Mom and I went to Donovan Heat & Air for a 2-day installation of duct work. The Duct needed to be replaced, upgraded, and the old duct didn't cover as much ground as the new one did. Their installation team performed to expectation and beyond if needed. One such example is how much employees to send over for the work. We were expecting 4 guys to come and didn't expect 5 to come instead for day 1. For Day 2, we were expecting 2 guys to come and 4 came instead. This is called operating at peak efficient at the time of opportunity. Another great thing I can say about Donovan's employees is their capability to work while having less holidays off than in other areas. I was able to save in my time in the bank on having President's Day off for free and only called out from work on the other day. Grateful Donovan works on normal holiday schedule on President's Day.Special thanks to the team leaders Zach and James and their backups of Nathan, Jonathan, and Brady and also their parts runners Preston and Steve for delivering parts at the time of need. They're the second company that I know that have parts runners to delivery parts while using their own vehicles. I know of a 3rd company that does this, but uses Uber instead.

January 4, 2022Paid cash for a brand new AC unit. Installer Rain Nelms and team left trash in our yard upon old AC removal (styrofoam container, snack wrapper and gallon jug of water). Also cracked our drywall while putting the new AC unit in. I could overlook that unprofessionalism, but it continued to get worse. So we ran NEW AC for about 3 hours and unexpectedly water had leaked all over (or should I say UNDER) our laminate plank flooring. I call, they were quick to try to rectify and came out and “fixed” the pvc pipe leaks within an hour FREE. Tech Ryan was great and seemed knowledgeable. The brand new AC we let run while we made dinner and watched tv (approx 3-4 hours). We figured “mistakes happen”… We come down the hallway to go to bed and our laminate floors are literally floating on water. The AC pvc pipes are leaking in 3 different spots and completely ruined our hallway laminate flooring and has now entered our bedroom tile. At this point, I am very upset. I wish I could post pictures/videos so you can see for yourself. We trusted Snyder, that was our mistake. Don’t let it be yours.I called 1 hour 10 minutes ago to let them know the NEW AC is still leaking and I am yet to hear from a technician or manager. Will someone reach out to me NOW?

Raul was great! My walk in closet only had one hanging bar. Being handy myself though I could do it but I was in over my head with so many different wall types. UGH! I now have three hanging bars with shelves! TV was also mounted and one other small project. It was all done fast and well…he didn’t make fun of my unconventional budget closet idea either. lol I would definitely recommend them, call them again!

Xavier was great. Worked nonstop, very knowledgeable and cleaned up after each project.
