Travis was very professional and friendly to my dog Monty. He came in observed the drainage issue with my sink. He told me what he would do to stop the issue and immediately got to work. He was done within 15 minutes or so. This was my first time using this company. I chose Roto-Rooter based on their reviews. I was a bit dissatisfied at first due to a scheduling mixup. However, the next day Josh arrived on time and with great energy. I needed to have the faucet in my shower fixed but he earned my trust by doing great work and not pressuring me. He gave me options I didn’t know I had so that I could research & make informed decisions on things that had seemed too daunting to have addressed for years. I then set another appointment to have all of my toilets replaced, garbage disposal removed, a set of shower fixtures replaced-and Josh even quickly resolved a bad odor that was coming from a drain in my laundry closet for years that myself and family had unsuccessfully tried to resolve. He paid attention to detail and efficiently removed the garbage disposal and installed the new pipe in a way that gave me more space under the sink. I’m very pleased and will use Premier Plumbing for my future needs.

As a plumber in Jacksonville , after seeing this horrible quality of work , if you guys use them , run. If your property management company calls then , and they come out , run. These guys have messed up every drain they touched in a condo they service . How they are still in business is beyond me .

Sent a total 3 different plumbers for 1 simple job.. my bathtub is worse off than before with 4 extra issues I didn’t have before.. posted my issue and rant on a community Facebook page and had a random guy I didn’t know point out the issue from a picture and fixed everything in a hour... do yourself a favor and call a reputable company and stay far away from these guys

Great plumbing company. Gene Rover and team are true pros. On time, does great work, cleans up, all for a fair price. B&G does a lot of charitable work too in giving back to city. I've worked closely with them on many projects over many years. They're consistently top notch.

Our technician Chris was extremely professional and helpful. He listened to our questions about our plumbing- which we are clueless about - and gave us solutions. He informed us when things may not work or how it may need to be done. Chris also cleaned up after himself which was nice to not have to deal with any debris.

They are the worst company ever. They came through my home insurance company AHS for a blockage in my kitchen sink. The person came for 15 minutes put the snake down the drain it didn't go very far and his assessment was built up grease. We don't put grease down the drain and we also just bought the house just 3 years now. It's an old house build in 1960. The contractor did no other assessment except say it was grease and put some enzymes down the drain. That didn't help as he said it wouldn't and that he would recommend jetting the line. Apparently per them jetting isn't covered under the insurance. However, my insurance company said they would cover it. Fast forward to me calling the contractor to ask where they were to come finish up and being told by them that my insurance won't cover it and should deny it. I told them to call AHS because it was approved and I am confused. Called back AHS who after speaking to the contractor denied the claim. They basically told AHS to deny it and told us we'd need to pay the cost ourselves. Some BS about not due to normal wear and tear. I was so appalled that this company basically said to me that using a sink is not considered normal wear and tear. Fast forward 3 days after the claim was denied and then sewage backed up into the bathroom and washroom. So now I have a house full of sewage and the first issue is still not fixed. If they are referred by your home insurance tell them you want someone else. They are a bunch of frauds.

Our toilet broke and would not flush. Best Jacksonville Plumbers helped us with it, and they were cheap compared to the other plumbers. Will use them again if we have another plumbing issue.
