Best Remodeling Project in Jacksonville FL

I had called American Electric to install some new kitchen lights. I was very happy with their service. I will call again for some work to be done in the future.

The electrician who came to our house was courteous, knowledgeable, listened to our needs and performed the necessary repairs in a timely and professional manner. We are pleased with the results.

Matthew at R&R Electric is a true professional. He came to my house immediately addressed my issues and had everything done in record time. He even informed me why my electrical outlets quit working. He immediately replaced the outlet that was at fault and made sure it was done professionally .

Paul is a great and honest guy and very reasonably priced. He knows what he is doing and can navigate any challenge that comes up with electrical work very well. Just ask all of the major investors in Jacksonville Florida and surrounding areas and they will say the same.

Nick was able to help me restore the power to my dock/boat lift for a very reasonable cost. He was very professional and clearly explained the issue so I could understand it. He was able to identify and fix the issue very quickly when other electricians were unable to. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone and I would call him for any and all electrical issues in the future. Great, timely communication and very high quality and professional service. I am very thankful for Hatchett Electrical!

Mr.Thayer is the best Electrician! He installed a ceiling fan in my living room. He's very knowledgeable! He also connected it to my wifi and Alexa.

Just didn't do a proper job, and showed up late numerous times.

For 1.. the boss said he could get the job done for 400 dollars or under! That was the quote.
For 2 ..they drilled a hole through the floor cause they missed the wall.
For 3 ..they should have came out personally and gave a estimate & he said well i dont need too!

WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Two guys came out, very efficient, super nice and had great personalities. Knew exactly what was needed and checked additional needs possible in the house. Very happy with their service. Whole visit was less than 1/2 hour - Great Job!!

Daniel promptly answered my online request and scheduled a visit to look into my irrigation electrical problem. He listened to what I thought was the problem and he took it from there. He was able to isolate a wiring issue which he repaired. Sprinklers are fully functional and automated! You could tell that he enjoyed what he was doing and is a true professional. I will definitely contact Volt Edge Electric for any future electrical needs.

If you’re looking for a dishonest, unprofessional company with zero integrity then this is the company for you! The other 5 star review from crystal Blackburn is fake - she is the office manager. This company damaged my car on I- 295, a box fell out of the back of one of their vehicles and whatever was inside bounced off the concrete into the front of my car. Dented and scratched it. I called and spoke with crystal (the office manager) who told me she knew what box I was talking about. They are extremely unprofessional, I didn’t see the damage until very early the next morning because I am very busy as a full time college student with many responsibilities. Crystal then yelled at me because I didn’t call “yesterday”. when I called the police they said I had TEN days to report the damage. Apparently this was inconvenient to crystal even tho my car is the one that got damaged. After speaking with my insurance company they told me to Tell crystal she could write me a check for the amount of damage or my insurance could go after hers. They have since BLOCKED my phone number and my EMAIL. Only a GUILTY party would BLOCK someone after trying to get in contact TWO times. The last time I spoke to crystal she told me I “couldn’t prove it” even tho I was in my car when it happened. I have since collected (from the side of the interstate) the item and the box that damaged my car. I have more than enough proof and evidence.

Crystal and Malcom hart (the owner) will not answer the calls from my insurance and are refusing to give us their insurance information, which I am assuming they do not have.

I also assume the OWNER Malcom Hart was driving the car that damaged mine since the phone number on the car goes to his direct line. I will be reaching out to a commercial vehicle lawyer since that seems to be the only way to get my car fixed.

The reason we have insurance is to fix accidents like this. And the fact they won’t own up to it, how do you expect them to have integrity on any job they do.

TL;DR : they damaged my car, admitted to it. Won’t give me their insurance info.

These people are con artists especially as they work with BOLD homes who are the biggest con artists in Jacksonville .
My husband a veteran has ALS
They took advantage of me with a generator that still does not work the VA provided through my husband's grant ... They billed BOLD and I was told my house was never grounded a complete LIE.
The invoice was to Bold..i paid the electrician MIKE
for a shoddy job did not work $1,035
I didn't know any better .
These people are nothing short of EVIL.
