Arrived 15 minutes after the 2-hour scheduled window. I wasn't too upset by this because i understand a job can go over what's scheduled. The guys were polite and seemed competent in unclogging my drain line. Big surprise when they padded the bill for an extra 30-minutes +$62). Claimed service call includes 15 minutes driving. So really your first hour at $124 is reall only 45 minutes. This was never explained when i called for pricing. One star because they finished within the 45 minutes and still charged for an hour and a half. I made them call the office as I disputed the bill. Manager confirmed GPS arrival at 1:11pm (was 1:15 by my watch), they were finished, packed and presented by bill at 2:03pm and still charged $188 (1.5 hours). Scammers

Exactly what you want in a plumber. Straight forward approach with no games. BEST PRICE BY FAR.....! Forget the big names here in Jacksonville/St.Johns, those guys are con-artist.

I called Rolland Reash and Premier Plumbing and left messages. 4 hours later I received one call back. Roto Rooter answered my call and had a technician out within an hour.As I couldn't flush any toilets since it was backing up into the shower, I was desperate. The technician, Gordon was nothing short of amazing. I had no idea where my main sewer cleanout valve was, he had to search for it. He was very persistant and finally found it next to the decorative palm tree. Thank you Roto Rooter for responding quickly and having such as amazing technician as Gordon!

They did good work for a neighbor. High prices. I drove down 11hours. Scheduled the work to be done, not diagnosed, they didn't come prepared even though I'd given the necessary information. Had to use another company. Saved myself a third of the price: $700.

My very old water heater let go in the morning and by the afternoon, I had a new one installed at a great price. Gavin and team provide excellent service - professional, fast, kind and clean.

I would highly recommend Hall and Sons. They are super responsive, courteous and they do their best to save you money. We had them come out to our house more than once to help us determine where a water leak was coming from. Their entire team is courteous and helpful. We will definitely being using Hall and Sons for all future plumbing needs!

My home warranty company recommended Floridian plumbing to fix a plumbing leak. I was able to make an appointment in the same day that I called them. They came out on time and my technician Corey was wonderful. He explained what the problem was, what he was doing, and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend and use Floridian plumbing again.

This company has gone above and beyond any other company I’ve personally dealt with. We had a huge power surge (from the power company) and it killed our surge protector and destroyed our brand new tankless water heater (only 2 months old), our furnace, our fridge, and every light bulb plugged in.This company did everything that all the other companies should’ve done, they cared. The manager Tara handled all the phone calls back and forth to the hot water company and Raymond came to reinstall our new unit. Raymond, by far is my favorite technician of ALL TIME! This company got it all done, even at times when it felt impossible.If we didn’t have this company we would still be boiling hot water to give my 3 year old a bath.
