I had a new toilet installed. Jim was courteous , efficient . Cleaned up after installation and removed old one.Jim even replaced items back on tank. I would rank his work as superior.

I had Delta Mechanical Inc out for an inline water heater quote. They came out the same day I requested the quote on Home Depot's website. They were super friendly, transparent, and upfront about the requirements.We ended up going for a new tank-based water heater as the tankless installation was fairly costly (lots of retrofitting for our setup), and also had them replace our water softener. The installation was incredibly high quality. The price was EXACTLY what they quoted us (no surprises). Our installation technician was Stefan who was incredibly friendly, timely, and professional. He was done with the softener and heater installation in under 2 hours I think.Stefan took the time afterwords to explain how to use the new softener, how to adjust the Water Heater on demand, etc. This was great as we've never used a water softener before and this quick overview gave us the confidence to maintain it going forward.I will definitely use Delta Mechanical in the future if they are available for any work I need around the house. I'd 100% recommend Stefan and Delta Mechanical to those needing plumbing repairs or upgrades.

Tracey came right at the start of my service window and was done in about an hour. He installed the new toilet using a wax ring that was going to serve my needs better long term than the one that came with the toilet. I told him that was excellent customer service. I appreciate someone who is willing to go above to provide long-term satisfaction and do a quality job.

Home Depot had this business to our house within 24 hours to replace our water heater. We had called a local plumber and they wanted 3 days. Kelvin the plumber did a wonderful job. He showed up on a Saturday afternoon at about 4 pm. We are very happy with the service. For a 50 gallon tank, with all the add one the total cost was about $1700. We now have hot water.

Justin was professional, kept me updated with arrival information and estimated time to finish and all was done as he said.

The technician removed an old sink, disposer, and faucet, replacing them with new items. He made fast work of carefully removing the old items and installing the replacements. His fitting work was really solid - good, clean pipe work without a single leak. Finish work and cleanup was equally good. He was very professional - friendly and personable. I’m VERY satisfied with the work performed, and would highly recommend this individual and firm.

I had a water heater installed by Besnick. He was amazing! He communicated clearly about arrival and was prompt. He helped me understand what piping needed to be updated and confirmed placement of the unit. He was courteous, professional, and his work was great! Such a relief to have this done, and done right!

Overall great customer service from Oscar who assisted me over the phone to Justin who came and did installation. Very professional team and installation was easy. I called Sunday and by Tuesday afternoon I had a new water heater installed in my condo unit. It took Justin about 1.5 to remove old heater and replace with new. Highly recommend them!

Robert, the installation guy, was very efficient, friendly and helpful. Some line debris clogged up the kitchen faucet filter when I first turned it on after the installation, but Robert returned and had it fixed in minutes.

Just had Justin come out to our house to replace our old water heater. He did a great job and was very professional! He was informative and timely. A technician was sent out the same day we called to get it replaced.

Our hot water heater started leaking and we needed it replaced before the holiday weekend. FL Delta mechanical was called yesterday afternoon and our plumber arrived today on time and removed our old one and installed the new. He (Robert) was professional and pleasant, brought everything up to code and made sure that we had hot water before he left, also gave us info about maintenance. We are having flooring installed through the Home Depot. HD sent Stefan from Florida Delta Mechanical to take the toilet out and put it back in before and after the flooring goes down. When Stefan got the toilet removed it became obvious that the water shut off was too old to actually shut the water off. Stefan replaced the old shut off, got the toilet out, and cleaned everything up in record time. Stefan was extremely professional and courteous and explained everything. I would definitely use these folks again and I'm very happy with how they did on the job, in the scheduling, and with the follow up.

I called Florida Delta Mechanical, Oscar answered all my questions and explained what I needed. Less than two hours later Hanlet was installing the water heater, who was extremely courteous and professional. He was out the door and water heater working in record time. I would highly recommend them and use them in the future.

To be clear i have used them before with no issues . However this time was a cluster bleep. I was quoted a price over the phone and i clarified twice to make sure and it was recorded. Price ended up 700 plus more now 200 was permit which was not discussed but Ok . The other 500 was just ridiculous once they quoted price should have honored it. I also should note that it required a cut off switch no one mentioned as well . So if you use them ask and ask again and maybe another . Home depot can do better. Tech was good ?

Company was great. Went to HD to buy a water heater on a Sunday. They (HD) set me up and within about 20 minutes FDM called me and set up the appointment the next day in the afternoon. Then on Monday morning they called to see if I would like it done earlier as they had a plumber (Hanlet) available.I didn't have to do anything, Hanlet did everything, went and picked up the HW heater, delivered, installed it, brought it up to code, took the old one out and cleaned it all up. He did a beautiful job. This guy is Gud!Recommend Florida Delta Mechanical, and Hanlet.

Not quite sure they actually exist.I called to schedule a same day water heater replacement and was told to expect someone 12-4PM that day. I get a call around 2PM saying something came up and the installer couldn't make it today. Fair enough, emergencies happen. The next day, I get a call at 8AM saying the tech who was supposed to come this morning called out sick and there was nobody else available, leaving me without hot water all weekend. I called back to cancel with Delta and take my business elsewhere. I guess nobody noted that or canceled my order.Today, I get a call just past noon saying again that there was an emergency and they had to cancel my install for the 3rd time.Extremely happy I took my business elsewhere before waiting all weekend just for Delta just to cancel again. The other company I called had my water heater replaced and hot water restored less than 4 hours after I picked up the phone, and for MUCH cheaper the Delta's quote.

