Rock Solid Plumbing Services

We had an outdoor kitchen installed in our backyard and fortunately we hired Rock Solid to do the plumbing. They ran new plumbing to the kitchen and also installed the sink so that we could have running water. They went above and beyond and we could not be happier with their workmanship. You could tell they really cared about their work as well as what we were trying to accomplish in our backyard. They really wanted us to be pleased with the end product. And to top it off their pricing was very fair. We are extremely grateful to them.

My appointment was scheduled for 2PM with a 2 hr work window. They were a NO call NO show until I had to call them and ask when I was getting service. After I called the tech that was supposed to show up was busy at another job so they sent someone else who then showed up at 6PM and left just before 8PM; 4hrs late better than never. Communication is not great and after the install I still am having issues that I'm waiting on repairs. Devon was very nice and professional however he could not totally fix the issues and answer all of my questions. I will follow-up on the review once they address all the issues.

Bath Planet's walk-in-bath installer came in and performed a miracle on our 60+ years old small bathroom. We decided to go with a walk-in bath because of an older, disabled owner was experiencing danger in climbing in and out of a traditional bath tub. Rock Solid Plumbings, Ravi, came in and did an extensive complete remodeling to the bathroom as well as installing our walk-in bath. He went out of his way to attend to the smallest details and assure himself and us of perfection. I highly recommend the whole operation!

He was great and answered all our questions. Quick, timely, everything completed ahead of scheduleCalled back a second time to replace the supply valves under all our faucets and toilets. Great work, walked us through everything and then did a final walk through of all the work completed when he was done. We will definitely call them again!

Austin was very courteous and professional. He installed a new faucet and reconnected my garbage disposal and dishwasher after having new counter tops and kitchen sink installed. He was efficient and cleaned up after the job was completed.

The team at Rock solid did an amazing job!! From the very first phone conversation all the way till the end of the job. Showed up when they said they would did a quality job at a very fair price. Ravi was a very knowledgable and professional worker excellant craftmanship. He explained things and worked so hard. The shower remodel looks great. The problem is that the sales guy Scott told us that we would have a pony wall and then glass that would take it to 7 foot and we were told it would be done in week. Well now we are told that the glass is not included in our contract and we will have to supply that our selves. We were told that my wife changed things. Which she did not . Why would we order a shower remodel without the glass. Make sure you get things in writing and not what the salesman says to get you to sign.

I couldn’t be more pleased with Rock Solid Plumbing. They were quick to respond, arrived in less that an hour and accessed the problem quickly. The service man that came out was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They were also very reasonable. I will definitely be calling them for all of my future plumbing needs in the future. I would have given 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!

I hate writing bad reviews but I have no choice. We called last Thursday to have someone come out and look at our toilets because everything was backing up we explained to the tech that this happened before and a previous company did a clean out with a water jet, the tech was so sure and confident he could fix the issue for us. So he snakes out toilet and then said something is wrong so he went on the roof to go through the vent, so almost 3 hrs later they finished and our toilets then worked that night but in the morning the same issue happened again we called and the lady told us that we would have to pay $300+ for them to come out on a weekend and wait until Monday and still pay! We went all weekend with no toilets,sinks, or washer. The supervisor told us he would come out Tuesday and do the same thing that obviously did not work. It was poorly handled and we ended up calling another company who fixed the problem in less that an hour and they have a 6 month warranty.. Pick a company who has a warranty, believes in good customer service, and is confident in their work. This company is not.

Quick and efficient. They tried to be proactive but only had a picture to go by and had the wrong size for the outside faucets. So Alex stayed behind and worked on the indoor faucet replacement while his partner went to get the correct size for the outside faucets. He kept the repairs going smoothly and had the outside faucets ready when his partner got back. I would definitely recommend!My water heater went out between Saturday evening/Easter Sunday morning. I called Monday and they booked the appointment for Tuesday morning. Devon showed up a bit earlier than expected and got to work right away. This is my second time hiring them. While I hope there's not a third time if the need arises I will definitely call Rock Solid. Their pricing is upfront and they clean up afterwards.

