Fantastic job! Steve Keiler installed the venting, mounting brackets, chimney and crown molding for a Zline range hood. This was a replacement range hood so there was all the fun that a remodel provides including an existing vent that was more of a hindrance than a convenience. I was nervous about the stainless steel and the backsplash tile drilling for weeks prior to the install. Steve was absolutely kind, professional, calm and capable. He discussed the instructions with me and provided his insight. His analysis of what needed to be done was impressive and he went about the work knowing it would be completed this day having never seen the instructions prior to stepping up to the job. Wow! It looks great!

I had Snow Whites dwarfs minus grumpy out to my house doings a repiping for me. I enjoy the bantering and everything as they worked. They were all very professional and courteous. That's why my A/C, plumbing and electrical will be through Snyder.../. .. .I had a plumbing problem at my house and my kitchen and I called Snyder they got somebody out here as quick as they could and they done a very he done a very very good job on what he did he explained to me where the leak was coming from and everything like that and he fixed it he was very polite very conscious of the work she was doing and taking pride in the work he was doing for the company very professional and I really go to Snyder now for everything that I need as far as my air conditioning heater my plumbing and my electrical they are fairly they are priced Fair and their people are always very courteous and very nice and I appreciate that in a company and I think Snyder for the people that they choose to work with them from the ladies that answer the phones to the gentleman that does the work and everybody else in between so you need to give him a try and it's worth your time it's with your effort so if you've got a plumbing problem and electrical problem or an AC heater problem column

UPDATE: Less than 20 minutes after this review, we received a phone call, a refund of the rendering expense, and a sincere apology. The refund came as promised by the next morning and we got a 2nd call, again apologizing for the dropped ball. Their reasons for the lack of communication were new technology in the offices, staffing issues, and taking on more of a job than they were able to handle at that time. We appreciate the response and due to their goodwill, we will still use this company for small projects moving forward.

We had used this company for another job in 2020 and we thought we would go with Honey Do for a major bathroom remodel. They came out and got what they needed to give a quote and we were supposed to receive a full rendering (which cost a couple hundred bucks) of 2 design options. Instead, we received a single, hand drawn (black & white) design (not using the products we were requested to provide for the rendering. A child could have drawn something better, but whatever. Maybe something happened to the design team??? The ultimate kicker is that we have waited almost a month if not a full month for them to schedule this remodel. We have called and written email, etc. but no one wants to give us the courtesy of returning our calls and emails. Supposedly this business is under new management but I think that time is better spent elsewhere instead of wasting it on this joke of a company. I don't know a business around that would ghost a client who is willing to pay more than $12,000 for its services. I would understand if it were a smaller job but even then, what this company is doing is so disrespectful to its customers. Definitely will not use this company.

Very quick response, was able to come same day that I called for service. Very friendly, courteous technician and also very thorough job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for handyman services. Christian the tech was absoloutely GREAT!!!!