Sam, with Delta Mechanical was wonderful, as was Debbie in the Customer Care Department. The only good thing about buying from Home Depot for my toilet was my working with Delta Mechanical for the install. Sam, was friendly, professional, timely and excellent in installing my new tiolet.Thank you Delta Mechanical for a job well done.

I was in urgent need of a water heater and was shopping around with a short time frame. After several pricey quotes….I looked on Home Depot’s site and requested a quote. Delta mechanical inc responded within 2 mins if not even!!! Very friendly and informative and first sentence he said was “we have the best price”. He gave me my quote within 5 mins and it truly was the best price! They came the NEXT day and Richie M the technician was very nice and knowledgeable and he also let me know what I needed and didn’t need. He was very sufficient and was done quickly!!! I would definitely highly recommend this business and I will use them again in the future!

Work was done on time and as expected. Service tech was competent and helpful. Installation was crazy expensive but actually came in less than I'd been quoted originally.

Crew showed up with damaged water heater. Water heater was from Home Depot. No inspection was done before they unboxed it I guess. Crew did not have a long enough hose to drain the old tank. Unacceptable! Damage to interior garage wall was done on removal of old unit. Plaster patch job was done hastily and no discount was offered. Unacceptable! Everything else was satisfactory so far but I will not use this company again.

This provided just enough time waiting for tech to show up when one is coming home from work.The water heater is from Home Depot and I used the service from HD and Delta Mechanical is the subcontractor.

I stumbled on Delta Mechanical and I'm sure glad I did! I requested an installation of a new gas water heater from Home Depot and Delta Mechanical is the contractor that HD uses for this service. I requested the install on Sunday and Delta Mechanical called me back almost immediately. The customer service person was very polite and professional, she gave me a quote over the phone and scheduled me for an install the next day, even though it was the Labor Day holiday. The time window was reasonable, between 12-4pm, and the quote was in line with what google said was the average cost of the tank replacement including permitting, labor, removal of the old tank, etc. Today, when Stefan P., the installation pro, arrived he got the job done in approximately an hour, and even fixed an issue with the pipes that I didn't even know I had. He was very nice and professional as well, and arrived just after 12 so I really didn't have to wait at all. Even though replacing the hot water heater wasn't on my holiday list of things to do, Delta Mechanical made it very painless. This is the first time I've used them but from this one interaction, I highly recommend this business. I'm definitely keeping their contact information handy for future use.

Tracey called ahead and was exactly on time. He was very professional and I immediately felt confident that he would do a good job. The toilet was one-piece, very heavy and rather large for the location to be placed. It also needed a new shut-off valve. He took special care to do everything right, even though he had to place the toilet in a tight space and lift it all by himself. He did a perfectionist's job and could not have been more courteous.

Michael Brace represented this company in my home in Palm Coast in December 2021. He was an amazing person who worked hard and efficient. I have never met a service person who went above and beyond like Michael. He had to pull out our washer and dryer to remove the old water heater and install the new one. He asked for a broom so that he could clean out for us behind and under those appliances. He made sure everything was back correctly and that we had hot water before he left. He did not get to our home till 4PM as he was delayed at his initial call. He was to arrive between noon and 3 but he called and kept us informed about his delays. Even after a long day working, he was still pleasant and hard working. He is the type of man I would be proud to call my grandson.

Worst customer service I have experienced from a professional company.

Do not use this company. For permitting reasons alone. They book the permit inspection for you but, at least for me, gave me the wrong date. They tell you to wait 8 am to 4 pm in your home even though the inspector gives a smaller window to them of only two hours. I waited for 8 hours for no one to show and then the next day get a call from an inspector saying he’s on his way. They also need the inspection done so they started texting me at 2 am about getting the inspection done. It’s a complete disregard for the company and strongly suggest using someone else. I did it through Home Depot and that is a poor choice. I strongly suggest avoiding them.

Mihail Kartelev was my service technician. He arrived on time, but the office had ordered the wrong water heater. He gave me some alternative configurations that would work and recommended one he felt was best for us. He exchanged the water heater, returned immediately and installed the correct one in under an hour. This not only saved us time, but money and the replacement work was done well and he left the area clean. When you get good service, even if not everything goes to plan, it's worth the investment.

Delta is the installer for Home Depot water heaters. Initially I had contacted Lowes which provides a similar service and uses Florida Energy Water and Air (Orlando, FL) for installs. After making multiple requests over a 2-week period for a written estimate, via phone calls and emails, I contacted Lowe's installation department and they couldn't even get the company to respond to them. I also found where they had 66 complaints with the Better Business Bureau. So whatever you do, don't use Lowe's and their installer. I then turned to Home Depot. Got a firm written estimate from Delta on the first day they contacted me. Showed up on time on the agreed upon day. Very professional installer. Did an excellent job. Cleaned up and hauled away the old. Then I even received a call from Nate with Delta a few weeks later asking if everything was OK with the install. Highly recommend them.

