Jon B installed my water softener. He was very professional and courteous. Had great attention to detail and left the area clean. The softener works great and couldn't be happier. Will definitely call Hope Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.

Grateful Plumber was referred by a friend to hook up a water softner. Softner was hooked up in no time, but was then informed there was a leak in an o-ring and needed replaced. Very disappointed they didn't offer to assit with leak and I will now have to contact another plumber and pay for another service call to make the water softner operable. Feel like it was a waste of money since the full job wasn't completed.

They were able to come out and repair some leaks and install/fix faucets the very next day. Lal (the plumber I had) took his time, worked hard, and made sure that all the repairs were done correctly before leaving. Having had work done by a plumber before, I would say their prices were similar to the competition. Overall, I would rate them high and higher them (Especially Lal!) again if I need more work.

I read all the reviews and they were mostly good but turns out, I have been another unlucky one for this company. I scheduled an appointment for a Thursday between 2-4. They called me earlier in the day (1130a) saying they were available then and to call back if I was also available. I wasn't, I was at work and didn't bother calling them back. Apparently my lack of response indicated that I no longer wanted an appointment because at 345 I was on the phone trying to figure out when someone was going to show up. They then told me that they tried to call me several times. I had ONE call from them well before my appointment window. They said because they tried to call me and I didn't answer that their tech had to move on. I've worked in the service industry for the past 15 years. I was trying to be understanding but a blatant lie was too much for me. I talked to the assistant manager who apologized and said they would come out Saturday without charging me the weekend service fee so I wouldn't have to take more time off work. They were supposed to show up between 9-11 and once again, I was on the phone at 1045 to figure out when someone was going to show. What i got was an answering service where they wanted to record me saying my issue was an emergency. Nope. Not getting charged an emergency fee because you guys messed up 1 time already. So i told them to cancel my appointment and he proceeded to tell me he wasn't authorized to do that. Really?!?!?! Very poor communication and lack of respect for someone else's time. If someone had called and said they would be late, I would have been willing to give them a chance but that's over now. I'm calling someone else.

I had an emergency where one of my pipes had developed a hole and water was spewing everywhere. I called and let them know it was an emergency. Within about 20 minutes they were there! (Bridget heard the panic in my voice and got me someone out quick!) I have used this company for years and they are excellent. Great work, reasonable pricing, and friendly, professional staff.

Steg replied very quickly to a burst pipe in my basement. I am very thankful that Russ had a low cost solution to fixing the pipe and making sure it did not happen in the future.

My plumber (Will) figured out how to how to get a new water softener installed along with my new water heater. The pipe access and working space were very restrictive and required a creative solution. He made it happen!

Most recently, I’ve had Kenny working on troubleshooting a problem with my two stage gas furnace. Kenny was able to figure out the problem and get it back in excellent condition. Kenny also installed an Aprilaire steam humidifier on my furnace. There was limited room for the install but Kenny figured out a good configuration that looks clean and will be easy to maintain. He’s a great HVAC technician; very knowledgeable and professional!

Mike Anderson was one of the nicest repair workers that has ever been in my home… He was very respectful, kind, informative, and very knowledgeable!! After listening to the information I had to share about the problem he went straight to what he thought it might be and was able to resolve it very promptly… he made me feel so comfortable in knowing that he was going to find the problem and get it fixed today!I am very impressed with this company I called late one evening and they were out the next day promptly… They called letting me know that the technician was on his way and even sent a picture of him so I would know who to expect and a bio of him… Very impressive… I Will definitely use this company again!!!Thank you thank you Mike Anderson… Very grateful to you, you definitely know your trade - And you treat your customers with respect…
