It is shame. Not professional they did not show up even after call to confirm. They say on the way they say at the site. Still did not show up. Why lie about it. If you can’t make it please tell me so.

$390 to clear a stoppage. I think that is ridiculous. Never again. I couldn't get thru to the regular contractor I use so I called American plumbing. It's never cost me more than $125

Slow response after a failed 10 minute repair.

We had hard water build up in our solar water tank. My husband called them yesterday and they came out today. The Sunshine State Plumber found the buildup, cleaned the pipe and got us on our way to full running hot water in no time at all. He was fast and we got a good price. Thanks Sunshine State Plumbing, you guys do good work!!!

I would highly recommend Hall and Sons. They are super responsive, courteous and they do their best to save you money. We had them come out to our house more than once to help us determine where a water leak was coming from. Their entire team is courteous and helpful. We will definitely being using Hall and Sons for all future plumbing needs!

Woody has been the most helpful contractor that my wife and I have ever worked with. We have used him multiple times. He showed up within an hour for an emergency call because of a leaking valve (we were lucky that he was in the area at the time). We've used him for two separate planned plumbing jobs. Both times he showed up when he said he was going to, did the job (while keeping us informed of any issues), and was very professional the whole time. He's at the top of our list when ever we need something done.

We had Steve install a new water heater and water softener/filtration system in our home. Steve was very knowledgeable and took his time to answer all of our questions and explain the operation of our new system. He was transparent in his pricing and very professional. One of the most important things we look for in customer service is when things go wrong what is their availability and willingness to stand by their product. We had a small gasket go on our filtration system (not Steve's fault) and he promptly came out and replaced the part under warranty. Overall, my experience with Steven's plumbing has been superb and I would recommend him without any reservations.

Excellent & very knowledgable company!! They installed my tankless hot water heater running the lines from one side of my house where the original old tank was all the way to the opposite side of house without any issues or complications!!!Tankless works amazing & I have an endless supply of hot water!!I’d recommend this company to anyone!!!Definitely will be my go-to company for all my future plumbing remodeling needs!!

All I can say is that Bert Normans Plumbing Inc. Is now my “Go To” Plumbing . Everybody from Theresa calling me back on a Saturday to Mike their Plumber Technician. I used a home warranty and this company was sent. I sent a picture of what needed to be fixed. Apparently, they had an idea what needed to be replaced because that's all the plumber brought in. It was a $5 part and very easily fixed. I'm sure the person I dealt with via text could've suggested I try that since it was such an easy fix. Instead, I had to pay the warranty fee of $100. The shower faucet needed to be replaced with a simple screw which took no longer than 3 minutes. I'm disappointed and feel like I was taken advantage of.... after leaving this review and texting the same to the woman I had been dealing with, I received a call that was less than apologetic. This confirmed my original posting and I would definitely not recommend working with them.