Everything during this process was wonderful, The installer was what really stood out to me, he took pride in what he was what he was doing and left me feeling like you were dealing with a family member or close friend. Even when the city inspectors came out to pass for code inspections it was signed off and were happy with the installation. Great company and even better employees!

I had a 50 gallon water heater installed. The installer did a great job, actually arrived earlier than my appointment time. When the Pinellas Park Plumbing Inspector arrived, he was very impressed with the quality of the soldering, and actually took a picture of the water heater, saying that this was one of the best that hevhad ever seen!

All I can say is WOW! From the time I made contact until the time the installer left everything was spot on. Worked with me to get the model of water heater that I wanted, set up the install, delivered the new water heaer and hauled away th old one. Wonderful experience and I highly reccomend them!

Sean came out and installed a toilet today (one of the new ones that have a skirt and is smooth all the way around)! He did a beautiful job! The grout around the base looks perfect against the tile! The sink looks amazing as well! He installed the new upgraded valves on the toilet and sink! They look great! I love how easy the shut off is! We look forward to using him again for our future plumbing needs!

They arrived on time, and the technician was very polite and knowledgeable about what she was doing. She was awesome. The price of everything was ridiculous though. I bought a hot water heater from home depotHeater- $355Installation- $699.28. Which was a rip off I believe. The finish work I was definitely satisfied with... also I had to get the permit notarized myself, but charged me all that money.

The installer came on the 3rd. appointment day...there were 2 prior no-show days. The installation tech was very knowledgable and explained things/functions afterwards and answered my questions in a very pleasant and thorough manner. He installed the tank easily do to his job obvious knowledge and experience. He left the work area very clean. I'm very content with the installation.

Super honest company!I was in need of a new water heater since my tenant told me about how it kept shutting off. I assumed it was an old tank that needed to be replaced. Home depot directed me to Florida Delta Mechanical. I spoke with Tiara who quoted me a prices for a new tank with installation. Tiara was polite and quick with her work. I didn't know much about tanks, but Tiara broke down all the steps for me and explain rules and regulations for Jupiter's code. She even informed me they could do it the next day! Which is a great help since I didn't want my tenants not have hot water for days/weeks.They sent Eddie the following morning. Eddie came out to check the water heater first to confirm the work. I was not present at the house, but the tenant was. Eddie called me to inform me he could actually fix the tank, also letting me know that the price would be significantly lower than getting a new tank. Delta Mechanical was a referral through Home Depot and I was very happy with them. Very professional, came when they said they were coming and the plumber did the job quickly and so clean! It is really hard to get good contractors some times but happy to say that Delta Mechanical exceeded my expectations, and even followed up a few weeks later to ensure everything was still working.

I was very pleased with my water heater install. I received a phone call from the installer the morning it was to take place, saying he was on his way to Home Depot to pick up my new water heater first. At Home Depot, he called again with bad news, saying the box that the HD employee brought out had obvious damage so he insisted it be opened in the store so he could inspect it before bringing it to my house. Once opened, he observed dents in the WH itself, so he asked what I wanted him to do. I told him to refuse it. Then he called back a few minutes later after he discovered that the WH that the employee attempted to have him take wasn't even the one I had ordered! He watched carefully as the employee took him into the stock room and they retrieved the correct WH, which did not appear to have any obvious damage so he accepted it and brought it to my house. The install went flawlessly. He was friendly and very professional. I definitely would recommend this installer from Delta Mechanical to others.

I felt confident in his experience and the fact that he was able to come do an install on a saturday was a plus. I am very satisfied with Delta Mechanical and will recommend to family and friends.

My mother needed a toilet installed after her original toilet began to leak. After purchasing the toilet at Home Depot, I received a call from Delta Mechanical a couple of days later to setup the install. On the day of the install the plumber called and I verified that he would be picking up the new toilet from the store and hauling off the old one. There was an issue with the paperwork (I had paid for them to pickup the new toilet and haul off the old one, but the paperwork from HD didn't include that). The plumber was able to take care of all of that and showed up and got the new toilet installed. He had to work around where someone had messed up an install years ago, but he did it all very quickly. The new toilet looks great and we could not be happier. I would definitely recommend Delta Mechanical for any plumbing issues.

This company is absolutely the worst company I've ever worked with. They had been hired by Home Depot to remove both toilets in my bathrooms for a tile ceramic insulation. I had one of their representatives named George and an apprentice come on Monday to remove one of my toilets. He commented to me that my toilets were older and maybe I should look into installing new ones. I explained to him that at this time I wasn't looking at doing so. The next day I had the tile already down and grouted by my Tiler, George came to my house and stated that he was going to put my toilet down with grout. I explained to him that I did not want grout down because if I ever wanted to replace the toilet and or replace the sealant it would be much more difficult as grout. I asked for a silicone caulking. He said that he did not have that and only thing he could do would be to put regular caulk and or grout. I explain to them what I wanted since I was paying for the product in the deal with Home Depot. He said he would not do it and also he would not reinstall my old toilet. I explained to him that I paid for the service and was expecting for him to do his job. he said I had no idea what I was talking about with silicone caulk and I felt disrespected in my home. so after arguing with him what I wanted, he told me he was going to leave and collect his tools. I asked him where he was going and he said he was leaving. I told them I needed my toilets on and he said he didn't care. I asked them who I need to call to complain and he pointed on the number of his Delta mechanical truck. I contacted Home Depot's Regional president and district manager. Finally a plumber came out to finish it. That plumber named Paul was actually a decent person and cared. I was without a toilet for over 4 hours. How can a person's do something like that and have no care? Shows me how the company is being run. Don't trust them don't even try it once.

