They did a very good job, But I thought the price was way to high, over $400.00 dollars to unclog kitchen sink and bathroom shower , took maybe 30 minutes

As the leader of the Ardsley Neighborhood Association, I use Turner Plumbing annually to inspect the backflow device on the sprinkler system at the main entrance to the neighborhood. Service is quick, reliable, and conducted primarily through a simple email request. I would expect residential plumbing issue to handled in a similarly prompt, professional manner, but have not personally needed them (yet).

I had a water softener installed by Roland Reash Plumbing. After the job was completed and the plumbers left I had resin coming out of all my water lines. This is a brand new home and my lines were all of a sudden block from the resin because they installed it backwards. A second crew came back to fix the problem and also installed the filter on the softener backwards and could not unclog my lines and left at 10:30 PM. The next day another crew came back and replaced all my new sink faucets and toilet bowl parts and cleaned out all my lines the showers,dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator line for the ice. The pipes outside and inside were never wrapped or caulked leaving that for me to do. I never received a courtesy call from the owner to apologize and to see if everything was satisfactory. What a nightmare. I hope down the road this will not cause me a problem or a expense. I hired them because of their 5 star rating. I'm very dissatisfied with Roland Reash Plumbing

Had a sewer line bust. Raw sewage coming out on the lawn. Made a call. Within 10 minutes two young men arrived and started work. It was late in the day. They returned the next day and unclogged the pipe and replaced the section that was damaged . Didn't cost an arm and a leg. I recommend!!

Ashley was an absolute life saver..My sink in my kitchen had been clogged all weekend... so you know my frustrations.. Ashley knew actually what I was going through.. she had sent repair man, Mark Kale that very same day... he even called and ask if he could come early than his expected time..what a great guy... he was knowledgeable and funny .. made my day.. got my sink flowing again.. I've only had one experience with this company, but that one was awesome! The customer service when I called was great. The lady I spoke with was warm and wanted to help me. They were able to come out same day and the plumber was professional and efficient. I will definitely be using Touchton again!

Scheduled through Home Depot. They missed the original date due to truck problems but didn’t call with any information. Install went smooth though.
