The lady on the phone was extremely friendly and explained all the services that would be performed, what to expect and how much it would cost if no problems were found.The technician, Russell, called 30 minutes before he was due to arrive and was the nicest and most respectful guy. He even went the extra mile of cleaning the pad where my 3 AC units sit outside.After he was done, we went over everything he did and the recommendations.I truly wished more companies conducted business this way and hired more people like Russell.
