He explained everything to me in a professional manner and helped me understand that our next step would be to get a camera sent down our drain. We were in need of a plumber last minute, so we could close out a project for a customer of ours. Found them through Google search on a Friday. Jerry was willing to come out that evening, but we decided Saturday morning at 9am. He showed up on time and completed the plumbing for two bathroom vanities the same day and for a very fair price. Will definitely be calling Jerry again for any future plumbing projects needed. Thank you Jerry!

I called with probably 101 questions before deciding to go with this company. Each time the answers were consistent, and they were patient with all my questions. Other companies gave me different prices for services every time I called, I called three times just to see if it would keep changing. Terry Vereen plumbing gave me the same price everytime, they were lower than who we have always gone with. Customer service was amazing. Alex was great! Very polite and professional. Our toilet was not flushing properly and our home warranty service sent another company out to repair. After failing to fix the issue, we called Roto-Rooter. Alex listened as I explained what was happening, and he was able to quickly assess and fix the issue. Now we know who to call first!

This company is top notch! It is the second time I have used David. The first time was a major water line relocate in our kitchen. The second time was for a toilet repair. They are quick to respond, arrive on time, professional, trustworthy and efficient. Their prices are certainly fair. I will continue to keep their business card and call them when needed. Why call anyone else?

DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE! They charged our company credit card $6,000 without our approval. We simply gave them our credit card # to have on file. We gave them 2 work orders for a Belk store and they never gave us an invoice or any details of the work performed. They were approved to spend $1,400 and charged us almost $6k. Stay far away from this company - especially their office dispatcher Sandy.
