Best Plumbing in Jacksonville FL

I’ve had 2 clogged toilets…fortunately I had one that worked. But Eric arrived tonight & was able to find the problem. I ended up with a new toilet in my master bath—but everything is working!!! No more worries!!! Eric did a great job!

I happened upon Darley Plumbing a few years ago and they have taken care of my plumbing problems very quickly. Prices are very reasonable. They are quick to respond and their work has been consistently great. They repiped two homes for me and they take care of smaller issues as they arise, too.

We had an issue with our main line and Nate came by first thing (earlier than expected) and went above and beyond to fix the immediate problem as well as give us an insight to our next steps.

We had a pipe bust behind the wall and needed to find someone to fix it quickly... he came within 1.5 hours and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Very reasonable prices, professional, and friendly. I would and will recommend to my family and friends.

Great quality service! Installed water softener, replaced old toilets, unclogged shower. Eric explained everything and answered all my questions. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs!

Needed a new toilet! They were able to get my appointment scheduled within a couple of days which was pretty good for all the shortages we have!! The plumbers were friendly and prompt in getting the new install done!

I used the online chat feature to contact the company on the company website. I was called promptly by the dispatch team and an appointment was scheduled later that same day. My issue was that my kitchen faucet was leaking. Anticipating that I would need a new faucet, I ran to Loew's and purchased a replacement faucet. The technician arrived on time. I showed him where the faucet was leaking and showed him the faucet I had purchased. He then pulled out his iPad and told me the cost to replace the faucet would be $700+ ( cannot remember the exact figure because I was in shock). He then said but I can give you a $300 discount on that and your final Price will be $500+, again I cannot remember the exact figure. I then asked the technician how long would it take to to replace this faucet. He responded that it would take him 45 minutes to an hour. Dumbfounded and now mad about the apparent gouging that Fenwick Plumbing seems to get away with, I asked the technician to leave. He then said I owed an $89 service fee and $20 fuel charge. I absolutely refused to pay him and he left. I then called the company to inquire if that was actually the right quote to replace the faucet. First, I had to file a formal complaint to speak to someone in management so I did, A couple of hours later I did receive a call from one of the owners who proceeded to tell me that was the correct price. He further asked if the technician explained that they would replace all the parts that went from the faucet and under the sink. I told him no but you cannot justify that price for replacing a minimal amount of parts since I had purchased the replacement faucet already. I told that I refused to pay his service fee and he acknowledged that and said I did not have to pay it. I cannot urge people enough DO NOT CALL Fenwick Plumbing.

Very good work in all respects

This is the fourth time I have used Touchton Plumbing and I will not be using any one else. The plumber Kevin was very friendly and professional. He preformed all the work I needed and was very clean with his installation of my focets. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

When we booked the appointment the issues we were experiencing were explicitly explained. The tech called prior to arrival and we explicitly explained the issue we were having. The tech showed up without the proper equipment and did nothing, but wanted to come back the next day to charge even more $$$

David did an excellent job he fixed a problem with our kitchen sink that haunted us for 10 years we would clean it out and then would clog up again after 1 to 1 1/2 months David came out with his big drain cleaning machine and did the job sometime in January of 2019 dont remember what day but it's been almost 5 months and our sink is still draining great it never drained that quick until David came and did the job also he showed up 2 hours after I called VERY PLEASED I WILL USE HIM AGAIN Very Reasonable Prices As Well AND HE EVEN CLEANED UP HIS MESS VERY TRUSTWORTHY TRADESMANTHANKS,COREY