The cost of installation was more that the purchase price of the water heater (648.00) and in my opinion was extremely high. $860.00 plus change for one hours work is legalized extortion. You had to cancel my original install due to a lack of communication with Home Depot who would not allow your installer to pick up the water heater. You are Home Depot's Authorized Service Provider; I would expect better communication between the two of you. I took an entire day off work to wait on your staff and then received a call late in the afternoon saying they could not make it today and that they needed to reschedule. I then had to take a second day off work for the actual install. Lost income for both days as I am self employed. Not good customer service at all. Do you only have two installers? Being that I am also in the service industry, I would be extremely embarrassed at this poor standard. I honestly can not believe the cost of installation. Undo four connections, remove the old water heater, place the new water heater and reconnect the four connections and then not even bubble testing the gas connection, until I asked then to do it, in my opinion this is a $400.00 job at most. Very disappointing.What can we do to improve?Reduce your cost of installation to a more reasonable and realistic price. Be at my home on time and at the time that was prearrange. Display empathy when I express concern at the need for you to reschedule. Communicate better with Home Depot. Refund 50% of the installation cost for lost time and wages. That would be the right thing to do. Thank you.

Amy at the home office did a great job in responding promptly and delivering great service. She gave a very detailed quote and coordinated the hot water installation with a sense of urgency. Monica, who installed the hot water heater, did a great job and went out of her way to accommodate the job on short notice. My property manager said that she was very skilled and a hard worker.

They arrived on-time and expertly installed my new water heater. They even improved on the pipe configuration to make the valve easier to access, clearly going above and beyond my expectations. Everything is working great. I'll be calling them again, very pleased.

I had my Water Heater installed 4 years ago by Delta and was extremely happy with their professionalism. Recently I needed a minor repair on the thermostat and call Delta again. Turns out Steve (Original Installation Technician) came back out to make the repair. This whole organization is top notch, honest, and reasonable...but Steve really is an asset to the business and treats you like family. Not compensated to give a positive review!! Highly Recommend!! BEWARE, USE EXTREME CAUTION! Very unprofessional, incompetent, and they lie! Arvin was sent to repair my hot water tank, who was 40 minutes late for a 8:00 AM scheduled appointment. He said I needed an electrician, because the electricity needed for the tank was not compatible with what I have. When asked why was it installed then, he replied the guy that installed it 3 years ago didn't work for them any more (I never told him a name). He also told me, he called his office and they did not do the install, (I have paper work showing they did). He left with doing NOTHING! I called the office to explain the issues I had and spoke with Donna, she was very kind and said she would email the manager and district manager. After hearing nothing for hours, I called again, she gave me the managers name (Mark) and phone number so I could contact him. ALL of many calls to Mark went to voice mail, and I heard NOTHING FROM THE MANAGER OR DISTRICT MANAGER VIA EMAIL. I continued to call the office, for help and guidance about if I needed an electrician, because of the lies Arvin had told me. Not knowing what to do next, I called an electrician and he was at my home at 3:00 PM. The electricity is fine in my home for the hot water tank, because when the install was done, parts were added to make it compatible, why didn't Arvin see that? What I need is a new thermostat and heating element, again why didn't Arvin find that? I know why; the man is incompetent!! I finally spoke to A.J. in the office around 4:30, I told him what the electrician had found. He said I had to call Rheem myself to get the parts, REALLY. A.J> finally saw things my way and returned my call saying it would take 2-4 business days for the parts, Oh my gosh! NO HOT WATER FOR 2-4 BUSINESSS DAYS!!! I say again, BEWARE AND VERY CAUTION if Home Depot (where I bought the tank) tells you this company will do the install. Also if you look online, the Better Business Bureau the rating is a C-.Sandy R.

Water heater cost 1300.00 lasted 4 yrs 1 month, they want 189.00 just to look at it. My last water heater lasted 38 years. Do you not stand behind your work.

Arranged with Home Depot to install water heater. Installation price was an additional $1200. Found cheaper installer and was told to get an invoice and they would match it +10%. Sent invoice and they would not match it and used a lame excuse that it was not detail enough. Invoice specified water heater model and all parts to install. This took several calls and too much time on hold. After not hearing back, I told them I am cancelling appointment becasue I don't want them to show up and pay over $500 more than competitor.

