Called inquiring about water softener install, was told it would be $69 to have someone come give me an estimate. When asked the upper end of a typical installation was told it could be as much as a “couple thousand”. In the days of very competitive, globalization, this type of response is absurd.

I've used Darley's on about a half dozen jobs on two different properties. Every time, no matter who comes out, they get the job done honestly and fairly. I would highly recommend!!

Mistakes were made by an initial technician, when parts that were assembled during the visit began to leak, I scheduled a return visit.The technician who arrived for the follow up was clearly tasked with rejecting the repair and did not get the full set of information. He was informed enough by the report that had been filed by the initial service. He was curt and unhelpful.My advice to roto rooter is to do more training in record keeping and to be up front that a return visit will be done by a skeptic who does not understand the basics of customer service. The cost of this repair would have been under $10 and instead it was a headache and pretty terrible experience.My advice to someone who needs plumbing repairs is to call anyone else. You’ll be exorbitantly overcharged by roto rooter and their work is barely covered by a “warranty”.

Jerry and his helpers have done three jobs at my house and two jobs at my mothers house. Excellent work, very fair pricing and easy to work with.

Prompt response. Phone service courteous. The plumber was in my condo within 45 minutes.Turns out the problem was between the building and the street and had backed up into my unit.The plumber (Mitch) was efficient quickly diagnosing and resolving the problem. He did a great job cleaning up after.

My technician, Frank, arrived on time. He listened to my concerns and got to work replacing a drain valve. Then, at my request, he looked into the expansion tank, found it to be faulty and offered me the choice to get one myself to save some money on the install of a new one. When, after driving to several stores I was unable to find one, he still worked with me to save me some money, and so that I could have all my issues fixed in one day. After a few hours, my new drain valve was installed, and the new expansion tank was as well. Through all of it, Frank was professional, courteous, friendly and hard-working.I am glad I gave Fenwick a second chance, since my prior (and only other) experience with them... left a lot to be desired. But it goes to show, they do have competent people and they work hard to do good work.

We only use Lettow Plumbing because they are honest and reliable. An honest plumber is a lot less expensive than a cheap plumber!

They are wonderful. Incredibly kind and quick as heck. Evaluated how to complete the replacement of all drain lines on my 83 year old house and the complete mess of cast iron I had. They jumped right in and got the job done in less than four hours. Cleaned up perfectly afterward and all around great work. Highly recommend.
