This is an outstanding company! They were quick to come fix what I needed done and so reasonable with the pricing. The electricians are friendly, trust worthy and actually explain to you what they are doing or what needs to be done. They get the job done the first time! We used Empire Electric Inc., for our elderly mother. She needed work done to some electrical issues in her home, but we needed someone trustworthy and honest. She was beyond thrilled with the two electricians that came out. They were on time, professional, respectful and answered all of her questions with confidence and without hesitation. She will need more work done in the near future and we will only use them. We feel confident having them in her home. Very impressed.

I made an appointment several weeks ago, and on the morning of my appointment they call and say they over booked and don’t have anything available until the 25th-3 weeks out. This is so unprofessional and the woman had zero remorse for this issue.

Installed a fan/light combo in a home less than 4 months ago and will not warranty it even though it has a 1 year warranty on their invoices!!

I was very pleased with their service. I have had issues with circuits breaking every time I turned on my hair dryer. They reconfigured some of the plugs to different circuits and I have not had a problem since. Would very much recommend this company.

I received a referral to Apple Electric and I could be happier with my experience! Gary was friendly, professional and asked me to research the type of manufacture of my circuit panel. He stated he wasn’t trying to sell me anything, just asked me to research, which I did then immediately called the office for replacement. James came the following week and replaced the panel. My house is old and he found additional obstacles, which he discussed with me and handled without issue. James was just as friendly and professional as Gary and he patiently answered my questions and concerns. I am so glad I was referred to this company and will definitely use them for all future electrical work!

Excellent electrical contractors

I was very impressed with the team from Munson & Bryan. I used them for residential work and they completed quite a few items in a short period of time. Prior to work being completed Joe came out and walked the property to understand my requests. The crew of 3 showed up on time and worked within my scheduling constraints. They were professional. They were knowledgeable and successful troubleshooting issues in my 80+ year old home. They were respectful of my home: they all took their shoes off without being asked! For the work they did and the time required (none of it was padded, these guys really worked) I found the cost very fair. I highly recommend them and as I am responsible for Facilities at my job, I will use them for commercial work as well. Well done!

Matt and Fred are super quick to respond, and not only get whatever electric issue you have handled fast, but can clearly walk you through and explain what they are doing to fix it. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing electric work!
