They came out to give me a price for re-doing my shower. The guy looks the job over and says it will be $3000. We talked a bit and then, on his way out he says: I'll get a written quote to you for $3500. Price went up $500 in 5 minutes. Then to top it off, even after bugging him twice via text, I never received a written quote. Pitiful.

Miguel, was professional, pleasant, he wore a mask and paper booties before entering my home. Miguel diagnosis the problem, explain the issues and answered all my questions and concerns. The problem was the faucet. Overall, service was great. However I do feel the price charged for the replacement of a faucet I had purchased was too much. Otherwise no complaints. I had 2 different technicians come out 24 hours apart and the problem still exist paid them over 400$ and still had to call another person who unstopped the toilet from backing up. I’m upset bc I paid for a service and didn’t get what I paid for. The office was only concerned with the issues found that’s causing the problem, but they could have at least come back out and clear the toilet, and let me know that this is all they can do, sometimes that 3rd time is a charm, as I write this, the toilet is flushing after I found a “person “ who doesn’t work for a “company” to fix it. We Seniors always get our money taken and poor service.

I had particles in my hot water line. I talked to a few plumbers and other peoples with backgrounds in plumbing. And they thought it might be a break in the waterline in my slab. I talked to Gary Hall, explain to him what was going on, he asked me a question: by chance do you have a tankless hot water heater. The answer was yes. My water is so hard that the minerals were being cooked by my tankless hot water heater and creating particles. They came in and cleaned out the tankless hot water heater, and installed a water conditioner. The water conditioner should remove all the minerals, plus the water taste better. They did a great job, prices were very reasonable, and the people explained everything that they were doing for me.They just came back for a follow up, checked up on me, and they refused to take any money from me. What a fantastic outfit.

Woody, from Presto Plumbing came to my home today Weds. March 22, 2022, in Lennar's Highland Chase Community and fixed my concerns on (1) leak under sink ( 2 ) two bathroom tub stoopers (3) a misaligned toilet seat. He also inspected every water faucet in home. He was the best plumber I've encountered in my 71 years! He was so quick and efficient, moving room to room. I would definitely call again in the future for any concerns. The absolute best.

Terrible service. Steve came out to my store to assess a problem I was having with the sink and toilet. He gave me the vaguest of answers before giving me his card and leaving my problem unresolved. I called the next day and asked for him. His secretary told me he'd call me back. Never heard from him.

I called to get information on a kitchen faucet installation. I truly am unfamiliar with the process and asked a few questions. I was totally going to use their services, but needed some reassurancing. However, the guy who answered the phone was snarky with a sarcastic tone. Not how you should treat potential customers. The phone interaction alone with the guy who answered the phone would detour anyone from utilizing their services.
