The incompetent staff including the managers are deceiving customers.
They were hired to repair and add plumbing to a kitchen that had no drywall and easy access to all plumbing. They caused more damage than I can explain please see the pictures.

I had an old pipe in my garage that was over 40 yrs old that needed replacing that leaked up under my garage slab and and needed an estimate and after calling around and I called Rolland Reash Plumbing and they gave me an estimate that was reasonable and I talked to Joe Pesch and they came last Friday 5/19 and removed a small area of our garage floor and replaced the old galvanized pipe with new PVC pipe and poured the concrete in that area and after they came back on Monday 5/22, Sean Kay was the tech that finished up and put our sink back and hooked everything back and I spoke with him about placing a new faucet .and he was able to do so. When we went out to see what was done, it was very clean and we have not had another leak. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and would highly recommend your company to others.

First I’d like to mention Brian, the service tech I spoke to over the phone. He was informative, and professional. The two technicians who came to the home did an outstanding job and did not try to sell me services I did not need. They troubleshot my system, and repaired the issues they found. I would highly recommend, their technicians behaved more as problem solvers than salesmen. I will be a returning customer for all my septic needs.

Top of the Line Plumbing installed a tank-less water heater in my home. They were punctual, reliable, and very competent. They were careful and did a thorough clean-up. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

Great company, great service, and quality work

My plumber was friendly and fast. He also provided tips to keep my issue from happening again.

I was getting ready for bed and went into the kitchen. I heard water dripping. I looked under the sink and found a flood. The garbage disposal was leaking bad. (fyi - your dishwasher empties into the disposal) I knew it was too late to deal with it so I threw a bunch of towels under the sink and went to bed. The next morning I went in search of a plumber that would come out on a Saturday. I called Betros Plumbing answering service. I told her my problem and she said she would forward it to the office. To my surprise I got a call back almost immediately. He was very polite and helpful. He informed me of their rate for off hours. I agreed and he said he would send someone out. A half hour later I received a call from Jay Wade with an estimate. He arrived soon after. He was very nice, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up. But most importantly he was approved by my dog. That's all the approval I needed. Thanks Jay.

Friday afternoon just before 5 the back flow valve on the water main to one of our condo buildings started dumping water badly. I feared we would have to shut off the water to the building and leave 40 condo homes without water all weekend. I called Bob's and they came out and fixed it within 2 hours. Super service - Thanks!
