Very professional!!! He showed up wearing mask and disposable booties. We were considering remodeling our entire master bathroom because the shower had lost the lower caulking... He removed the old one, re-grouted and re-caulked... My wife said that the shower looks like it did when we closed on the house over 5 years ago!!!

Best plumber I have ever had was able to solve my problem in minutes. So fast in fact that I had not even finished explaining that 2 others before him couldn't find it.

Ice maker line right? Very simple procedure you would think. I had the refrigerator moved out of the way & the drywall cut for the repair and very clean for the repair person. Didn't need any water line connected or drywall patched. They charged me $276 for the job and around $90 for the valve when in reality it costs only $15 plus a few bucks for glue and couplings. They also charged me to repair drywall when in fact I never requested this. The only reasonable charge was for the cpvc parts: $2 for couplings, etc.I spoke to Kyle and ran through my concerns that I was quoted a little under $200 and I was charged $276, and I didn't ask for a drywall repair and that $80+ for a ice maker valve was extremely ridiculous. He laughed at me and asked if this was all about $40 for additional labor (15 minutes for the drywall repair I didn't ask for). I agreed, but also disagreed with the 300% markup on the water valve part was unfair to us regular people. To be clear, this valve is not made of gold or platinum. Kyle, in the brief convo we had, you were a very condescending person and probably a family member of the biz (I have a few). Trust me, being a nice person goes a long way especially if you consider I need so many plumbing services. You literally laughed at me when I was trying to express the value you didn't provide me.On a $276 job, $40 is extremely significant, Kyle. Especially if you include the 300% markup of the valve. He said he would refund the time it took the tech to patch the drywall ($40), we'll see. I don't think I'll include them on my quote for a new water heater or our sewage drain issue, etc.

Worst customer service!!! They have the rudest office lady that answers the phone with no professionalism. Like another recent complaint I was told I would get a call back and nothing yet. Office lady practically yells at me, saying the same thing over and over, I gave the owner your number and there is nothing more I can do. Don't waste your time.

Had to do a whole house re-pipe due to copper pipe issues. Terry Vereen Plumbing did everything they said they would do - from coming out to give estimate, emailing contract, getting permit, scheduling the work and completing the work. All done in a timely manner by friendly, professional staff. They sent out 2 trucks and 5 guys to do this job and they arrived on time and were clean cut, polite and got right to work! They got this job done the same day and cleaned up after themselves. The county inspector showed up today to sign off and said they did excellent work and had insulated all the pipes (which this county does not even required anymore). We could not have asked for anything better...they did a great job and we would recommend them to anyone! And the price was fair too! We talked to atleast a dozen companies and had 3 companies come out to give us estimates and Terry Vereen Plumbing was one of the lowest. You won't go wrong if you hire these guys!

I am not sure his name of person who came but he has been here before. He is amazing, extremely patient, explains things, knowledgeable, and is very professional. My mom is elderly and asked questions multiple times and he was SO patient with her. Employees like him are hard to find!!

I have used Gavin and Steven for various projects on my house. They have done work involving repairing a broken pipe, installing an outdoor shower/relocating lines for my summer kitchen, installing a tankless water heater, and now helping me with some pool issues. We had a leak, not sure where it was coming from! Slab or pipes we did our own investigating work- no luck. Call Aldridge & Son's Plumbing Sam and Joe came over and with in 10 minutes discovered that under out dish washer the water holder was split open and each time we ran it massive amount of water were running behind out cabinets traveling thru the kitchen and ending in our GARAGE.. with no base board or wall issues!

This is the only plumbing company we use for the large commercial business park! Been using them for years!

After being denied a claim from my home warranty company for repairing my downstairs bathroom toilet that backed up I called Betros Plumbing. My first contractor came out removed the toilet and ran the line trying to bust the clog. What he discovered was that I had a sewage pump for the house addition that had become unplugged. We plugged the system back up and like magic the backup cleared immediately. Fast forward 8 days when I got around to cleaning the shower. The shower began to back up once again. I called and Betros plumbing came back out to investigate the problem. The two techs Jay and Solomon were professional and got right to work. They assessed that something was wrong with the switch that activated the pump. They realized the activator float had come unattached as wasn’t able to send a signal to the pump to turn on. They quickly and expertly reattached the float so that it would properly activate. They were quick and efficient. I highly recommend this company and these guys. Great service and they will be the only ones I call from here on out. Thanks guys. You saved me!

I placed a service order, the order taker was a good listener, understood immediately what I was talking about and gave me a good understanding what to expect. They charge $30 for the test, which is cheaper than going through JEA, and it comes off the work order if your unit fails. All the plumbers I called wanted substantially more. Hoping the rest of the experience goes as well.

Friendly guys that had the important parts perfected. The plumbing and fall where an inspectors easy pass then left it cleaner than it was. They totally respected my house.
