Recently we had Touchton Plumbing repair several outdoor faucets, a shower faucet, and replace a toilet. Although we did have one issue with a re-occurring leak several weeks after the fact, Touchton was very responsive with coming back out and making the good on the repair at no extra charge. They fixe it alright but they left behind thousands of dollars in damages on the walls and the floors... left me with out sink in the bathroom. I got 'PIPED' by Roto-Rooter! Watch out people. Don't be the next ... Roto-Rooter on the prowl.

Always reliable.

Do not use this company. You will be sorry. Called them on a Sunday and had to beg them to come. $388.00 and 5 days later I have same problem as before. Called again to schedule service two days in advance for a 1:00 and they were a no show. Plus for the Sunday call they charged me at a rate of $125/hr and then they had the audacity to charge me for two pair of latex gloves, two pair of sewer gloves and three antibacterial wipes which I never saw used. This was once a great company, woman owned, now that son has taken over it has gone down the toilet.

Drains were backing up. They unclogged it and put in time/effort to find the problem. Then they explained it very well. Would recommend. Alex was very helpful. Gerald was super knowledgeable and did a great job.
Have 50 year old pipes that was a heck of a job.

Betros replaced our inside grease trap. Andrew and Tres did a great job and made sure when they were finished that everything was cleaned up. Thank you!

I am living in a new build, this company installed the plumbing in my home, I got their number off of my water heater tank, after 2 years I have an issue with my faucet leaking, called them to get a quote on repairs as I figured that since they are the installers that it would make sense to stay with them, even though they have plumbing repairs listed as a service on their website I was told by the person that answered the phone that they are only doing new builds- ok if that's the case, update your website or add a note to your site that during the pandemic that you are only performing limited services- this is very misleading.
