Best Water Main Install in Indianapolis IN

Been using Hope for at least a good 5 years. I do not recommend them anymore. The program is a joke. They upcharge you for someone to go down your stairs, try to sell you on things that could be easily fixed for WAY less. Customer service is argumentative and very unhelpful. Just find someone else and save yourself the hassle.

Nathan F did a great job installing our hot water heater after Jake and Josh put in a new water line for us. Very professional. Highly recommend for all plumbing needs. Quick, efficient and explains everything they are doing. Would use for any plumbing needs in the future.

A Good Thing Keeps Getting BetterWe experienced a drain problem in our kitchen sink on a Friday night (ugh), but BF Plumbing came to the rescue. By Saturday morning Juan V was at our house, and promptly took care of the situation.As it turned out, this was not a drain clearing that we could have done ourselves, since we don't own the right equipment. So we're doubly glad we called. Juan was friendly, personable, equipped, and prepared to take care of our service issue.How many plumbing contractors can you call on a Friday evening at closing, and get service the next morning without having to wait through the weekend? Maybe in some cases a household can wait, but when it comes to your kitchen sink, and being able to use it or absolutely not (plus the dishwasher, etc.) it matters!Once again, Ben Franklin Plumbing makes us glad we use this company!On another occasion we had this experience:Toby is personable, professional, and informative. He and his colleague Jeremiah completed the repair we needed done today, and on a whole house inspection at our request, found a maintenance issue that they will address on their next service call. Our 30-year-old home is new to us, and we can't be completely sure which services have been done over the years. Better to take care of things before they're a problem. This company is so reliable and they do quality, comprehensive, guaranteed work. We highly recommend them.Update on maintenance issue: Brian came out today to take care of this, and did a great job. He let us know what was involved and kept us informed of his progress. He's very personable and professional, as are all BF Plumbing employees. Hi, I recently had Mr. Rooter out to fix what turned out to be a big leak underneath my laundry room (on a slab). They had to jackhammer through some concrete. Not only did they fix the problem, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND by replacing the tile that got destroyed in the process. They were very friendly and fun to talk to. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone with any kind of plumbing issue. They are professional and will do the job right. Thank you guys, you know who you are.

We will never use roto rooter again. The plumber was nice, friendly, and did a great job. The only issue is the labor was $514 For 20 minutes of work. This completely absurd. The parts only cost $34. Just ridiculous.

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.