Devon was so kind and helpful. The service was great and the rates were exactly as described on the phone. They installed new valves to repair a leak under my sink.

Our warranty service put us in contact for our bathroom sink. In less than 24 hrs they were assigned our case, contacted us first and cleaned it before 3pm on a Friday. Polite technician and professional.

Installer was great, time for the project was underestimated but it all worked out. We had some challenges with logistics and the installer was very patient and accommodating. Installer helped to align time frame and effort to complete the work properly. Only comment to staff is when you estimate the job don't set the expectations of a quick turnaround. I was told 1 day to do a bath refit with prefab materials. demo in the morning, install in the afternoon. That's not realistic with 1 on site resource. Either way, the job was well done and I would recommend using these folks. You want Ravi as your installer and you won't be disappointed.

Rock Solid did an amazing job. We had our house that was built in the 70s completely repiped to get rid of old Galvanized Pipe. This was not an easy job but the team at Rock Solid got it done quickly and did such a great job at a great price. They should be your first call if you are in need of plumbing services.

They removed old bathtub, old tile, repaired old pipe, installed acrylic shower stall. It's beautiful! The men worked efficiently and were very nice.

Rock Solid is my go to for all my plumbing needs. I had a stopped up shower and toilet, I called and they scheduled and showed up a few hours later both times I needed them. The guys they sent out were awesome and professional and got right to work! They completed the repairs, tested everything and made sure I was completely satisfied. All is good and I have them saved in my contacts as My Plumber!

Not happy.The guys didn't finish drywall properly. Couldn't see it until one of guys I paid extra to paint did it show.He left my trim unfinished.

This was a great experience and a fair price. Ravi is one of the most incredible craftsman I’ve ever met. He doesn’t cut any corners and stays until the job is complete. Will definitely use them again.

Called to get my toilet fixed. The person on the phone said I would get a free estimate and then the plumber would tell me how much it would cost to repair. The plumber showed up and looked at the toilet. He moved the chain down and changed the flapper that my boyfriend already had changed 4 days prior. He was here 20 min. When asked how much this would cost, he said I don't know and then said I would get billed from the office. I received an email with the bill and it said $145. We were not happy with this price since we had already done the same thing the plumber did days prior. Also, did not like how we were charged that amount for 20 min of service. The plumber also didn't fix our problem. The toilet still doesn't flush properly. We wouldn't have agreed to do this fix if the person on the phone would have said it would have cost $145 just for them to come out. My boyfriend spoke to the manager and he was very rude to him. We've used this company before and did not have any issues. I was surprised the way we were treated this last time. Not happy with their customer service or how they said I would know the cost before the plumber did anything.

Will and Alex came out to fix a clog we had. They were super knowledgeable, handled everything and even cleaned and put everything back how it was. Would recommend and will work with them again for any plumbing issues (hopefully none) in the future!

The plumber who came out was very nice and was able to fix my issue of cold water not coming out of bathroom sink. It was $145 for the labor (no materials were used). The amount of time was 30-60 minutes. However, he did get water on my walls and left a few stains on my walls. It would’ve been nice if he was prepared and more careful in controlling the water leakage. I wasn’t aware that’d I’d be charged for this trip as I thought only an estimate would be provided. The plumber should’ve told me before hand he is moving forward with the fix and how much it’d cost. I had checked with the company through email that there’d be no charge for the trip, so it was unexpected when I was asked to pay.

Alex was great! Went above and beyond in making sure my entire system is good to go over just doing the minimum.

We had our garden tub removed and a walk in shower installed. Each person that came to the house was very professional and knowledgeable. We had to call about an issue we had and someone was out the very next day. We love our new shower and would highly recommend them.

