I was charged $504 labor to fix two faucets, a dripping drain and push a reset button on a water heater. This took two days (wrong part ordered) and two crews of two plumbers each. They left considerable dirt wherever they worked, and under the sink they jumbled up all of the stuff stored there as if they had just thrown it back in. The policy of sending a different crew to fix the job not completed by the first crew is a poor one as the second crew really didn't know what was going on. This is not unique to Vereen, but still a poor way of doing things. Will not use them again.

Can't say enough about the overall experience from leak to replacement. Called them noon and repaired next day by 9:45 am. I wasted a day getting estimates 2-5 times their price. Experienced professional installer, explained the whole process answering all questions with great consideration. Ret. Navy with lots of questions.They have my business in the future. Rob and his helper Josh were on time, professional, and efficient. Cleared out my clogged kitchen pipe 35 feet down under the concrete slab and didn’t leave a speck of dirt. Had a few laughs as I learned about garbage disposals and Josh was patient as I juggled an infant while signing the paperwork. Thanks guys!

Steve is an exception to what I’ve encountered in the past 20 years here at The Beach.If you are looking to get the job done right, with a no nonsense price and a QUALITY job Steve is your new go to.I first found Steve 4 1/2 years ago as a referral through my realtor. I needed several jobs done in my home before we sold to relocate to Germany. I needed the jobs done in a timely manner with someone that I could trust and not at a huge price. I knew he would meet all those criteria within the first 5 minutes of talking to him.The jobs were done with no surprise costs. He kept me informed along the way as to what needed to be done AND he provided pictures both before and after for documentation... without having to ask for it.I recently moved back to PVB ( oh my goodness .. the traffic on A1A and the building west of the intracoastal has exploded since I’ve last lived here). BEWARE PRICE GOUGERS!!! This place is an absolute joke. I got 3 estimates to repipe my home ( in coming water lines and out going drain lines) Fenwick gave me an estimate of $31,000. Yes thirty one thousand!!!! This is a 2 bathroom, 1 story block home with all plumbing in the crawl space under house. Other quotes were around $10,000 and $4,500. They are price gouging out the a.. I couldn’t even believe it when the said the price. Said $22,000 just to do drain pipes alone, thought they were joking or meant to say $2,200. Nope they were serious. All I can say is wow. Do not use them and make sure to get other estimates first if you do plan to use them because chances are you can get your project done for at least half or a third of what they try to charge you. Plus most places do free estimates they want $89 but they waived that do to mine being a full repipe job they said they wouldn’t charge for the estimate.

The site manager that came out to do the estimate is extremely knowledgeable about their systems and the various systems that they currently have and what would work best for us. the installation team that came out two days later to install it were efficient and knowledgeable about what they were doing and cleaned up completely after themselves I'm very pleased with the service so far
