He was knowledgeable about the problem at hand, helpful answering all my questions, and very detailed looking at all possible options throughout our house. I would recommend him to anyone and we will have him back for our next plumbing job.

The plumbers arrived within an hour of calling them which I was very grateful for since I had a leak that I didn't know where it was coming from and ruining my carpet etc. My husband and I had called two other plumbers before finding this company. One could not get here until August 4th and the other never returned my call. So I was very relieved that they could come right away. Both of the gentlemen were friendly and professional! They found the leak right away. They had it fixed and completed quickly. I'm glad we came across this company and would call them again if I had a problem.

Gus arrived on time, ready to go and with all the parts he needed. Ben Franklin's price was less than half the amount estimated by one of their competitors. Gus did great work! I'm going use BF from now on.

My home was without heat for 6days and Five nights! Dealing with a home warranty 12/28/2021 to 01/04/2022 company who (said someone would call 24hrs NOTHING HAPPENED)warranty company didn't give a hoot about me and my family beening without heat in our home(yes I cancelled that warranty company real quick)! I got on phone call 6am (Monday fed-up with warranty company took matters into my own hands), called other plumbing companies only to be told we can come out Wednesday..WHAT!

This person was Belfret an AWESOME man who show and explained every thing requarding the malfunction of my furnace! He and his team worked from sun up to late in night! Belfret and team told me don't worry you will not spend another night in the cold ! He and his team worked diligently until my furnace was completely installed and my waterheater too! Mark Weilhammer came and replaced my antiquated water softener. He went above and beyond in explaining the new system and several other questions I had regarding plumbing. He was patient and extremely efficient working with my schedule. If only the newer, younger guys out there would take a page out of this professional's book - we all wouldn't be relying on all of these reviews. Call Mark Weilhammer - he will arrive when scheduled and give you good, honest work at an honest price.

David was super helpful! Very grateful Roto Rooter was able to send him out the same day I requested service to deal with a non-functioning basement drain.

Came home to a pin hole in my water pipe. Rodolfo came immediately to evaluate the problem, and fix ASAP. He worked efficiently and quickly to repair the pipes in my wall. Not my first time using Plumb Doctor, and probably not the last (although would love to avoid anymore isolated issues! Haha)

I would recommend getting a price quote before they get to your house. They did a nice job, but I over paid by 35% ($800) over another major plumbing outfit. I know this because I price checked them later. Don’t make the same mistake I did. They definitely took advantage of the situation and charged me a premium.

Dan had a cancellation and was able to meet me a week prior to the scheduled appointment. He fixed the issue quickly and tested my water. Would definitely recommend this company!

My shop sink was clogged with lots of debris, both old and new from my floral design messes and Corey fixed it in no time! He even had the handy part to put a filter int he drain to catch the junk that I inevitably put in it. Great family, great employees, and great service!

Experts at Plumbing. That might not sound like a big deal, but it really is a MAJOR deal. The previous company before them came out and said that I needed $11,000 worth of work and I told them they were out of their minds.
Meanwhile, when Gordon plumbing came out, they found the problem and it was 47 feet outside of my unit, so the association had to pay for it. It was just a simple clog. That's settled the question with the homeowners association. They were the ones who tried to hire the other company.
Gordon plumbing is honest and professional. They take obvious pride in their work and they should.
Gordon Plumbing was VERY polite, even when I was in a bad mood. That is professionalism. They changed my mood in a heartbeat.
This is the best plumbing company I have ever found in my long life.

Seth Kelso was very professional. Every step of the way he educated on what he was doing he worked on the tree roots that were stubborn until he was able to get my drains open! He cared about helping with solutions to keep the drain open. I would recommend him to anyone. Very nice man. I give him high marks!!!

We suddenly lost air conditioning when temps about to reach 100. Howald provided same day service, identified the problem and repaired it quickly and efficiently at very reasonable cost. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. We signed right up for their maintenance program. Would highly recommend Howald to all.
