Harry Hayes plumbing was. Referred to me bu a local property manager. They were super responsive helping me out with an emergency situation and I was very grateful. They were prompt and worked in the pouring rain to resolve a challenging plumbing issue.

Jay Wade and Mike were extremely professional and understanding! When they were finished everything was spotless. If I need plumbing services again I will definitely request Jay Wade and Mike.

Turner was called to our home for cast iron pipe inspection due to being under contract and buyer doing their due diligence. Luli and his helper showed up. Luli is very friendly, but not professional at all. He and his helper scoped 3 vent pipes and our main sewage line. Once completed, Luli stood on my doorstep and told me all my pipes were bad and I needed to repipe to CPVC. He said one was busted and leaching into the ground and the others were blocked. Luli did not show me the videos in conjunction with his assessment of our pipes. I had to call Turner to purchase the videos. My husband and I have owned and lived in our home for a bit over 5 years. We’ve had one clog which was resolved over 2 years ago. Other than that, no issues. We have no standing water in our yard, no sewage smell, no wet floors or walls. Since that day, we have now had two other companies come out, scope and assess our pipes to find no issues. They reviewed Luli’s videos and there’s with my husband and I and explained what they saw upon inspection. We have since spent $700 in inspection fees to learn nothing is wrong with our pipes. And, we are at risk of the buyers canceling contract because of Luli’s assessment. I do not recommend Luli.

Ed from the service team came to site and did everything in his power to help me resolve the issue without having to replace the toilet. We ended up replacing it, but was very helpful, communicative and clean. Highly recommended!!!

We had an emergency pipe/faucet break outside but the valves were in the side of our living room wall. The operator was great and got a serviceman out here but didn’t charge us an emergency fee. Dustin was kind, thorough and helpful.

Hands down the best bang for your buck. After getting quotes from several companies for the install of two well pumps, two pressure tanks, aerator, water heater and 5 sink faucets. Top of the line was chosen and surpassed every expectation I had.Professional, knowledgeable and most important of all dependable.

Schedule an appointment with these folks .. Didn't show up. No follow up call. I'd say avoid this company.

The individual that was sent to my home had NO idea what he was doing. There was someone on the phone coaching and telling him what to do. Worst service ever. I could go on but I won’t.

I called with plumbing.problems.and they had my tub draining .like new in ten minutes. Be careful about using the power bladders you attach to your garden hose. If too much water pressure, they burst shooting rubber into your drain. Yikes!

Mr.Oconnor went above and beyond even at 3 am when my toilet clogged after eating Blaze pizza and having food poisoning all day. His employee went above and beyond even in the conditions of body fluids spraying everywhere. Not only was he able to help fix that but he also repair my shower. i was so grateful because with out the help from him i would have had to goto bed with all of that on me.10/10 hopefully won’t have to call them out for the same reason but if i need any work plumbing related, i will for sure call this company!

Our main sewer line was backed up, and JEA couldn't help us. I rented a 100' automatic snake and ran it down the toilet drain, but to no avail. I called Metro Rooter, fearing a huge bill and a lot of hidden charges from a company. Instead, they sent Rick out, and he arrive less than 3 hours after I called! Rick was not only excellent at his job; he also was very kind and understanding! He got it fixed very quickly and barely charged us anything at all! Due to Rick's kindness and expertise, as well as the EXTREMELY fair and low pricing, my wife and I will always use and recommend Metro Rooter!
