would recommend and will use them again.
