The technician was on time and professional. He first looked at the shower then gave us options on how to repair the valve. He saved us 500dollars by carefully cutting the ring and replacing the cartridge. Outstanding job!

don't use this company, they always overcharge what they did. For 2 shutoff valves replacement, they charge me $1050!!! will never ever use them again!!!!

I was having a drainage issue with my kitchen sink. McKendree's was the only company that said they could have someone out here within 15 minutes. Other companies I spoke with said I'd have to wait over the weekend into next week. The two guys that came out were here at the quoted time and solved the drainage problem within 40 minutes. Not only did they fix the problem, I was told what happened and how to prevent the same problem from happening again. The guy also showed me before he left that the sink was fully functional again and it worked even better than it did before the problem. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody. Great work for a fabulous price. Thanks for fixing my sink!

I have used Gavin and Steven for various projects on my house. They have done work involving repairing a broken pipe, installing an outdoor shower/relocating lines for my summer kitchen, installing a tankless water heater, and now helping me with some pool issues. We were in need of a sewer line for our house to the city line. We had a misunderstanding at first but they came out that afternoon and gave us a price. We decided to get a few more prices. Called 4 different companies . Some we had to call back and one gave our name to another company. Not one of the other companies was willing to come out in a timely manner to give us a price, even though they new everything was backing up in the house.WILL and his men with Metro Rooter come out early Monday morning and by 3:00 had completed a professional job. This company came in to fix the water heater in one of the restrooms in the home supposedly. Mind you there was absolutely nothing wrong with my second bathroom. After this company left my toilet it the bathroom with the water pressure issue started spraying water everywhere and over flowing, the water will not drain out of the shower. Not to mention they gutted out the tile wall and duck tape it. They also cut panels of my wall in the living room leaving holes for animals and insects to enter my home. Also in the one bathroom that didnt have a problem now the pressure not working at all . Me and my kids have been unable to take showers or baths in or home due to backed up sewage . The company keep giving me the run around about fixing the issue after being paid over 4 grand to completely demolish the bathrooms . Horrible service
