The people who helped me with my plumbing needs at Darley's Plumbing were the best I've ever dealt with. After explaining my situation to Tiffany, who works in the office, she sent the right person to do the job. John, the plumber, and his helpers were on time, professional, courteous and they did quality work. I needed a lot of work done, requiring them to return for several days and they were always mindful of my family members with special needs. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. A+

Expensive diagnosis fees, not great customer support, I spent 3 days trying to solve an issue waiting for their call. And I had to hire a different company.

The last 2 jobs I had from Rolland Reash were nightmares to deal with. 2 years ago we had the plumber come out to fix a line behind the fridge only to have a leak gushing out, costing us alot of money and time to replace our floors in the kitchen area.The first 3 pictures are the old plumbing and the last 2 pictures are how roll and Reash installed them.6 months ago we decided to try again assuming this was a fluke. Plumber assembled everything together and as he explained how he assembled the shower lines, the pipe busted and splashed water everywhere. Within 30 seconds of running water spilling out this damage our new drywall panels, our new laminate floor we just installed in this area days before this incident, and damages are now showing up in our shower floor. Because of this they didn't charge us for the install and had someone come redo the floor. We bought the supplies and they installed the floors. Unfortunately I can't come to terms with how they handle these situations and for that we now have Tactical Plumbing coming through for us. Saturday morning kitchen sink clogged Joe showed up within an hour professional friendly courteous. Will definitely be calling this company back again with any plumbing issues in future. Very affordable as well

It's plumbing and prices are high but not any worse than any other place. However all of their employees are very friendly and professional. Most places I call anymore I get a debate but not here. They are easy to work with and care about their customers.

installed a new AO Smith Hot Water Heater in my Condo just before Hurricane Ian came. I did not catch the names of the installers. But I wanted to give them a Huge THANK YOU for all the hard work they did. They could have easily canceled or rescheduled due to the storm, but they came out anyway and did a GREAT JOB.

They installed my tankless hot water heater running the lines from one side of my house where the original old tank was all the way to the opposite side of house without any issues or complications!!!Tankless works amazing & I have an endless supply of hot water!!I’d recommend this company to anyone!!!Definitely will be my go-to company for all my future plumbing remodeling needs!!

I used a home warranty and this company was sent. I sent a picture of what needed to be fixed. Apparently, they had an idea what needed to be replaced because that's all the plumber brought in. It was a $5 part and very easily fixed. I'm sure the person I dealt with via text could've suggested I try that since it was such an easy fix. Instead, I had to pay the warranty fee of $100. The shower faucet needed to be replaced with a simple screw which took no longer than 3 minutes. I'm disappointed and feel like I was taken advantage of.... after leaving this review and texting the same to the woman I had been dealing with, I received a call that was less than apologetic. This confirmed my original posting and I would definitely not recommend working with them.

CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!! Harold was quick to respond about our needs to install a new septic system. I saw 30+ great reviews on Harold and Clay County Master Plumbing. The reviews all spoke about Harold’s expertise and kind demeanor. The system is just as Harold described. He planned out the system along with the owner of the mobile home moving company to optimize the drainage from the home and the best positioning of the home and septic system. Harold accomplished our goals while saving us $2,500 more than any of the other 3 estimates we got for the same exact job. Beyond Excellent.

Rock Solid is my go to for all my plumbing needs. I had a stopped up shower and toilet, I called and they scheduled and showed up a few hours later both times I needed them. The guys they sent out were awesome and professional and got right to work! They completed the repairs, tested everything and made sure I was completely satisfied. All is good and I have them saved in my contacts as My Plumber!

By far the best customer service I have experienced since moving to Jax!!! So I was tasked with the honeydo list since I was off for the day. We had been calling around and it seemed we were getting rediculouse pricing on plumbing issues so I called Econo and asked when I could get someone out to check our water heater. The boss said right now. Within 30 min the plumber was at our house. Gave me the quote for the heater, not what I wanted to hear, but Mr. Travis was very detailed in his explanation. You could tell he and his company had a since of integrity and dont appear to be the type of business that would take advantage of people. On his way out, I asked could he check the toilets because every now and then I heard drips from two of our toilets and Rotorrooter quoted us 225+ per toilet. He was firm in saying the price per hour and that it wasn't a quote for that but the price was the price, nothing hidden. Because my husband had already purchased the material and because of Mr. Travis was honest and professionalism I decided to see when he could fix them. He said let me draft a ticket and call in to see if I can do it while I'm here. Well he did the work, did it fast, and explained what he was doing while he was doing it. Now the other reject companies need to take a lesson from Econo -Rooter and there needs to be more Mr. Travis's representing their company and doing quality work.. Thanks so much. Moving forward this company has our business as long has we get the same Tech/Plumber or the same Great work! Thanks again...

I called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on how much it would cost to have them come and fix a busted pipe that had partially flooded my house. After talking with the receptionist my husband told me not to call a plumber so I did not book them. About 20 minuets after I received a phone call from Hosea who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. At the time he called I was struggling to figure out what supplies I needed to get. I told him that my husband wanted to fix it and he was supportive and listed to what was going on. He did not just hang up the phone and go on with his day, he walked me through everything I needed to get and took about a half an hour to help me find the supplies. If you need a plumber look no further!!