Bought a new toilet from Home Depot and Florida Delta Mechanical did the install! Our installer, Sean, called before arriving and arrived right when he said he would! He was so professional and even took the time to answer questions I had along the way. He worked hard the entire time he was in our home and kept a very clean and tidy work area! He was extremely conscientious and meticulous in his work! What a hard worker he was, taking such pride in his work; going the extra mile! Process went as good as it could have. Needed a water heater asap and I called to order it and was told they can have someone out the same day between 2-5 and the driver would call 20 minutes prior to arrival. I was called at 1:45 and he showed just after 2:00. Extremely friendly, and very thorough with everything. It did seem a little expensive to have them install it but they offered to match a competitor. Overall, even paying a little more, I don't mind since everything went very smooth and easy. Couldn't have done any better

This company has gone above and beyond any other company I’ve personally dealt with. We had a huge power surge (from the power company) and it killed our surge protector and destroyed our brand new tankless water heater (only 2 months old), our furnace, our fridge, and every light bulb plugged in.This company did everything that all the other companies should’ve done, they cared. The manager Tara handled all the phone calls back and forth to the hot water company and Raymond came to reinstall our new unit. Raymond, by far is my favorite technician of ALL TIME! This company got it all done, even at times when it felt impossible.If we didn’t have this company we would still be boiling hot water to give my 3 year old a bath. They strung me along for weeks for a water heater replacement. There would often be no one to answer the phones.Once a tech said he couldn't do the job before he even looked at my water heater.Twice they showed up after the window of time I was given to expect them.When they finally did the work, they sent one guy who was under-equipped (he wanted to know if I had a spare knife, pencil, and screws he could use), complained the whole time about how he was going to be late and wanted to leave (even asking if he could come back and finish later), and asked me to help hold things and screw something in. And the worst part, he didn't finish the installation! He gave up and I had to call my electrician back to finish connecting it.They were cheap compared to some of my other quotes, but I think next time I'll go with the plumber my electrician recommended.

Worst Company ever. You can't hold of anyone. They keep transferring you to a voicemail and no one reaches back to you. Worst Worst Worst company. If they mess up something you will not be able to resolve it since no one answers their line and no other contact information available to reach them. Beware of this company.

Florida Delta Mechanical did a very nice job at a good price. The work they did was a complete re-pipe job. The patch work was so good that you could barley notice that the wall was opened. The workers also cleaned everything up. As a realtor I was very happy to see that the work was done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Florida Delta Mechanical for any plumbing work.

I had called to get a quote. Had just couple questions. Fellow I spoke to was rude and short. He kept saying model number. Didn't let me ask a simple question. Nicely said have a good day. I did attempt to ask Home Depot for another contractor;however, i guess they didn't have one. So, I will be using Lowell's for my hot water heater and everything else.

We were quoted and charged one price, the final bill was less than quoted. The office staff at Delta was never readily available to resolve this issue, nor were calls returned in a timely manner. We were finally offered a $25.00 credit for a $97.00 difference which has taken weeks since the installation. A terrible experience and will not be doing business with Delta again. The only positive was the installer, Paul.There is no organization. We were contacted after the inspection to set up an inspection? Home Depot would not allow the installer to pick up our paid for water heater from their authorized company either.

We purchased a water heater and installation through Home Depot, who contracts with Florida Delta Mechanical for their installs. The installer, Monica, was prompt, professional, and did a great job with the installation. My issue has been with the permit process after install. All written and verbal communication from the company stated that within 2-3 weeks of installation, we would receive the required permit paperwork that was needed to call and schedule the final inspection. It has now been over 8 weeks, and repeated attempts to contact them over the past month have left me frustrated and empty-handed. I usually get a different answer every time I call pertaining to the status of the permit and when I will receive paperwork. We are set to close on our home sale within 2 weeks and the permit has still not been issued, and this company has been less than helpful. If I had known it would take this long, I never would have replaced my water heater! I will not use or recommend Florida Delta Mechanical again. Stay away!

Delta Mechanical installed our water heater. The unit failed and was required to be replaced. After 1.5 years, the new unit is experiencing code errors due to equipment failure that's covered under warranty. Delta sent a technician out without any parts or knowledge of the problem. The tech spoke with Rheem and a part was ordered. The tech informed me that he would make himself available to repair the unit when the part comes in. The repair was minor but could not be completed easily due to the way Delta Mechanical routed the pipes. Delta insisted that I cover the cost of a 2nd visit due to the number of visits and time since installation. 2 failed units, poor customer service, idiosyncratic installation choices have created significant barriers. I would not recommend working with Delta Mechanical or Home Depot installation services

I arranged with the Orlando company through Home Depot to have a water heater installed. No one showed up in the two hour window I was given. After calling, I was unapologetically informed that they were running an hour or more behind. An hour and a half later, no one had shown up still so I cancelled my order since it was also 7:30 at night. I called another company the next day, they came out immediately and charged me $400 less.

My experience with Florida Delta Mechanical was awesome! Based on consultations with other plumbing companies, I thought replacing the polybutylene pipes in my home which was renovated 2 years ago would be a nightmare; this was definitely not the case. Nick and Chris are professionals; they made minimal cuts in the walls, they patched, painted and completed the job in four days! I finally did something right by choosing this company. I am a very happy customer! ???? ???

