Dennis was awesome, showed up on time, presented us with several options, and explained why some were better solutions than others. Once we agreed on the best route to take, he began work immediately and was done very quickly. Cleaned up the mess and left good advice on how to prevent further plumbing issues.The company itself has a slightly unique practice of not scheduling appointments. They do this because they give everyone a free estimate on the work, and then are willing to start work if you want it done, so it's hard for them to know how long they'll be at each appointment. This was slightly frustrating to me as I did not expect this and was hoping to know a rough time estimate so I could make sure I would be home, but Hope plumbing is aware of this and they call roughly every 2 hours on the day of your appointment letting you know if they are still on schedule or not. I'm not saying they do it wrong or anything, just want people to know how it works since I hadn't experienced anything like it before.

Great experience from estimate to end of the job. Joe, who came out for the initial estimate worked well with me on understanding my requests, and provided a timely estimate with everything we discussed, and took the time to answer questions when I followed up. He also came out the morning of the install to go everything we had discussed with the installation team.

The install team, Kevin, and Tanner did a great job with the install. Took the time to do the job right and answered all my questions, and cleaned up well when they were done.

Great end to end experience, with everything same as estimate which best the other estimate I had received from another company.

Jeff Kew has GOT to be mistaken! Weilhammer Plumbing was nothing but great on the phone to me. He took time and really went into everything about my problem. Sometimes when people don't like the answer they get, they consider it rude. I can't imagine! I was treated with respect and got all my questions answered!

Aaron was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Had an issue over the weekend and was able to schedule service same day. Would highly recommend.

Filled with Gratitude is the Only way I can describe my experience today with this company. Me and My husband have been dealing with plumbing issues for a few weeks! We called another company and they wanted to charge us nearly 600 bucks and we couldn't afford that. We explained to the tech our problem and he spoke to his manager and they helped us work out a solution to help us within our budget! Thank you so much Clint Williams and Roto Rooter!!!!!! Stephen was on time and quickly resolved my issues. I've used this company several times for different things and highly recommend.

Bob came to my house in the early evening, which is very convenient. We smelled gas in a room with a gas fireplace. He looked at the fireplace and also the gas line in my utility room. He recommended I have the gas company come out and test our appliances, since they will do it for free. He had a lot of advice and was very knowledgeable. We didn't need any service, but if we do in the future, I'll definitely call him again!

We hired Hamm & Sons to help out with a commercial remodel here in Lawrence. Yesterday was their first day on the project and I will say the guys showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Our building is challenging as it is big but they figured things out- got to work and at the end of the day- cleaned up! Thanks guys!

My bathtub faucet will let water out after it is turned off, steg says it is the design of this product.
1.what company will design this kind of faucet?
2. steg, you are not the designer/manufacturer of the faucet, how you can say that issue is the design of the product.
I would say it is a defective product or your poor installation.

I would give 5 stars to John Fowler plumbing and sewer. Technicians knowlegable, informative, neat and professional Owner, Chase, was professional also answering any questions and concerns, I might have. They were prompt on appointments time and personable. Cost of service was reasonable. Advice respectful and courteous. They are genuine and professional. Well done.

Connor communicated very well about his arrival time, what was happening with my current disposal and my options. He completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time. It was also quick and easy to make the appointment. I will definitely use Williams next time I need a plumber.
