Don’t know where to start with this review. Mr Pelky and his team have been outstanding for 20 plus years in servicing all of our plumbing needs. I have needed his services both for my home and business, sometimes on an emergency basis, and they have always answered the call. Clay County Plumbing: I cannot say enough good stuff about this company. They lined my cast iron pipes. Showed up with a crew of 10 guys. Polite, hard workers, and super clean.I just had them go out to another property where I did not have hot water, it was something extremely minor. They came in and took care of everything within minutes and charged me minimal because it was so minor.Best plumbers in jacksonville. I would never use anyone else.

I will always think having had a lead to work with this company was a gift, specially while going through a family loss. We needed to have the whole septic system repaired, after explaining my situation, Mr. Gutscher provided a fair quote for the job, when talking to him you could just tell he knows what he is doing and what all is needed.He worked with Wyatt for the actual job and both of them were very thorough and patient, they provided information and answered all my questions throughout the installation of new septic system, and added repairs, they addressed concerns and followed through ensuring I was satisfied with the job and followed through until final inspection was approved and issued. The reviews all spoke about Harold’s expertise and kind demeanor. The system is just as Harold described. He planned out the system along with the owner of the mobile home moving company to optimize the drainage from the home and the best positioning of the home and septic system. Harold accomplished our goals while saving us $2,500 more than any of the other 3 estimates we got for the same exact job. Beyond Excellent.

We had a new dishwasher installed and the old one removed. The plumber was very skilled, thorough and quick. We also had a water valve replaced behind our fridge and the tech went the extra mile to be sure the new valve didn't leak. The original quote the tech gave us of $250 did not change even though he had to run for a part.

Great company with excellent knowledge of septic systems. They replaced our drain field last year (excellent work and price) and just recently we had another issue, this time from the intake. They came out and assessed and walked us through how to fix it OURSELVES. No charge for the visit. After more digging it was still out of our scope of DIY, so he came back out and did the repair. A good honest company. We don't bother calling any else.

CCMP just replaced my entire septic system at my 65 year old house. It was time! I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of the materials that they used and the quality of the work! Harold and Dennis did an amazing job of tying in the new system, disabling and filling in the old tank, and getting me up and running again with almost no downtime. I went into this worried that it was going to be traumatic and extremely expensive. Not only did they price the job under what I was expecting, Harold took the time to explain to me every step of the way what was going on and how everything worked. No trauma. No surprises. Two bathrooms in my property were backing up. I was extremely irritated because the same issue occurred 3 months ago and was supposedly fixed by another plumber. This time I called Jim to check it out. He found that the previous plumber used improper pipes and connectors and never tied the laundry to the septic. None of the previous work was done to code. He discovered the prior work required a permit which the previous plumber never pulled. Jim came in and replaced everything with the required materials and pulled all the correct permits. His work was inspected by the city and passed with flying colors. His service was superb! I love how he took the time to go over everything he was going to do in great detail. He also helped lay out how exactly I should go after the other plumber to get a refund and even offered to represent me in court. If that’s not great service then I don’t know what is. Let’s just say I’ll be using Jim over and over again. I highly recommend his service!

Had a big job - relocating a damaged drain field. I got three bids and Clay was very competitively priced. Harold and Wyatt did a great job! Harold kept me informed throughout the project. I’m extremely happy with the outcome. Thank you.

Excellent work at a great price. Had a repipe completed, with water heater replaced and water softener added. We decided to replace our master bath at the same time of the repipe which made the whole process easier. Would recommend them to anyone who asks. We had a great experience.

Response rate is incredibly fast. Super friendly staff. Pricing is always fair. Problems are always fixed. I have had them work on multiple projects.It’s bitter sweet. It’s not like you enjoy spending money on plumbing problems but I love working with this company. I’ll call them again and again. They are fantastic!!!

We decided to get rid of that old jacuzzi tub and added a 2nd shower head. It is now an ADA walk-in shower 5ft x 10ft w/ 2 benches and a niche. Kyle and Travis did a great job and they cleaned up the area at the end of the day. Very happy with their work!

Pricey, they did not give any estimate on the phone or before starting the job. Was told minimum for one job was $250 labor and after job was done. He Spent 2 hours at site and labor cost was $510. Not happy with final bill. I do not recommend this company.

Harold did a fantastic job! When I was first receiving a quote from CCMP he was great at keeping me informed and was quick to find parts of the septic system that another company could never find. He is extremely competent at the tasks at hand and does his best to meet deadlines you might have. I would use CCMP again and definitely recommend them to friends and family.

They had done some previous work on a house I was trying to buy and they gave me all the information they could and were extremely helpful with quotes during the due diligence period. Will definitely use in the future.

Jeff called ahead to let me know he was on the way and arrived within the scheduled time frame. He assessed the problem quickly and accurately then proposed a solution which addressed the root cause of the issue. He answered all of my questions and did excellent work. This was a completely positive experience because Jeff was knowledgeable, capable and professional.

Remodeled 1and a half bath replace cast iron pipes with pvc and did not have to tear up the house to do it would strongly recommend Jeff and his crew did a wonderful job I will use again in the future it was refreshing to deal with a straight forward honest buisness that did what was best for my house

A month ago we discovered that our cast iron pipes in our house ( built on slab in 1963) were deteriorating. We thought the only option was to tear the floors up to replace the pipe. We would have had to move out of our house for 4 to 6 weeks. A friend of mine in the insurance business told me about the process of having cast iron pipes relined. I contacted Mr. Jim Pelkey. Boy, I am glad I DID!!!! Not only did I NOT have to leave my house. My house was repiped in 3 days. I couldn't be happier with this company. Jim and his crew were responsive and knowledgeable and got the job done before i had to leave for work. Prices are very fair and work was top notch. I would definitely use them again.

Jeff from clay county master plumbers, came to fix a leak that happened because the company that installed my water softener forgot to glue a PVC pipe connection. Once he determined it just needed glue, he fixed it, and turned my water back on. Because it was such a simple fix, he did not even charge me! I would definitely use them again.

Honest and job well done. My home warranty had two plumbers from different companies come out to snake my laundry drains, but water still overflowed. Said I had to get a plumber who had a camera to come out, but wasn't covered by the warranty. I called my realtor who referred me to Robert from CCMP. He came over and solved the issued by snaking the same drain two other plumbers didn't do right, and he was patient. Robert is very thorough, didn't leave until the drains were completely tested. I am thankful that he came out because it saved me at least $300--for a plumber to looked at clogged pipes with a camera. Thank you, Robert!

Gentleman came out found the problem was my pump in my septic tank they went and got a pump installed the new one and that was that very pleased with the service

They brought two people to figure out the box for our water sprinkler system was broken. Took 2 hours to figure this out. Since they brought two people, one was here because he wanted to learn, they charged me for 4 hours. Totaled $461. If get work done from them make sure you only get one technician. It was a quarter of what it cost to put in a whole new sprinkler system.

We have used this plumber twice in 6 yrs.
They are reliable and get the job done without gauging you. Great guys.

Very professional and helpful. Didn't just come over, do the job, and leave. Jeff explained everything he was doing and made sure I understood what the issue was and how it was being fixed. He even taught me how to fix minor issues but told me to give him a call if I ever needed help with them. I definitely will call him back.