Delta Mechanical failed to install our water heater correctly and it didn't pass inspection. The inspector told us once he was informed of the correction, he would pass it and wouldn't need to come out to inspect again. Delta Mechanical told us, that for whatever reason, they can't do that. That he would have to come out again.At this point, my wife and I have already taken a lot of vacation time to be there for the initial install, the initial inspection, and the correction. We were not in a position to take more time away from work for yet another inspection. Delta Mechanical seemed annoyed that we couldn't simply be at home all day on whatever weekday suited them.Eventually, they changed their minds and told us that sending photos of the correction would be good enough. So I sent the photos to the email address they provided. A week later, they told me they hadn't received them and gave me a different email address. I re-sent the same message again to the new address. They received it this time and forwarded it to the inspector. They replied that everything was good. The inspector approved. We were all set.All until, another week later, they called again and said they couldn't accept pictures after all and the inspector would indeed have to come out to the house. But, of course, they delighted in again informing me that they don't do time frames so someone would, yet again, have to be there all day long to wait for the inspector.All in all, my wife and I wound up spending nearly 20 hours in vacation time and even had to keep our daughter home from school for a day (because we couldn't leave long enough to drop her off)... all because Delta Mechanical didn't install the heater right in the first place and then horribly mismanaged all efforts to get it inspected, corrected, and re-inspected.And they never once apologized or expressed any regret or remorse nor did they accept any responsibility for the situation. In fact, they were often rude and insinuated this was somehow all my fault when I couldn't be available on the days they wanted to reschedule corrections and/or re-inspections.

Purchase a toilet from Home Depot with removal and installation. The gentleman that came was courteous in every manner. When he removed the existing toilet he showed me the flange was cracked in two places. That explained why it was rocking. He explained how he was mounting the new flange that we would never have that problem again. I would have this gentleman come and do any plumbing work I needed and highly recommend him on all plumbing jobs. He is an asset to his company.

Home Depot should most certainly find another plumbing company to partner with as they tarnish Home Depots reputation. Not only did it take 2 weeks to get an appointment to install a kitchen faucet, on the day of installation I had to call THEM to confirm MY appointment, which is a frustration in itself. For anyone who's had to endure their apparently grossly understaffed call center you know what I mean. I had a 12-3 window, and by 3:30 with NO call I spent another 20 minutes mostly on hold to find out they weren't coming and wanted me to reschedule. Absolutely zero customer service. Apparently they have too much work and don't value anyone's time. A day in my life I'll never get back, but if I can save another person from this same failing business model, maybe its worth it.

Bought a toilet at Home Depot and paid for installation. I was told Delta would call within 24 hours to schedule. Never happened. I called them and scheduled Wednesday between 9:00 a.m. and noon. Never happened. They called and re-scheduled between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00. Never happened. I called again -- after two no-shows -- and was told they would check with the dispatcher and call me back. Never happened. Delta was consistent: THEY DID NOT DO ONE SINGLE THING they promised. I finally cancelled and will install myself. The only positive is that their customer rep, Jennifer, was very understanding and profusely apologetic.

Tom with Delta Mechanical provided me with a competitive quote and answered all my questions and concerns. Michael the installer was on-time, professional, knowledgeable and provided great customer service. Overall, I was very pleased with Delta Mechanical and highly recommend.

Delta Mechanical was the designated Home Depot installer for 2 recently purchased toilets; Desnik was tasked with the installations and did a fantastic job. As a result of this very positive experience, I will go out of my way to contact Delta Mechanical for any future plumbing needs. In the past other Home Depot contractors that I have used ie roofing and flooring etc. have, done excellent work, but it was routine. In this case, I had two elderly ladies without hot water for several days before I found out about it. My Home Depot store's plumbing contractor is DeltaMechanical out of Brandon, Fl.. I cannot praise their diligence and expertise enough. If Home Depot has an award for an outstanding contractor. This company certainly deserves it.In particular, Cindy at their office expedited the process even though it was late in the day. Their technician, Zack ,was not only highly professional and efficient but also cheerful even though he worked until nearly midnight. He quickly put my sisters-in-law at ease and assured them they would soon have hot water. Having been in business for myself for many years I know the superb value that employees like Cindy and Zack bring to a company. I hope they both get the individual recognition they deserve.

?Home Depot should most certainly find another plumbing company to partner with as they tarnish Home Depots reputation, customer services is AWFUL!!!!!!!! set up an appointment and after i missed a day at work they never show up, which upset me a lot, when I called them they just never had me on the system for that day. I set up an appointment for another day from 8am to 10 and they called me to let me know the technician was late and that he was going to be there after 11:30. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!????

The technician was efficient and did a good job in removing my old tank and replacing with a new one. The cost though, was a bit on the high side; but I had to get it done and had no time to check around. Unfortunately, he was unable to switch on the power to the tank as I had a bad switch (which kept flipping the breaker off), and the technician said that I would have to get an electrician to troubleshoot the connection. I will be having an electrician in, within the next couple of days, to check the wiring and to switch on the power to the tank.

I am amazed that this company stays in business. The only reason they do, in my opinion, is due to the fact that they have a relationship as the vendor for Home Depot. I arranged to have an 80 gallon electric hot water heater replaced. A direct replacement for the existing one and I anticipated no problems. The technician shows up alone, without any helper, and proceeded to inform me that there was no way the hot water heater would be able to be removed as the A/C unit was in its way. I said to him that to remove it, you would have to tilt it sideways to get past the A/C unit and then stand it back up after it clears. He promptly informed me that there is NO WAY it could come out. I told him it got in there, obviously it could be removed. To make a long story short, immediately after he left, I asked the building manager to take a look at it. He felt there would be no problem either, but, to be sure he decided to make a template the exact size of the existing hot water heater out of some contruction material he had around. After fabricating the template, it was obvious that the Delta Mechanical technician was wrong and I promptly called their number to inform them of this fact. I requested they get back the original tech and I would be happy to show them there would not be a problem getting the unit out. She said he would contact me. When I didn't hear back from either the tech or the company, I contracted with another company who came and did the job. It was explained to the new company prior to their coming, that Delta said it could not be removed. Upon their arrival, they chuckled and said I can't understand why it should be a problem. PS, it took 20 minutes (not counting emptying the old hot water heater) to remove and install the new one. What's more annoying then anything else is the fact that this company didn't have the decency to contact me. I would never recommend them and will be writing to Home Depot as their name is associated with this substandard company.

