Best Drain Clean Out in Jacksonville FL

Very disappointed called them to unclog the plumbing in our bathroom they said the issue was the pump to the septic was bad and septic was full . So had to call a septic company and replaced the pump and had the septic pumped out and guess what still have clogged line in the house causing the toilets to back up . Also got a quote from the tech when he was here to replace the guys and a water valve cut off and he said it would be $450 which just to me was outrageous.

Daniel was amazing. We had two different people come out prior to him to fix our leaky sink faucet, both of which stated they couldn’t fix the problem and it was a “user error”. Daniel found the problem immediately and replaced our faucet in minimal time. Highly recommended him for services and as a leader of his company.

We had a pipe bust behind the wall and needed to find someone to fix it quickly... he came within 1.5 hours and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Very reasonable prices, professional, and friendly. I would and will recommend to my family and friends.

We were able to arrange for non emergency service over the holidays just a few days in advance. Eric arrived on time and quickly did the kitchen faucet we called about. While there he helped us with an ac drain, and had the special tool and drill bits to install a grab bar in the shower. Total time spent and the bill were very reasonable. Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Steve arrived on time, and worked hard to unclog my toilet drain. He walked me through his process and showed me the clogs on his camera system. He got the toilet draining properly and left the bathroom clean. I was very impressed with him and Mr Rooter, and will be calling them for any other plumbing needs.

I had a slab leak and they showed up on time. Actually, before time we found the water line coming into the house wasn't as bad as we originally thought. They fixed it up rerouted it. Everything was good. Very professional. Nice guys. Highly recommend them in the future

The last 2 jobs I had from Rolland Reash were nightmares to deal with. 2 years ago we had the plumber come out to fix a line behind the fridge only to have a leak gushing out, costing us alot of money and time to replace our floors in the kitchen area.The first 3 pictures are the old plumbing and the last 2 pictures are how roll and Reash installed them.6 months ago we decided to try again assuming this was a fluke. Plumber assembled everything together and as he explained how he assembled the shower lines, the pipe busted and splashed water everywhere. Within 30 seconds of running water spilling out this damage our new drywall panels, our new laminate floor we just installed in this area days before this incident, and damages are now showing up in our shower floor. Because of this they didn't charge us for the install and had someone come redo the floor. We bought the supplies and they installed the floors. Unfortunately I can't come to terms with how they handle these situations and for that we now have Tactical Plumbing coming through for us. These pics are the before and after of what the pipe looked like and where it broke off.

Came out early, even though they encountered minor trouble, they came back and got the job done. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately it started out great but as business with this company continued, it got worst. They work the clock and make excuses by whipping up the pencil to justify their ridiculous charges. First time I brought it up, they did offer a discount which I declined but ask to never see the plumber that came out on my jobsite and what did they do? Send the same guy out!!! Schematics for shower kit and vanity were provided and they got it wrong, instead of owning up to it they charge me a arm and a leg and I was called a liar by the receptionist. Want a honest company, try Fair Plumbing or Pat's Plumbing. Will never use this company again and would be careful for those that are considering using them.

I’ve known Chris Lettow for a few years now. He’s always done an amazing job at one of my previous restaurant jobs. I called him in regards of an issue with some cast iron plumbing in my house. He sent over two of his guys, John and Spencer. They were both very polite and professional. The problem was fixed and I’m very satisfied with the result. I will definitely contact Lettow Plumbing for any future projects!

Both our kitchen sink and garage sink were clogged for days but Stephen Fry had everything working ASAP. He was on time, experienced, and explained the details with a smile. Excellent service!! Not to mention no $25 fuel charge or $85 diagnosis fee like Fenwick. If you need help, call Roto Rooter!

So glad I called DWV Plumbing. They had a quick turnaround with calling me back . They come out on time to replace my plumbing under my sink and replace old hardware with new hardware in my bathroom . They were polite and courteous and their was no sales pressure .They did a great job and cleaned up after the job was completed. I would highly recommend this company !

Jesse at Premire Plumbing is amazing! he’s been to my house 3 times now to deal with our old cast iron pipes and everytime i am so impressed with his work and attitude! we have a lot of issues with plumbing that we’re working on and Jesse has been amazing this whole time.

Had someone come check for a leak. He never even tried to turn off the main water or even look for the leak. He was at my house for maybe 5 minutes and didn't even give a quote for work I might need. Received a bill in the mail for $115 in the mail even though I was never told there was a fee or agreed to pay anything. This a a very dishonest company. Filing complaint with BBB and attorney general.

Jay Wade came out a knocked out our drain clean out. He went above and beyond to get the job done 10/10 will use again!!!
