I needed to find a small water supply line leak in the ground near my house and Amelia Plumbing was very helpful, fair, and honest. I was able to get the leak fixed, and am pleased with the work they did, and for the valuable advice they gave. I would wholeheartedly use them again.

Daniel, Royce, and Tracy were amazing! I scheduled a routine leak fix for my washer connections. Daniel promptly arrived at 8:30 repaired the leak in a timely manner. I checked on the laundry later that afternoon and noticed the stem had sprung a new leak. I called Tracy in a panic, water was leaking down my wall! Both her people were on another job but she had a partner at my house within 10 minutes to turn off the water. An hour later Royce shows up to start the repairs. Daniel swings by to help, they get the everything up and running with no additional cost to me. Truly amazing service, I highly recommend their company. Great people, doing honest work.

My homeowners warranty connected us to Amelia Plumbing to fix a leak, and they called us less than 12 hours after submitting the claim (never happens!), and said they could try to squeeze us in the same day. The woman on the phone was so pleasant to deal with, and texted to remind me to send a picture of the item that needed servicing, and called when they had a last-minute opening. The man, Royce, who came to work on the house was so polite and courteous, got right to work, and even showed me an extra thing-or-two about the house I didn't know! They were a pleasure to work with, and I would definitely recommend them!

I am a realtor and I have had them do work in many of my property listings. My customers have always been pleased with their work. Absolute best plumbing company experience I have ever had. Wonderful customer service by both the owners and their employee who installed 2 new toilets in my home. When I called in about the toilet problems, the lady who answered, Tracy, asked questions to try and assess my problems and I knew she wanted to handle them the best way and most efficient and cost saving way for me. Daniel, who installed the toilets did a fantastic, professional job. He cleaned up thoroughly and answered all my questions. I would recommend Amelia Plumbing to anyone who has any plumbing need. My water heater started leaking through a burst/cracked drain at 4:30 on Monday afternoon. By the time I could get the heater drained and turn in the warrantee claim, it was after 6 and I had no idea who to call. The warrantee company sent the contract to Amelia plumbing, so I called them first thing Tuesday morning. Tracy was professional and empathetic and helped me understand the process with the warrantee company. They happened to have the exact model of replacement water heater scheduled for another job that was delayed. So, she managed to get that unit moved to my job. It's noon on Wednesday morning and we have hot water again. At each turn, Tracy was calling me before I need to call her. She called at 8 am this morning to tell me they were loading up the new water heater and he would be there by 9 am. Sure enough, Daniel arrived at just before 9 and was able to fully diagnose the particulars of our system and get the unit installed in about 90 minutes. Will recommend Amelia plumbing and they have my future business.

Our washing machine had old pipes that started leaking. I called our house warranty people (2-10 home warranty) and they had Amelia Plumbing call me. The owner came out the same day and told me what needed to be done. They would saw off the cast iron pipe and replace it with pvc. The next day our repair was scheduled and Daniel DeLuca, their employee came out and it was fixed in an hour!He was a wonderfully polite and kind employee and he really knew his stuff! I was so very impressed with his quality of work and I highly recommend Danny and Amelia Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!Thank you Danny and Amelia Plumbing for making our Christmas extra special!

I went days trying to get a water leak found and fixed using two other plumbing companies. I called Amelia Plumbing and by the end of the day had the problem located and patched and the next day the permanent fix was completed. Very professional, very fair pricing.

Bought a townhome on 2/1, which came with a home warranty. The upstairs bathroom apparently had a faulty cartridge. The plumber that warranty sent out took off the handle and then proceeded to tell me we had to tear out tile to access the cartridge. I wasn't going to do that and so warranty company allowed me to call out a 3rd party. I called Amelia and Tracy answered and immediately put me at ease. She asked me to send her pictures and once I did she assured me this could be fixed w/o tearing up tub. Within 2 hours Daniel shows up (3pm) and by 3:37 he had the old cartridge chipped out and the new one in and operational. Tracy also did not speak negatively of the other company but instead just pointed out that Amelia has some very experienced technicians who have done this multiple times. Bottom line is Tracy and Daniel took a very stressful time for me (could use our water for the better part of 36 hours) and put me at ease and repair was done quickly and affordably. Amelia will not only get every plumbing job (hopefully I don't need them very often...LOL) but I will also tell every one I know about my experience with them. Thanks so much Tracy and Daniel!! Q

I recently had a water heater replaced under warranty. It is rare these days that I am surprised by such excellent service.The plumber that came to install the heater was on time, polite, clean, quick and professional. The contact personnel were also very good with quick scheduling and finding the warranty heater quickly.

The scheduler (Tracy?) grew very angry when I wanted a simple second opinion. She was furious that her technician drove 10 miles to my home without collecting his $100 diagnostic fee. Afterward, she called me and began cursing and screaming obscenities at me! F-bombs flying left and right. The plumber was friendly, but I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company!!

It is a rare occurrence when someone comes when promised, does the work as requested and for the predicted cost. From the first telephone conversation with Tracy, I knew this was a “customer-service” oriented company. She helped us sort options for the kitchen faucets replacements and ordered them expeditiously for fair price. Daniel L showed up as promised. He was courteous and competent. He even added an urgently needed outdoor faucet repair/replacement that was suddenly leaking profusely.WE SHALL CONSIDER AMELIA PLUMBING AS OUR GO-TO COMPANY FOR ALL FUTURE PLUMBING NEEDS!

The response and call back was great, Tracy was very professional and the technicians that came to the house was great. They not only found the leake but changed out two values. They insured the system was not leaking and was very respectful to me and my wife.Over all they did a Great Job.

I used a home warranty and this company was sent. I sent a picture of what needed to be fixed. Apparently, they had an idea what needed to be replaced because that's all the plumber brought in. It was a $5 part and very easily fixed. I'm sure the person I dealt with via text could've suggested I try that since it was such an easy fix. Instead, I had to pay the warranty fee of $100. The shower faucet needed to be replaced with a simple screw which took no longer than 3 minutes. I'm disappointed and feel like I was taken advantage of.... after leaving this review and texting the same to the woman I had been dealing with, I received a call that was less than apologetic. This confirmed my original posting and I would definitely not recommend working with them.

I had a visit scheduled for Monday, and they called the Friday before to advise they had an opening due to a cancellation. Daniel arrived within the hour, and seamlessly took care of a toilet and sink problem. He was in & out in less than an hour, and was really polite and professional. I recommend highly!

I had a slab leak in a very hard to reach place. They took care of it very quickly and efficiently! They cleaned up after themselves, and were even nice to my over friendly dogs. I highly recommend them!

I had a problem with a washer failing to drain. I described the problem and they sent someone out to fix it, who told me he doesn’t work on appliances, but still wanted to charge $110. If something is outside the scope of your work, you can figure that out on the phone.

They called at 3:30 to tell me they needed to reschedule my 1-4 time slot and that they didn’t even have the parts to do the job. Very disappointing since I had given them my toilet’s manufacturer a week prior, yet they just realized they didn’t have the parts right before they were supposed to be at my house.

Plumber installed a water heater but left a mess of dirt, rust, and water in the garage, plus dirty footprints in the foyer. He also left with the garage open while my wife was home alone.

Dan was awesome! Friendly and worked quickly, even let me watch so I could increase my knowledge. Good experience.