I moved to Jacksonville a few months ago and needed several things addressed in my new place. I could not find a good plumber for quite some time. I finally found Rock Solid Plumbing!They are true professionals. They replaced the kitchen sink disposal and replaced the old valves/faucet/pipes in the shower that were leaking. This was not an easy job but it turned out great. I no longer have a leak. They also did a repair under another sink.We did run into a hiccup but they were responsive and got things addressed. They sent over Max to finish things up. He was professional and knowledgeable. The manager and the owners worked with me in a timely manner to get everything resolved.Everything looks and works great! I highly recommend this company! I am so happy that I found them! It's not always easy these days to find professional contractors who are conscientious and do good work. These folks really strive to take care of their customers!

The 2 Gentlemen did a very good job replacing an old worn out toilet. They were on time and were very polite as I had to use the hallway several times for my disabled Wife. They were very accommodating. I will use Rock Solid's services in the future. I appreciate their great service!

They were here 2 hrs after I filed the warranty claim. Fast, efficient, courteous and left a clean bathroom!

Plumber was very courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. Installed faucet, removed our garbage disposal (our request), tested faucet and drainage and cleaned up all within one hour. He took old sink and faucet box with him. Very pleased with the installation.

I had called Rock Solid Plumbing to fix a leaking shower valve as well as to replace a failing gasket with the hot water knob on my tub. While the tech did fix the shower issue. He said that he would contact me to find a hard-to-find part with my tub. Nevertheless, he never did follow through. I found out later on, I could have fixed the shower myself with some pipe dope and a $30 faucet from home depot. While the gentleman was nice enough, I would have appreciated an account credit for the service call at least and a phone call to let me know they are looking for the part.

Kevin was my Plumber today. Replaced a leaking hose bib. Very knowledgeable and took time to explained all my options. Great to work with and definitely would recommend Rock Solid Plumbing to my family and friends.

Thermal expansion valve failed. Came in and professionally installed an expansion tank to repair constant water draining in my plumbing system. We’re very professional and cleaned up all their work area.

Day after installation I noticed a few places silicone was missed. Notified them and was told someone would come out. That technician was a no show and I was told he would contact me. Two days later nothing. Fixed it myself. Customer service was great up to now

Rock Solid Plumbing/ Bath Planet: I am a 66 yr independent gentleman, full time therapist who teaches Activities of Daily Living, the experience, the quality of work and professionalism was out of this world. The first day they text me they were coming: I met them at the door, showed them bathroom to be remodeled, they asked where to cut water and electric power and told me they would let me know when that had to be done.Then they went to work, laid out tarps and had a 8ft cement garden tub ripped out in about 5hrs, 2 days the demo was done and piping changed over to receive my walk-in shower. Not a unneeded word from them, very clean and professional. The 3rd day Ravi, (Robbie) came in and started working his magic. My walk-in shower is something I look forward to every day now and my wife also. Ravi, Max, Nicole all I can do is say thank you, service was the best.Alex

Thet repaired work that other contractors did poorly, re-routed plumbing in master bath, reinstalled toilet, connected new sinks and faucets, installed free standing tub as well as free standing faucet for the tub. Will and Gerald did a great job of demo-ing the old bathroom today. The steel tub that was originally ordered had dents/damage that would eventually rust/spread but they were able to get a same size (different brand/different material) replacement for the damaged tub from a big box store same day to keep the install on track. Very tidy in their work and kept the house clean.

I had a shower valve go bad that was put in by bathplanet. It was warrantied so i called them. Rock solid plumbing is associated with them so they sent them out. The plumber showed up and looked in my shower. He didnt even take the face plate off to look at the valve. He told me he could change the cartridge but might damage the valve doing that. He said he needed to make a call. Comes back in and tells me i need to call Mowen so they could send me a new valve. He said they could come back after i called mowen and the new valves arrived. I asked why was i not told this 8 days earlier when i made the appointment. He said let me make a call. He went out to his truck and left. I tried to order a new valve from mowen. Mowen said it should probably just be the cartridge. They sent me a new cartridge no questions asked. I had a different plumber replace the valve and it was cheaper than rock solid was going to charge me

Rock Solid Plumbing replaced both the hot and cold water stop and tees. I would recommend this company to my family, friends and colleagues.