Never hire these people for a repipe. Here is my experience so far... They were supposed to come Monday started Tuesday instead and worked 2 hours that day. Thursday they took off. Friday they worked 2 hours. Today (Monday) they are being sent to another job. The contract says they use floor and furninture coverings, but they don't my house and floor was a huge mess on every 2 hour work day. The Operations Manager Shannon never answers her phone or calls back voicemails. I was told this job would take a week and a half, looks more like 3 to 4 weeks.

Was looking for a water heater install estimate, which I requested through Home Depot. Marcus called and left me a message then never returned my calls despite multiple attempts. Very unprofessional. Got someone else to do the job. Home Depot should reconsider using these guys as it's costing them sales.

Quick, friendly, and hassle free

If we could give a negative star it would not be enough. They never showed through Home Depot installation and we were advised they plumber was out of town. Unfortunately, that meant we had no bathrooms to use. Than we paid Home Depot to have the Delta remove the old toilets and when the installer showed up for the final installation he advised he was not going to remove than. We asked him to call his Supervisor and he refused so we asked him to leave and Home Depot will pay us to use our plumber to fix their mistake. What horrible planning, customer service and management. NEVER USE THEM!

I was in dire straits. ....water everywhere. It's true when they say they'll be out the same day if you order by noon. The home depot salesman put me right in touch with Delta mechanical and their agent took care of the rest. The installer came out within the hour! The technician was friendly and efficient. He did a professional assessment, installation, and cleanup. He demonstrated how to operate the water heater and explained what I should do for upkeep. The technician provided the manual and warranty information. I have traded with HomeDepot for many years but this was my first experience with DeltaMechanical. I am pleased to say that my confidence in HomeDepot and it's affiliates is well founded. Thank you.

They are the best I have ever seen. Nikolai, Chris and Ivan were fantastic. They completed the job and you can't even notice where the walls were opened for the re-pipe. Fantastic compared to other re-pipe jobs I have seen. Great job Delta Mechanical.

If I could put zero star I would do it.. The worst service ever!!! But really the worst! .. I requested a plumber service quote at home depot (because I have a loan there so I must take the service there) and they addressed me with this company that works for them.. The person that I spoke with started to asked me questions about my actual water heater that I didn't know... After, she gave me a quote for 750usd, without knowing what needs to be done!!! So I asked her to set and appointment to visit my place and provide an estimate but she was reluctant. She was very rude because I requested a visit to my house before the quotation... I almost didn't get it ..and just because I spoke with home depot they accepted .. We set a day and the person didn't show up or call the whole day .. I called the company to know what happened and nobody answered.. I called home depot, they called the company and nobody answered them either.. Home depot apologized and said they will call me on Monday .. home depot called me on Monday and said the reason was that Florida Delta didn't have the appointment in the system.. So I had to set a new one..now, I gotta wait for 2 weeks!!!! for a visit.. I wait for 2 weeks.. And when the day arrived the installer texted he will be at 7am, I said I will only be available after 10:30 am and if. He could come at that time? . He said yes I will be there or other installer.. (everything was going good)... I wait at that apartment since 10 am...I called him at 11 am and he said will be there in half an hour . I called again at 12 and he said he will be at my place around 12:30... I wait until 2:30 pm and he didn't answer the phone again . I called the company and they told me the installer said I couldn't be there in the morning .. That I will be there after 2:30pm (very big lie).. . The customer service told me he will be sending other guy at 4:30pm so I went to my office... Wait there until 4pm to go to the apartment again.. The installer called me at 4pm and said he will be there at 4:30pm.. Wait there it until 5pm and nobody showed up again. I received a call at 6pm from the company to reschedule the appointment ..!!! This a total disrespect!! I can't believe companies like this can work in United States .. And even with home depot.. Totally disappointed

Had them install a new water heater that I purchased from Home Depot. They gave me a very specific quote on the phone and then charged me more at the time of installation even though there was no additional work. Their plumber told me he couldn't do anything about it and to contact the office. Called several times to the office and no answer same with emails - no answers. On top of overcharging me the supply lines were leaking as shown in the image below within an hour of the plumber leaving, on a Friday afternoon of course. No answer when I called. Their plumber used the old supply lines which were shot after taking them off. I had to spend more on new supply lines and install them myself, which were supposed to be included in the install that I was overcharged for. Stay away from Delta Mechanical.

This is the company that Home Depot sent to my house because I requested a tankless water heater installation. They quoted me $5000! And they came to that price without even deciding which unit they were going to use. I did my research before I even scheduled the quote and I know the national average is around $3500. I'm disappointed to say the least. It seems like they're trying to take advantage because they know we're paying with a home project loan.

I had a toilet installed. The toilet started to leak about 6months after installing. Due to Covid we could not get the toilet repaired. 1 month after warranty I called and they will not fix a faulty install toilet. Don’t go with this service, please!

