We have used Pristine several times in the last couple years and have always been appreciate of how straight-forward and honest the folks who've come to the house have been, along with the fact that they give several levels of options depending on the work to be performed.

Most recently, Ronnie came out to fix several issues with pipes off of our water heater after another company who we'd used in an emergency fell short and left us high and dry (pun intended). I learned that he's a service manager and doesn't normally make calls, but was out out today along with the owners to help the team catch up after a busy holiday weekend after drastically cold temps that caused lots of plumbing issues. This spoke volumes to me, especially given that they were able to come out day of, after another company did shoddy work and pushed us to the next day three times. This is an excellent example of leadership.

Overall, I highly recommend this local company who truly exemplify customer service. We'll never make the mistake of calling anyone else again!

Travis perservered with finding the real cause of the AC problem with our Geothermal system & did a thorough maintenance of the system. He explained patiently how to keep the system from freezing up until the needed parts arrive. He was clear, friendly, and dedicated.

The technician Josiah was professional, friendly, and great at communicating with me about concerns. Josiah explained about a service membership and recommendations for our units. At the end Josiah provided me with a detailed quote of recommended items or services. This quote ranged from least expensive to high end. I appreciated the honestly that Josiah had provided and encouraged honesty from the beginning. I respected his professionalism and his knowledge of the system we have. Will be using Peterman again and will be requesting Josiah as our service technician.

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
