Best Remodeling Project in Jacksonville FL

Arrived 15 minutes after the 2-hour scheduled window. I wasn't too upset by this because i understand a job can go over what's scheduled. The guys were polite and seemed competent in unclogging my drain line. Big surprise when they padded the bill for an extra 30-minutes +$62). Claimed service call includes 15 minutes driving. So really your first hour at $124 is reall only 45 minutes. This was never explained when i called for pricing. One star because they finished within the 45 minutes and still charged for an hour and a half. I made them call the office as I disputed the bill. Manager confirmed GPS arrival at 1:11pm (was 1:15 by my watch), they were finished, packed and presented by bill at 2:03pm and still charged $188 (1.5 hours). Scammers

We had an inspection, a repipe, a water heater, and a run for an ice maker done. Staff from Terry himself to the helpers were total pros. We couldn't be more pleased, and would hire them again in an instant!

We found a leak during a renovation. They were quick to determine the cause and a solution. They quoted me for the repair and scheduled for the following week. They were on time and thorough. They had to do some minor additional work. But even with some uninterrupted changes in personnel, they were able to finish on time and on budget. The foot print itself was also minor compared with the work they had to do. They were very professional and friendly. I will absolutely use these guys again.

Both toilets at our office were out of order. Eagerton sent two plumbers very promptly. They were delightful. They were efficientand made no mess. The pricing was very reasonable as well. I would recommend.

Drains were backing up. They unclogged it and put in time/effort to find the problem. Then they explained it very well. Would recommend. Alex was very helpful. Gerald was super knowledgeable and did a great job.

Moved to Jax Beach in 1993 and hired Steven's Plumbing to re-piped the concrete block beach house built in 1953. I used a home warranty and this company was sent. I sent a picture of what needed to be fixed. Apparently, they had an idea what needed to be replaced because that's all the plumber brought in. It was a $5 part and very easily fixed. I'm sure the person I dealt with via text could've suggested I try that since it was such an easy fix. Instead, I had to pay the warranty fee of $100. The shower faucet needed to be replaced with a simple screw which took no longer than 3 minutes. I'm disappointed and feel like I was taken advantage of.... after leaving this review and texting the same to the woman I had been dealing with, I received a call that was less than apologetic. This confirmed my original posting and I would definitely not recommend working with them.

Don’t know where to start with this review. Mr Pelky and his team have been outstanding for 20 plus years in servicing all of our plumbing needs. I have needed his services both for my home and business, sometimes on an emergency basis, and they have always answered the call. He handles the major stuff and the minor stuff with the same enthusiasm and commitment to excellence equally. I cannot recommend Clay County Master Plumber highly enough. My only hope is that I never need any more plumbing, but it warms my heart knowing that CCMP will be there for me. Do not hesitate to call them with any plumbing problems. WARNING: price is charged hourly and you will be overcharged. I had a couple faucets that needed to be replaced and some pictures hung. After about 4 hours I called the office and stated I was concerned bc I knew I was paying an hourly rate and the services should have been completed by then. I was given excuse after excuse and after 8 hours and catching the guy on his phone most of the time instead of working I was slapped with an $800 bill. I spoke with the owner because I refused to pay that amount and he told me to “never contact“ then again. No problem and feel I should warn others! Beware!
