Actually showed up early, but text to notify that they are on the way. Done faster than estimated. On Time, fast, and neat...can't beat that! I have used Adam multiple times, he should be your go-to Plumber.

Not a good experience. I had to follow up multiple times to get clarification on my drainage inspection report done by them. I would not recommend this organization to anyone.

My husband and I worked with Kyle. He was great to work with. Arrived promptly, provided great service and answered about ten thousand of my questions with a great attitude and friendly demeanor. He did exactly what we asked for on the job and made sure everything was functioning as it should be before leaving. Price was very reasonable and we would 100% hire him again for future needs.

i purchased an older home 3 years ago, and have had multiple plumbing problems.
During this time I used several different plumbers and have settled on the plumber that is best - Roto Rooter. I have found their technicians to be highly skilled, professional get-the-job done plumbers. I highly recommend them.

It was really disappointing experience I never had before. I work as facility at my work and we had an issue with clogged drain in warehouse lift station. The tech showed up and took a look before I met him. he started to talk while I was coming to him to show lift station. He mentioned it was heavily modified with different power setting on control panel using wrong power, etc. I explained the history of lift station, but after that he said I don't want to involved in this. I paused a little bit to process what I just heard. I told him I will find someone else, then. I am not sure how they teach their techs , how to address the issue with customer, and how they keep their business with this kind of negative minded crews who doesn't do work. They must have a lot of customers to make money. My recommendation, find someone else than ACME service unless you really don't have one near you. I wouldn't put any star if there were a zero star option.

I had smelled gas from work done previously. They sent 2 men right over. They spent a good amount of time checking for leaks, and I didn’t have one. I must have smelled some back burning or something. I tried to pay them for their time, they were here for over 30 minutes. They would not accept payment. Nice guys, very professional.

I recently used Steg Plumbing for a total house fixtures inspection, cleaning, flushing and kitchen sink replacement after a local water softener installation failure by a national high profile, name brand equipment and service provider distributing resin throughout our total water supply) and their service tech was one of the most friendly, professional and deliberate service professionals I've ever encountered. I recommend them all day long!

They were very nice. They were very quick. They were very professional. And, they were VERY, VERY EXPENSIVE. Over $600 to have 3 light switches replaced.

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.

My 2 pump “alternating” sump pump system was not operating correctly. The battery operated backup (3rd pump) had to engage multiple times to empty the sump in my finished basement. Clint Ritchie and his co-worker Justin Braunagel came out the same day I called, assessed the situation, and provided 3 options to fix my problem. I opted to replace my old pumps with a new PHCC Pro Series PS-C33 primary and backup pump system. They removed my old system, cleaned out the sump, plumbed and installed the new system within a few hours, all at a reasonable price. I found Clint and Justin to be very knowledgeable and customer focused. They very clearly explained the benefits of all 3 options which definitely helped me decide which one would work best for my home. After installation, they tested the system and explained in detail how it works normally and in case of a power outage. Afterwards, they cleaned up everything and took away the old plumbing parts and pumps. Both Clint and Justin are very conscientious, take pride in their work, answer all questions, and strive to please the customer. I highly recommend 24-7!

Very disappointed with Nick and the office staff. He showed up on Friday to the apartment complex to check on a gas leak. I called their office and spoke to Amanda who said Nick was getting a quote together and I would have it right away. Nick also told this to my leasing agent in our office. Did not hear back from them or receive the quote all weekend and I have a resident with no gas. So I called yesterday to talk with Nick and see when the apartment can be repaired. Doh! They suddenly don't have any record of being at my property and are confused by me calling. Then a real rude woman gets on the phone and says we have no appointments til Friday. Sounds pretty fishy to me. You were in my office on Friday- come see yourself on camera! Very unprofessional!!! I would call Mcneely instead of Gordon's, they are rude and will lie! Mcneelys fixed the leak the same day I called them. So if you want to get the run around call Gordon's! Good luck!

Called them out on an after hours clog in my main drain. Seth reached out to me right away to let me know that he was finishing a call and would be headed this way. When he got here he was extremely clear about what he could do. He cleared the line very quickly and set up a follow-up to get to the root of the problem. Extremely happy with the service and would definitely use them again.