Thank you Delta Mechanical for exceptional same-day service. My water heater was replaced with minimal disruption. However, I received a noticed that I should have this inspected to make sure it was installed correctly. Is this legitimate? Or, what do you suggest? Very skeptical of foul-ups, I mean follow-ups.

Went to Home Depot to buy and get a new hot water heater installed since my current was flooding my garage. Home Depot initiated a service request using this company to provide a consultation/install of a new water heater. After three days from never hearing anything from them I canceled the inquiry with Home Depot and called a local plumbing company that was much more responsive and resolved the issue immediately.After seeing so many negative 1 star reviews about this company, I'm shocked Home Depot still provides these services through them.

The best part of this company was dealing with the scheduler Donna Lein. She was so courteous and knew her stuff. The company should be proud having such a dedicated and knowledgeable employee!

They quoted me $1,100 for a hot water heater replacement which I got 3 other quotes from local plumbers who only quoted me anywhere from $550 to $650. Delta told me I needed a permit for the job. (I contacted my local permit office they said that was not at all necessary). They also tried to sell me other things, like a new pan, pipes etc that were not at all necessary; as the current attachments, thankfully, were not rusted.

I had a Rheem hybrid water heater and a recirculation pump installed. Zack was very familiar with the water heater and did a great job. If you have room, get the 80 gallon, but the 50 gallon is working great for me.

Paul Martinez was a professional and thorough plumber. He brought a 30 gallon hot water heater to the second floor and installed it in a tiny space, replacing the original 1979 heater. He overcame each and every obstacle with tenacity and good attitude.JaneSarasota

Very nice and professional. He had to do some extra work due to my purchasing a different unit, but it was no problem for him. The installation was very tidy and done in a timely manner.

Is it possible to give a 0? The guy never called before arriving. I guess I had the wrong number. He was also an hour late on Day One. On Day Two he installed the handle to our faucet on the left side, rather than the right. It is now a faucet for left-handed people! Delta will not fix it, because we signed off. (Who, after the plumber has demonstrated that the water and disposal work, would notice that for inexplicable reasons the guy has flipped the handle around?! Who would even check for that?! That is something one notices upon using the sink!) Hire your own plumber and steer clear of this outfit.

I would rate Paul Martinez 5 Stars. He was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, thorough and did not leave a mess in my bathroom. Thank you Paul. I would highly recommend your services to my friends and colleagues.

Was promised a call back Thrusday night or Friday morning to reinstall toilets on friday because they had NO openings on saturday. Recieved no call, when I called in on friday I was told the appointment was now scheduled for 12-3 on saturday (the middle of my day without even asking me). On Saturday I was told it would be Monday when I told them that is completly unacceptable I took 2 days off of work and moved all of my plans for 4 days and could not take another day off, they then offered 3-6 the time I had already moved everyone's plans to since I was busy 12-3 for them... Understanding the aggregation and caring are two separate things, though I doubt they do either. After not being able to fins someone to sit at the house from 3-6 the landlord agreed to wait. It is now 6:10 and I can not reach anyone at all and I am going to be waiting in definetly without a toilet.

Re-piped under new kitchen sink and did well but 2 months later its leaking like a sieve and Delta Mech does not answer phone or emails. Had to hire another plumber to fix their problem for an additional fee. Be sure to report it to Home Depot...

this is a dirty dirty company, i used to work here so I know fully what goes on here. they have stinky Bulgarians here on visas doing half a55 plumbing work, they hire these guys so they can pay them 10$ an hour. they really are some of the dirtiest people I've ever met + they dont know what the heck their doing. The office people are extremely rude to people on the phone, plus they drink alcohol in the office during work hours... no wonder home depot is starting to kick them to the curb.

Called to try and get a quote for a partial re piping and they said they don’t do partial. So I asked if someone could still come take a look at the plumbing situation (because I was still open for a full repipe) and got hung up on.

This guy was obnoxious. He said because the outside of my toilets were not sparkling clean, it was against the law for him to remove my toilets. I told him I recently had surgery and cleaning the toilets was impossible, he said he would do me a favor and take them anyway when I tried to move things out of his way, he objected and told me to get out of his way. Between the office staff of Delta Mechanical Plumbing and this guy, DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT USE HOME DEPOT TO INSTALL ANYTHING IN YOUR HOUSE!

Horrible! Got a water heater installed. Now about a month later, on Christmas eve morning I'm waking up to a flooded garage because the connection blew off. DO NOT USE THEM. THEIR INSTALLATION PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT

I would suggest never using Delta Mechanical of Florida. In 2010 this company was contracted by BrassCraft to repipe my entire house by removing the faulty fittings and the old grey poly tubing which was used in the late 1990's. Now in 2017 we have had (2) home flooding occurrences from the faulty old piping and fittings that were never removed from behind some of the walls and ceilings. Delta of Florida will not respond to my request and claims to resolve the matter. I would not use Delta Mechanical of Florida to change my garden hose.

Leave it to me, of all the toilets to pick when I chose one at the store, I had to bring back the one with a HUGE crack in the tank. The Delta technician that came out to do the install was the one who discovered it.Surprisingly, instead of leaving me stuck waiting for another week, he took it upon himself to drive me to the store to swap the toilet for a new one & he got the install completed as scheduled & with no other issues.
