We had a pipe burst and had to turn water off. Called to have our pipes fixed on Sunday at 5:30pm. Bill came before 8:00pm and was able to fix the plumbing and we had water in less than 30 min. He was amazing and I am so grateful he was so prompt and so nice. Thank you Bill, you are amazing!

Jason came out today from Plumb Doctor to help with my shower that wouldn't shut off. He had the parts needed to fix the faucet but once opendo he realized he needed more tools to undo a stripped screw. He didn't complain, ran to LowesL came back and he was done in a jiffy. Very good customer service! He communicated well and made sure I understood what he was doing. I will definitely use Plumb Doctor again.
