Derrick was called to fix a dishwasher that was clogged. He was very friendly He took the time to find the problem. And Nathan was called to fix a clogged toilet line. Nathan had been here before for the same issue several months prior and remembered me and my dogs! Great demeanor and service! Bonus points: Nathan recommended the membership and it has already come in handy!! And my dogs remembered him too and didn’t even seem anxious around him! These are two large German Shepherds! ?. 05/16- This time Jake and Quinton came out to fix a broken septic tank line. They were very friendly, quick and thorough. They showed me every step in the process and were done within 3 hours! They even came back with grass seed and straw to cover the muddy tracks that their truck left in my yard as I am selling the house! They also put they seed and straw on the mud that was left behind where they had stacked their digging pile! They didn’t have to do that, but really understood my concern for the new buyers!

I love when a business delivers. Grateful Plumber sent a text that they were on their way, arrived on time and most importantly had the skill and tools to complete the job within the time quoted, even with the addition of the shut off valve replacement . They cleaned up after themselves.

The plumber, Micah, actually arrived ahead of the expected time. He was prompt, polite, meticulous, neat, clean, methodical , AND patiently answered my questions .

My home was without heat for 6days and Five nights! Dealing with a home warranty 12/28/2021 to 01/04/2022 company who (said someone would call 24hrs NOTHING HAPPENED)warranty company didn't give a hoot about me and my family beening without heat in our home(yes I cancelled that warranty company real quick)! I got on phone call 6am (Monday fed-up with warranty company took matters into my own hands), called other plumbing companies only to be told we can come out Wednesday..WHAT!

Spoke with a WONDERFUL woman soft spoken I told her my dilemma, she replied Oh my goodness, we can have someone come out today! I said yes please! I received a text with a picture showing me what the repairman look like and a Bio of his background. This person was Belfret an AWESOME man who show and explained every thing requarding the malfunction of my furnace! He and his team worked from sun up to late in night! Belfret and team told me don't worry you will not spend another night in the cold ! He and his team worked diligently until my furnace was completely installed and my waterheater too! PLUMBERS +AIR can count on me to tell everyone about their EXCELLENT SERVICE! CALL NOW IF YOU NEED SERVICE! EVERYONE PLUMBERS + AIR! I WILL CALL FOR SERVICE EVERY TIME!

I've seen reviews from others saying this company is rude. I have NEVER found them to be rude, just frank and honest! I find that refreshing so my time and money won't be wasted if for some reason I would need to call someone else. We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc.They tend to exceed my expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend them! Keep up the great work!!!

Very quick response time from the call to them showing up at my door. Technician was nice and professional. At first a leak in the pipe was not found and that required another trip to the store. But everything was fixed and works great! Only complaint would be the cost, which felt very high.

I've used Bob twice this year and once over at my mother's house. He is always prompt and courteous. I've dealt with other plumbers and Bob is the best. He's a 1 man show that gets it done. His pricing definitely beats the big out fits. He's more than far on cost and explains everything well.

Steg replied very quickly to a burst pipe in my basement. I am very thankful that Russ had a low cost solution to fixing the pipe and making sure it did not happen in the future.

Craig was wonder!! He is the most thorough and knowledgeable plumber I have ever worked with! He is very kind and patient and explaining the process and sharing the knowledge he has obtained over many years of experience. I would highly recommend Craig for any plumbing services.
