The shut-off valve for our toilet broke so I gave Darley's a call to have someone come out and replace it. They were able to schedule me for the next day since it wasn't urgent. They guys arrived on time and were done in 20-30 minutes. Quick and efficient service, will definitely use again should the need arise.

Rolland Reash Plumbing does outstanding work! I called them for an emergency issue with my water heater this weekend. They let me know how long it would take for someone to come, called me to confirm the exact arrival time and sent over a professional plumber who was going to make sure he assessed every aspect of the issue so that it would be repaired correctly. Issue with water backing up in bathtub and water coming out the bottom of both toilets downstairs when the washer machine was running. We call this company on November 22 2022 paid $245.00, things seem to be working fine until January 13, 2023, we called again and was told someone would come out around 8:00 pm but never received a call or text, technician was a no show. I called again the next day and a tech finally came out around 3:00 pm, another $245.00. We thought the issue was resolved again until January 18, 2023, same issue occured. I called again and spoke with a rep and was advised she will consult with the technician and give me a call back in a few. I never received a call back so I called around 12:00 and again at 3:00, I spoke with a front desk rep, per our conversation I believed there would be no charge for the service since it was the same service and the technician was to my home less than a week ago. Technician showed up around 5:00, looked in the drain and said yes it is backed up again and that will be another $245.00, we declined service. It is clear to me that they do not do everything possible to make sure you do not have the same issue again in the near future. Each time they just pushed whatever was clogging the drain for a temporary fix instead of clearing it out of the drain. Each time the technicians were there less than 30 minutes and talked more than they worked. I will deal with my home warranty company in the future to avoid the costly mistakes due to human error.Update: We called another plumbing company on Jan 20th. This technician was very knowledgeable and provided us with a lot of information. He unclogged our drain and advised us the issue maybe beyond the tap and insisted we stop calling plumbing companies and contact JEA. We called JEA the next day and they came out same day. The issue is on JEA side and we will be getting a refund for all plumbing expenses and any blockage until they make the necessary repairs will be on them. Not sure why Terry Vereen technician did not provide us with information like this but thanks to Ken Johnson plumbing going above and beyond our issue is finally being resolved and free.

AJ was amazing. Had my septic tank pumped. Educated me on the process and as they were putting the lod back on the bolts had rusted so he went to his truck got some new bolts and screwed everything back down secure. Definitely recommend this company and will be using them again.

While I understand that everybody is in a slight panic about water and gas, there is absolutely no reason that someone should be screaming at another person who is also trying to get gas. I don't know anything about this company (Crabtree Plumbing) except that I will never use it because at 8:20 this morning this employee was screaming at the top of his lungs that he was going to get out of the car and punch another person who was trying to get gas at an absolutely packed gas station. There is no need for this kind of behavior — we're all stressed, worried and doing our best.
